Karma walked around the comic store when he saw something blue at the corner of his vision.

He looked around and found his classmate Shiota Nagisa reading a magazine for a new movie, Sonic Ninja.

He saw how Nagisa's eyes lit up with excitement

He walked up behind the bluenette and looked through his shoulder.

"Heh. I didnt know he directed this type of movie. Woah! And it comes out today? Lets go see it Shiota"

Nagisa looked behind him to see Akabane Karma in suprise before giving him a warm smile.

Nagisa hummed in agreement in a soft yet excited voice

Ever since then, the two would hang out together. Wether  it be at an arcade or at the park

Nagisa always hid his wrists with his school jacket. He couldnt let anyone, especially Karma, see how much pain his wrists are throbbing from the cuts he made.

Karma clenched his fists in anger. He knows Nagisa is hiding something, wether it be that scary side of the bluenette he felt days ago or the way he tugs at his sleeves as if he's hiding something. Something that could take his precious bluenette away from him. But the only thing he knows is violence. Thinking about how he would force Nagisa to confess scares him. The thought of Nagisa's blood on his hands scares him even more.

Though one day after a lot of thinking Karma finally grew the confidence to face his friend about his secrecy. And thats by forcing himself inside the bluenette's house, where he saw first hand how Nagisa gets abused and how he cuts himself afterwards

Karma forces his way through Nagisa's window and carries him bridal style. Without hesitation the red head jumps out the window and ran towards his house, ignoring the screaming bluenette in his hands.

Karma stared intently at the bluenette's bruise ridden body while he cleaned him up. He just couldnt believe that under all those smiles Nagisa has been going through pain. The ones on the wrist got most of his attention though.

Oh boy I caught you staring

"P-please dont be mad..." Karma saw how much Nagisa has been shaking ever since he brought him there.

The red head sighed and placed his hands on either side of Nagisa's face. Forcing Nagisa to look at him. "Im not but, for your safety, will you stay here?"

Nagisa looked at Karma in shock before giving him the most genuine smile he made in the past few weeks.

Its been months since Nagisa started living with Karma away from his abusive mother, who tried taking Nagisa back but failed and eventually gave up.

It was a weekend and Karma and Nagisa just opted to hang out outside instead of being lazy inside the house. Karma wore a simple leather jacket over a dark red t-shirt, broken hole jeans and a dog tag.
While Nagisa wore a fluffy jacket, shorts and a cute hat covering his pigtails.
He waited by the train station for a certain bluenette who told him to wait for him and ran off to who knows wear.

"Karma!"
Said red head turned his heads towards Nagisa who was running up to him. He stopped beside him and panted. He looked at Karma and gave him a wide smile, making the red head blush a bit, before holding his hand and walking back home.

While walking Karma's head was spinning. He wanted to hang out with the bluenette more. Go out with him. Nagisa was right beside him. He could just ask. Karma isnt used to this kind of thing. Its the first time he's ever wanted to go out with someone. So, because of his nervousness he texted Nagisa in his phone.

Nagisa kept looking at Karma then at the text before giggling making the red head blush furiously in embarrasement. Nagisa went up to the other's cheek and kissed it softly. He pulled away and smiled once more before going inside Karma's.... their house.
