We see Makoto and Ben are in Kamen Rider suit as they fighting against the grimm and got surrounded by a lot of grimms.

Makoto(Specter):Well lets do the usually.Right Ben?

Ben(Hibiki):Yeah.Let do this.

He pull out his drumsticks with flames as Specter pull out his Gan Gun Hand and set it to gun mode as they start fire at those grimms and destroy some of them.

Ben(Hibiki):Behind you!

Specter dodge as one of the grimm attack from behind but he shoot a lot of shots at it and make the grimm back away.Hibiki pull out Ongekiko and throw it at one of the grimm as it got stick on it and he start doing the drum using his drumsticks as he deliver a final drum and finish it off.

Ghost Driver Announcer:Dai Kaigan!Specter!Omega Drive!

He deliver a blue flaming kick as he kick through every of the grimm and they got exploded as Specter and Hibiki was about to leave when suddenly..

???:Stop right there you vigilantes!

They look behind and saw it was James Ironwood with his Atlas soldiers.

Ben(Hibiki):Oh great.It the god damn useless general.

Makoto(Specter):Yeah.Jamie won't like that version of herself.

The Atlas soldiers charge at them as they fire their weapon at Specter and Hibiki but then he change into Tutankhamun form.

He get his Gan Gun Hand in Sickle Mode as he slash every of the bullet and run toward to the Atlas soldiers as he start slash some of the Atlas soldiers and kick one of them as he crash over a trash can.

Atlas Soldier 3:How dare you!

He tried to attack Specter but Hibiki throw his drumsticks at him as he got knocked and Specter fire an energized slash from his weapon and create a large projection of the pyramid as it sucking some of the Atlas soldiers inside and he press the trigger and destroy those Atlas soldiers.

They look at James Ironwood as he is angry that they destroy his soldiers.

James:*Angry*Everyone retreat!You will pay for killing my soldiers!

They run off as they transform back into human.

Ben:Run off like a b*tch.

Makoto:He will be back soon so we have to be ready whenever it comes.

But then they heard something and they follow where the voice is as they arrived and saw 8 kaijus there and Ben is surprised.

Ben:Virgo II,Trigger,Bolt,Croc,Is that you?!

Those kaijus turn behind and saw them as it reveal their appearance.

He took out three kaijus medals and reveal is Golzan,Melbus and Super K.O.V as he insert to his Dark Z Riser and slide the blade to the other side.

He press the trigger as it combine into one and transformed into Tri King:Mercenary Generation.

Dark Z Riser Announcer:Tri King Mercenary Generation!

Tri King roared and start attacking the Union City.

Crocosaurus:*Shocked*Is-Isn't that from Golzan,Melbus and Super K.O.V?!How the hell did he got that?!

Ben:Whatever it is,he is a threat to us and we can't fight that!

He use his thunder and shock Tri King but then it did nothing to him.

Tri King roared and fire a red laser from it eyes at Thunderbolt as he got hit.

He run to Thunderbolt as he carry him.Tri King was about to fire again when suddenly they saw two growing light came form the sky and landed as the light clear out and reveal two giant standing there and ready to battle Tri King.

Makoto:Now what is that two giant?!

Ben:Wait.It's Ultraman Neos and Ultraseven 21!

Makoto:*Turn to Ben*Who?

Ben:I'll explain to you later Makoto.

They charge at Tri King as they start battle and Neos punch it head while grab it head and kick it.Ultraseven 21 fire his hot energy projectile at Tri King as it hit it and it roared.Then Neos fire his Ultra Beam while 21 also fire his Ultra Beam at Tri King and it roared and exploded.They thought it was over but then it reveal that Tri King is still alive as they were shocked and Tri King disappear into a black mist.They tried to look around to find it but nothing is there as they transform back into human and landed in front of them.

Makoto:Uh who are you guys?

Ryan:Hi my name is Ryan Tennyson and I'm Ultraman Neos.

Kenji Serizawa(Alternate)
