Heyho kids!

sooo... back again with something completely new for once! also... apologies for being behind on updating here.... school started again and it's completely draining my ability to write chapters in my artbook QwQ

ANYWAYS... soo... i saw some cute pixelart on pinterest. and since I was working quite a bit on all the artfight comics I thought it would be a real nice little experiment, to relax a bit and have a quick little drawing done!

So I stole Makiko from DastiveArt:

and made a tiny little pixel art drawing of them!!

(yes, i completely underestimated what "tiny" would mean, until i actually finished the drawing...)

soooo.... i obviously went back, after watching some tutorials on how to resize things without them getting blurry, so now you can even see the actual result!!

and now... whilst it was indeed a ton of fun, the end result was indeed quite a bit too busy for me... idk it just looks too confusing, when i tried to translate my shading style into pixels, which is why i continued with some of my own OCs, in a far more simpler style :)

so from the left to the right we now have pixel-versions of Feredir, Tirith, Ruindir, Bronadan and Glamarphen!

(also, making their size relations visible is hella fun)

Anyways, i was totally in the flow then and was just about to pixelfy more of my OC's, when RedsyDevil mentioned, that she'd like to have a pixel version of her OC redsy.

And since I love Redsy's design I tried my very best to go ahead and turn her into pixels! Looking back at it, I definetely could've made some elements different, and more balanced, but... alas, I cannot go back in the past and it does still look kinda good, if you don't pay attention to too many details >w<

the next day, maddie_wenson mentioned, that they'd wish to have a long-one pixel art.... btw, you know that cat with the long neck, right? this one?

essentially, mads kinda made that her mascott-person, so now she is generally known as a black cat with a hella long neck.

And since I kinda wanted to surprise her, I tried my best at a pixel cat and here we are!

Uh.. so yeah.. not a lot to say here, since I basically was just messing around... but I hope y'all liked the pieces, because I def do and had a ton of fun creating them!

I don't know if I will do more pixel-art in the future... maybe, maybe not, we'll see >w<
