It's night, Vineet was feeling much better by now. Manvi and Saumya along with Akshit had gone to have their dinner while Jaiswal was accompanying Vineet. They had a conversation where Jaiswal was telling him about the case.

''Kya tumhe lagta hai kuch ho sakta hai aab? Mujhe na police pe bharosa hai na court pe, aur tum bhi toh already ye case har chuke ho jazs fir aab kya faida?" Vineet questions.

''Main janta hoon tumhe aab unpe bharosa nahi par hum khud se kanoon ko apne haath mei bhi toh nahi le sakte na Vineet. Tum pe already charges hai firing ke, Teja ne ye tak news mei bol diya hai ki inspector Satyaprakash ko tumne mara hai. Kai charges laag chuke hai tum pe aise mei agar hum sahi tareeke se apni baat sabit na kar paaye toh tum phas jaoge aur wo log bach jaayenge aur main janta hoon tum aisa nahi chahoge. Isliye keh raha hoon,jaisa main kehta hoon waisa hi karo aur fir dekhna sanp bhi mar jaayega aur lathi bhi nahi tootegi!" Jaiswal spoke out his point confidently.

''Par tum aisa karne kya wale ho?'' Vineet questions him when he finds his friend much confident and seems to have planned something big.

Jaiswal grinned,''wahi jo mujhe shayad pehle karna chahiye tha lekin apni biwi ke chakkar mei satyavaadi ban chala tha mei jis wajah se saara kaam bigad gaya par aab aur nahi. Aab uss Ahuja ko pata chalega I. M. Jaiswal kya chij hai aur uss ka kis se pala pada hai. Na uss Ahuja ko lohe ke channe chab - wa diye meine toh mera naam bhi Jaiswal nahi!!" Jaiswal exclaims, furrowing his brows, making Vineet push to think what his friend is up to.

Jaiswal briefly explained his plan to him and also told him what he needs to do. Vineet doesn't seem to be sure about the plan but agrees. Meanwhile Manvi and Saumya return, Jaiswal informs them that they need to prepare for the case and so Vineet needs some rest in the first place.

Leaving Vineet in his ward, the other three take their leave. They have a whole lot of things to do for the big day and Jaiswal is confident that he will win the case this time.

Time passes, the day of hearing arrives. Vineet was better as well and accompanied them to court and also he had been called upon the court because of the charges though they aren't proven but he had to visit.

They were in the courtroom, Jaiswal was explaining a few points. Vineet could see few of his friends and few unknown faces there. While on the other side Ahuja was explaining something to Teja who doesn't seem to be well as he too had got wounds while fighting with Vineet. Although Ahuja was trying his best but Teja doesn't seem to be interested at all, he was glaring at Vineet because of whom his brother is still in ICU, fighting for his life.

Meanwhile the Judge arrives, everyone arises from there to greet him and then settle down. Ahuja and Jaiswal stood forward to present their respective cases. The judge announced the proceeding of the case.

''You honour, I really don't understand Mr. Jaiswal ne kyun iss case ko fir se reopen karwaya hai jab already iss case ka faishla ho chuka hai. But your honor aab jo ye case reopen hua hai toh main ye jarur chahunga ki honorable court Mr. Vineet ke against strict actions le, jinhone na sirf Raghu ko iss kadar ghayal kiya ki wo aab tak coma mei hai balki Mr. Vineet ne ek kabil inspector Satyaprakash ko bedardi se maut ke ghat utar diya, ek on duty officer ko inhone maar ke na sirf kanoon ko apne haath mei kiya hai par uske saath hi ye ek insult bhi hai law ki aur meri ye guzarish hai ki court unhe kari se kari saza de!!" Ahuja laid down his point before the court putting all the blame on Vineet and not even saying a word about what circumstances he committed those crimes.

Jaiswal rose up from his seat, smiling sarcastically.

''Ahuja saab, aap bhi na kabhi kabhi betuki si baatein karte hai. Khair, your honor. Mere kabil dost ye bhool rahe hai ki Inspector Satyaprakash koi satyavaadi nahi they, meine pichli baar hi court mei proof kar diya tha wo kaise hai plus Mr. Vineet ne toh unhe mara bhi nahi hai toh ye ilzaam bilkul bebuniad hai unpe. Rahi baat Raghu ko ghayal karne ki toh Raghu bhai ne khud aisi ghinauni harkat ki hai Vineet ke bajaye agar wahan koi aur bhi hota toh shayad wahi karta.

Miss Manvi jo iss case ki gawah rahi hai Raghu bhai ne usse kidnap karwa liya tha unke ghar se aur wo uske saath jabardasti karne ki koshish kar raha tha wo toh wahan Vineet aa gaye aur unhone Manvi ko bachaya nahi toh hum soch sakte hai unke saath kya hota. Wahan Manvi ko bachane ki koshish mei dono ke bich hathapaahi hui aur Raghu hadh se jyada ghayal khud ki galti se ho gaye kyunki unke log goliyaan chala rahe the jo unhe laag gayi.

Hearing Jaiswal's statement , Ahuja cuts him.

''Goli Vineet ne chalai thi!!"

