Goji rushed through the hallways with Scarlet on his back as Rodanians ran around the hallways in a confused panic.

He got to a part of the hallway where he could stand out of the rushing crowd, and set Scarlet down on the floor. He shook her, trying to wake her up.

"Scarlet, come on! Wake up!"

Finally, her eyelids fluttered open, and she looked up at him.

"G-Goji?"

"You did it." He said, a smile growing on his face. "You transferred your fire to me, and I used it. Now, it's all gone."

Tears of joy formed under her eyes, and she embraced him in a hug. "Thank you! Thank you so much!"

After several minutes, they broke the hug. "Now," Goji said. "Let's go find your dad."

Scarlet showed Goji where the special prison was, and he recognized it as the prison cells he had been in, but he hadn't seen who was in the other ones. In the cell all the way at the end of the hallway, Kyro and Rina were kept in it. Rina was looking through the bars, confused, and Kyro sat in the back with a hopeless look on his face.

They both lit up when they saw the two of them.

"Father!" Scarlet said, and their wings touched through the bars.

"Your fire..." He said. "It's gone?"

She nodded. "I read a tabled on Godzillasauruses, and-"

Kyro cut her off. "Not now, we have to escape. Where's the keys?"

"I got one." Goji interrupted, his dorsal plates glowing their normal blue color. "Stand back."

the other three stood away from the door and Goji breathed a burst of his atomic breath, which melted the lock on the door, causing it to fall away as the door opened.

"STOP!"

A booming voice from behind them caught their attention, and Goji already knew who it was even before he turned around to see him.

"Flame!" Kyro said, startled. The queen's brother stood in the hallway, blocking their escape.

"I can't allow you to escape." He said, scowling. "You'll have to get through me first."

"Okay." Goji said, before swiping his tail at the still red-hot metal lock on the floor. His tail stung a little when he hit it, but his tail's impact was enough to send the metal lock flying through the air, before hitting Flame straight in his left eye.

The Rodanian let out a guttural scream as the heated metal scalded his face. If it had hit him anywhere else, he would be fine, maybe burned a little, but it hit him in the eye, and Goji heard it sizzle like an egg being cooked by fire. Flame collapsed to the ground, pawing his face and whimpering.

"Come on! Let's go!" Goji said, and his three Rodanian companions followed him out of the prison hallway, and they rushed to the castle's main tower.

When they got there, Lea, Ghid, Bag, Angi, and Grandeur where already waiting for them. "We've got to leave, now!" Ghid said. "There's probably about fifty guards on their way right now!"

"How am I going to fly?" Grandeur said, worried. "My wings are shredded."

"If we fly, they'll see us, sure as daylight." Kyro pointed out. "There's a waterfall on the east side of the castle, which isn't far from here. We jump into the waters below, and there's a small cave in the rocks behind it that will keep us hidden."

"Alright, let's go!" Goji said.

They all followed Kyro through the castle, and Goji heard Angi complaining, recalling the waterfall they fell down after escaping the mountain.

They reached the east side of the castle, the panicked Rodanian crowd still running about, which was probably what had held up the guards so long. They ran through a window opening, and jumped off the cliff into the waters below, which broke their fall. They swam back and hid in the cave Kyro had mentioned, and waited.
