She must admit that her life took a passionate turn, there was no night and day left without leaving her in a blushed state, her life changed for good, but she couldn't convince her father that she took the right decision of staying with him, she fought with her father for the first time when he called his start-up as a waste of time, even her father-in-law thought the same and that was their main reason why they didn't support shivaay in his decision. But she has confidence in him, she saw that determination in his eyes which everyone decided to ignore.

It has been 30 days since they got married, and till now, she didn't feel any pause in him, he was still crazy about her which she saw on their first day of marriage, she tried to prepare a cake but as usual, she forgot to turn off the oven in the correct time. Even though she stayed alone in her home after he leave for his nine and a half hours long shift, she felt good, starting from setting the home and arranging things in its place, after she sits with her laptop to write something, even though she felt very new in the beginning when he started to cook for her and did everything chores in the home without asking her, she started to feel guilty. Today she had extra work, she had to clean the shower area which they steamed up in the morning, she still remembered how she willingly walked towards the shower area when she couldn't resist it, and the rest was history. She cleaned off all the handprints from the transparent shower cubicle with a smile thinking how he made her plead to leave her.

She made a routine in these 30 days, if he cooks for her, she will help him to set up the house and do the laundry since she was aware that they can't afford housekeeping at that particular time and occasionally she will visit Gauri's boutique which was just 20 minutes of walk from their home, they became think buddies in a very short period. Anika enjoys her company which makes shivaay little light as she has someone close apart from him.

"I am good for nothing..." She cried to her husband over the phone when he called her around noon to check on her.

"Why are you saying so?" He asked her chuckling.

"I tried baking a cake today, and forgot to turn off the oven, it got spoiled." She replied but there was a chuckle from his side.

"Why are you even laughing?" She asked him back when she got hell irritated but she loved how it sounds.

"Why are you trying something which you're not made for?" He asked.

"Mark my words, Mr. Oberoi. One day, I will become a better cook than you, that day, you will beg me to cook for you." She said to him, he laughed out loud again, it was not just a chuckle.

"Even I am waiting for that day when my wife gives me a day off from the kitchen." He said playfully.

"Don't worry you will be doing the laundry then." She replied. He was silent for a while.

"Hey!" She called him when she recognized what she had just spoken. That was the only thing he regrets for. He knew how pampered she was when she was in her father's place. And now, everything was upside down, but she didn't even feel a bit.

"Let's go for dinner tonight, don't get worried about the cake." He said she knew he was trying to make up with her. But there was no need.

"Do you even remember what today is?" She asked him, but he remained silent.

"I swear to God, Mr. Oberoi, if you didn't forget about our first wedding Anniversary like you forgot our first month's Anniversary, I will never think before killing and burry you," She said, he chuckled again.

"I never knew you were that type of girl who celebrates the first month, engagement anniversary. Is it too cringe?" He asked her. She remained silent.

"Okay, it's your wish, if you don't want to celebrate, I will make up my mind of canceling all the surprises I planned for you tonight, also make your bedding on the couch, I hope you will feel more comfortable there," Anika said to him.

"Baby! I was just kidding." He dragged in a childish tone.

"Ha-ha, I won't fall for your trap," she said.

"Okay, tell me honestly." He started; she knew where he was leading.

"Won't you miss me if you don't find me next to you in the middle of the night?" He asked her.

"No, I won't." She lied.

"So, my darling, what were you doing when I was showering? You just raided there just because I was not there by your sight when you woke up." He said which made her smile, but she was not ready to lose the game.

"Hello, don't bring the past to the present," She replied.

"Oh-yeah. Let's see..." He said with a chuckle. And she was successful in diverting his mind.

"Why am I even wasting my time speaking to you? Let me come to the point straight, you are going to come early tonight and take me to McDonald's." She said in a determined tone.

"That's what I suggested, Let's go for dinner tonight." He said back.

