Heyho guys!! Guess who totally forgot to write and upload this chapter :DDD

so here we are, with a cute little drawing of my kiddos >w<

Basically buechl-sophie hosted another art-contest thingy in their Artbook with the topic "draw your OC with the person you ship them with" (followed by a small plead to not draw something inappropriate QwQ), so... after a cute little sex-scene between one of my oc-couples was kicked out of the window, and i've been having an earworm of "sweet caroline" for ages, I just...

yee....

at the beginning I wasn't all too sure whether I should draw Cevrond and Silagwend or Feredir with Maethdess, but in the end I went with Cev and Sil, since I draw Dessie wayy too often and only ever drew Silagwend a portrait for pride month ^-^"

Oh! And whilst we're on that topic... here's the two of them, if you aren't familiar with the characters I'm talking about at all, hehe

so here's Cev on the left with Ruindir:

So basically the idea was:

alcohol + pajamas + karaoke + SWEEET CAROLINEEE + BA BA BA!! = good drawing?

And in the end I am hella happy with the result as well! I mean.... the lineart in between was kinda tricky, since Cev just looked weird and I really struggled to get Silagwends face and body right... BUT IT ENDED UP PRETTY DARN SWEET IN THE END :D

I still wasn't quite completely convinced at that point... it missed the certain something, you know?

Colours helped A TON with that though, sooo..... picture saved, I guess?
Yeah.... basically I just had a shitload of fun with the two, making sure that all the clan colours came through, and getting that intense blush in there n stuff.... idk.... i just had a ton of fun >w<

So yeah!

That's more or less all I got for now.....

just went ahead, gave it a nice "indoor lighting" shading (at least I tried >w<"), had a ton of fun shading long hair again and making it all nice, white and shiny.... yeah!
I think the shading really brought stuff together... especially the face of Silagwend, that kinda lacked a bit at the beginning, really made her recognizable here ^-^

So yeah!!

That's all I got for today... hope you guys like the end result about as much as I liked drawing the thing! Argh... I love drawings with a bit more emotion and drawing a female bodied character of mine was a real nice change for once!!
