 Nancy the Nosey Neighbor's  POV:

I, Nancy, heard strange noises today.

First, there was the sound of glass as it shattered.

Then, I looked up and saw her.

Normally, I am not one to pry into others' business, you know.

I saw my neighbor's daughter, MaryBeth, as she turned around.  I gasped when I saw the knife all bloody in her hand.

    What had she done?

I  peeked in through the front blinds to get a closer look.

What I saw next was even more astounding than the previous thing.

I saw her with a body bag.

I knew then she had killed someone.

The question was who, why, when?

Also, had she used the knife?

I thought perhaps she had because when she came back into the kitchen a few moments later, I saw her remove her shirt and throw both it and the knife in the trash.  I saw her wash hands, change shirts, and walk towards the front door.

I saw her scream as someone grabbed her.

I got out my phone and hit the record button.

As I recorded the whole thing, she ran out of his grasp. Then, I heard more screaming and the sound of someone struggling for air.  I heard laughter. I identified it as the voice of Mr. Keller.  Well, things just got juicy here, I thought.

My phone got the whole thing on video, the noises, the laughter, and the thud.

I  glanced around and saw her grab up the discarded trash bag. She nearly ran me over as she ran outside.  I saw her dispose of the evidence in the trash. I  could tell it included a small, dented thing as she tossed it into the dumpster after everything else.

I  even got the proof of her throwing away that mess as well.

It was as if I were invisible to her or something.

I stopped recording once she went back inside and slammed the door.

I   called the police and explained everything.

I did not tell them about the recorded stuff.  I was sure they doubted me.

Later, as the police arrived across the street, I saw them walk slowly to the front door.

I thought yes, go boys in blue, go!

I clapped as they entered Keller's residence.

I was glad I had done my duty for civilization.  After all, I could not just let MaryBeth get away with a possible murder.

I   personally felt bad for whoever died at her hands.

I also felt sad for whoever was alive in that house.

Perhaps, they had no idea there was a killer in their midst.