The judge ordered him not to interfere. Ahuja apologies and takes his seat.

''Thank you your honor!! Thik ussi taraf apni bhai ki galti Mr. Teja ko bhi nahi dikhi aur wo apni gang leke mere farmhouse pe pahuch gaye aur wahan unhone na sirf tod phod ki balki mere bache ko marne ki koshish ki aur Vineet ko bhi almost jaan se maar hi diya tha unhone, ussi hathapahi mei unhe bhi kaafi chot aai jiska bhi ilzaam Ahuja Sahab ne Mr. Vineet pe hi laga diya. Par mere pass uss incident ki cctv footage hai jo aapke table pe hai. Saath hi aapke samne ek aur file hai jis mei Raghu ke reports hai aur uss nei saaf saaf likha hai ki jo goli Raghu ki body se mili wo wahan maujood logon mei se hi ek ki gun se chali thi na ki kissi aur gun se.

Your honour, Mr. Teja aur unka bhai Raghu naa jaane kab se seher mei drugs ka business kar rahe hai aur atank faila rahe hai. Apne import aur export ke business ke arr mei dono bhai desh ko khokhla kar rahe hai. Itna hi nahi Raghu ne na jaane kitni hi ladkiyon ki life barbad ki hai. Ussi ki ek Shikar Anamika ji ki friend thi jiska rape kiya gaya aur Anamika ko gawahi dene ki saza mili, usse apni jaan se haath dhona pada.

Your honour, pichli baar toh main bhale hi ye proof na kar paya tha ki kusoor waar Raghu hi hai par iss bar main apne saath thosh saboot laya hoon. Main sabse pehle apne gawah Mr. Makhija jo ki uss hotel ke malik hai jiske samne Anamika ki death hui thi usse bulana chahunga.

The judge granted his request, Makhija was called upon and he stood in the witness box. Ahuja proposed to question first to which Jaiswal allowed him.

''Mr. Makhija, public prosecutor ka kehna hai ki aapne uss raat Anamika ji ka murder hote hue dekha. Main ye nahi puchunga ki aapne kya dekha ya aap kahan the tab par main ye janne ko bahut utsuk hoon ki aaj achanak kaise aapko yaad aaya ki aapne ek murder bhi dekha hai aur aapko uske liye gawahi bhi deni chahiye. Mr. Makhija kya ye khud mei hi ek paheli nahi hai?" Ahuja pointed out that it is obvious how a person suddenly shows up for the statement.

''Ji, ye baat sunne mei kuch atpati lage lekin haan meine murder hote dekha tha aur tab main airport ke liye nikal raha tha. Mujhe urgently Dubai pahuchna tha, wahan mere bete ka accident ho gaya tha. Jab meine wo hadsha dekha wahan aur bhi kaafi log maujud the aur kyunki mera jana jaruri tha main ruk nahi paya. Bas ek hafte pehle hi wapas aaya hoon main aur jab ye sab pata chala mujhe toh meine waqt zaya kiye police ko inform kiya aur Mr. Jaiswal se bhi contact kiya.'' Makhija stated and also told them that the police have crossed examine him and that the proof of his staying in Dubai is on the judge's table.

Ahuja had nothing to question again. After Makhija, Jaiswal called other eye witness for Satyaprakash's murder to which Ahuja declares that it is not needed as they Vineet is the culprit but the eye witness had something else to say. He took Teja's name, he confess in the court that Teja has murdered Satyaprakash over some monetary dispute and he (the eyewitness) was present there and ran away after the incident as Teja was super furious.

Hearing the accusation Teja lost his control and shouted. Case was going out of hand, Jaiswal was winning and he's losing, his brother will be hanged if he is proven guilty and he can't let it happen. Ahuja tried to control him even though the judge ordered him to sit quietly but Teja was already out of control. He took out his gun and fired upon Jaiswal who immediately bent down and the bullet hit a constable.

Two police officers immediately took hold of Teja, his action proved him and his brother guilty without any further hearing to which Jaiswal grinned gazing at Vineet who got his plan and smiled. While Saumya still doesn't seem to be satisfied.

The court announces life imprisonment to Teja and for Raghu once he's sound to go jail. Vineet was also charged with a penalty for fighting with Teja and breaking the law also for escaping from the hospital by giving FALSE information. 

With this the case was settled, for the first time Ahuja lost a case and Jaiswal for another time won using wicked tactics.

Vineet's Home

Vineet was a little relieved that the culprits are finally behind the bars and also he got his son but Saumya was grave, Akshit was going to leave her any time soon and this made her uneasy.

''Fikra maat karo Saumya, Bubu jitna mera hai utna tumhara bhi hai kyunki agar tum dono na hote toh aaj ye bhi na hota mere saath aur main fir jeene ke liye yun prarit na hota. Mujh se jyada haq tumhara hai iss pe, tum iski maa hamesha hi rahogi!!" Vineet exclaims while caressing his boy's head who's busy playing with his mother's pallu. Saumya smiled and thanked him.

At a side Manvi was keenly listening to them, thinking she too would have to leave now as the case is over. So is Vineet's responsibility to protect her and that was making her sad and she doesn't even know the reason.
