(A blue haired man is seen running through the streets as he dodges an attack from a certain nekomata, and then he sees Kuroka.)

Samuel: You've got some nerve...

(He then dodges another attack that came from Le Fay Pendragon. As both of them charge at Samuel, he transforms into Soundwave and kicks Kuroka before jumping to grab Le Fay and breaking her back. Vali then lands in and shoots a dragon shot at Soundwave, who staggers back. Vali keeps up as he approaches him. Suddenly some beats hit Vali's back as he turns to see Laserbeak. Soundwave takes the opportunity to shoot him to death.)

Soundwave: (walks up to Vali) Soundwave superior. (slams into Vali) Devils inferior.

(Soundwave walks away as Laserbeak flies up to him.)

(Meanwhile, Rachel is seen in a church as she is being forced to marry Riser as her power-hungry parents wanted to keep their reputation up. As the priest is about to announce the start of the wedding, an aurora curtain opens up, catching everyone's attention.)

????: Stop!

(Kamen Rider Millennium comes out of the aurora curtain as he points at Riser.)

Millenium: (glares) You... get away from that girl!

Rachel: (eyes widen) You're...

Riser: (stern) First you harm one of Riser's future fiancees, and now you interrupt Riser's marriage!

Millennium: An unhappy marriage, I see...

(Nolan and Deborah's eyes twitch as Millennium turns to them.)

Millennium: And who wouldn't orchestrate such unhappy marriage if not her neglectful, power-hungry parents?

(Everyone gasps as Nolan and Deborah start fuming with anger. Riser steps up and points at Millenium.)

Riser: RIser challenges you!

Millennium: (smirks) Challenged accepted!

(He snaps his fingers, and the aurora curtain comes in, teleporting both Millennium and Riser along with everyone else to an arena.)

Millennium: Now, it's millennial time.

(Riser shoots his fire at Millenium, but it doesn't affect him, much to the spectators' shock.)

Riser: Why is Riser's attack not affecting you?

Millennium: Because I have the power of all Showa, Heisei and Reiwa Kamen Riders, the original ones, the Daikaiju-Verse ones and the Megaforce-Verse ones.

(Everyone gets confused.)

Nolan: Daikaiju-Verse?

Deborah: Megaforce-Verse?

(Millennium then pulls out a card, and inserts it on his driver.)

MILLENNIAL RIDE: SP-SP-SP-SPINOBI!

(Millennium (Spinobi) dashes at Riser like a ninja, and then he slashes him several times with his Bukijyumaru. Riser tries to use his Phoenix Tears, but Millennium (Spinobi) grabs him and slams him repeatedly before kicking him into the wall.) 

Millennium (Spinobi): You're not the only one who can play dirty, pal.

(Riser gets back up, and makes a giant fire ball and throws it at Millennium (Spinobi), who stands and takes the hit. After the fire ball disappears, a piece of burned wood is seen instead of Millennium (Spinobi).)

Riser: Where did he-ACK!

(Millennium (Spinobi) stabs his Bukijyumaru through Riser's heart, and then he uses another card.)

MILLENNIAL RIDE: RA-RA-RA-RATH!

Millennium (Rath): Now it's time to show you how a fried chicken is done first hand. Rathalos Fireblast!

(Rath summons flames from his hands, and blast Riser, burning him in the process, and then he finally decides to perform his finisher.)

FINAL MILLENNIAL ATTACK RIDE: RA-RA-RA-RATH!

(Millennium (Rath) summons his Rathaloslash Rekka to deliver a powerful sword slash to defeat Riser as he screams and explodes. They are teleported back to the church as Rachel walks up to him.)

Rachel: Thank you, Millennium.

Millennium: No problem. Now come with me.

(Rachel nods as both Nolan and Deborah try to stop them, only to get their hands shot as they turn to see Lupin the Third, who gives Millennium a thumbs up. He and Rachel then go through the aurora curtain as it disappears. Lupin then leaves as Nolan screams in anger.)

Nolan: CURSE YOU, MILLENNIUM!

(As the screen fades to black, Lupin the Third comes in and shoots a "To be continued" at the screen before walking away.)