"I think you didn't hear me clearly, I said I want to go to Mcdonald's, not to any fancy restaurant, Just McDonald's. I repeat, Just McDonald's" she said, that was the only thing that annoys her, she has been asking him to take her there but he always changes the plan to some multi-cuisine restaurant.

"I am having a meeting, Princess, I can't come soon, but I will pick you up directly from home. Is that okay?" He asked her back, she didn't wait for a second to agree with him least giving him the chance to understand that she got disappointed with his reply, anyway there were going to McDonald's.

Shivaay never smiled so hard and laughed so loudly in his life but these 30 days, he was constantly smiling and always in a good mood. Even then, their proposal to their investor got rejected, and he felt hell-low,  his friends were constantly there by his side but he couldn't come out of the fact that the proposal he worked on for thirteen days went vain. He left the conference room when he felt he had no mood to speak with anyone, but his phone automatically called the number. She didn't even say hello but started to complain in her usual cheeky tone.

"Why are you trying something which you're not made for?" He said he knew it will annoy his lady love.

"Mark my words, Mr. Oberoi. One day, I will become a better cook than you, that day, you will beg me to cook for you." She replied, he felt it hard to control his laughter at her comment, whatever the blues he had with the meeting and it finally faded away.

"Even I am waiting for that day when my wife gives me a day off from the kitchen." He said playfully.

"Don't worry you will be doing the laundry then." She replied in her usual cheeky tone, but he couldn't be able to think further, he knew how pampered she lived with her parents, and now living with him, she had to struggle along with him. He never intended to ask her to do any household chores, he thought if he can manage his work for him, he could do it for two people, but she took up everything of her own will.

"Let's go for dinner tonight, don't get worried about the cake." He suggested, at least, he can do that for her. Instead of replying enthusiastically, she remained silent.

"Do you even remember what today is?" She asked. That moment he recalled it was their first month of the wedding Anniversary. He wanted to hit himself when he realized he forgot but was desperate to see her reaction. Her reaction was perfect, she expected the same from his lady also she blackmailed him that she will throw him out of the room and let him sleep on the couch, and both of them knew that will never happen. He eventually remembered their steamy start of the day, he always lost the track of time when he sleeps with her, surprisingly he woke up before her and had no heart to wake her up, but when he was showering, he heard the door opening sound, without any hesitation, she walked inside the shower cubicle and hugged him from back just to accuse him for not being available when she woke up, that was it, both lost their control ended up having a shower together and as usual, he was again late to work. Before he could make any special plans for their night, she asked him to take her to Mcdonalds, he didn't expect that kind of tantrum from her, it has been days since she asked him to take her to Mc-D, but he has never taken her, and it was high-time, he had to full-fill her wish. Soon he got the courage to give another shot to her investors who didn't like his plan, it just took him a few seconds to think of a completely different approach. He promised to pick her up straightly from home.

"Perfect! I will get ready by then." She said and disconnected the call. He headed back to his cabin and called the other two directors for a quick meeting, what surprised them more was his fresh mind than his new way of approach.

"Thanks, Wood. Meet you at 5." Shivaay confirmed the meeting with his investor and disconnected the call.

"Woah... What's that?" Rudy asked him out of surprise.

"Magic..." He replied to his friend, while om was still not in the world looking for his girlfriend's message.

"Didn't she message yet?" Shivaay asked him back.

"She messaged, she said she's taking the test," Om said in a stressed tone but Rudy busted to laugh. Shivaay couldn't control his chuckle.

"Why are you going to the playground without a helmet?" Rudy asked him.

"First of all, I never went to a playground, sometimes it happens, when she's unconditionally hot. I don't know what's going on with my baby! I am sure, even if she gets pregnant, her mom will say I will take care of my daughter and grandchild on my own but never let her get married to me." He said while thudding his head down on the table. Both Gauri and him were in a serious relationship since high school, but her mom who is a doctor didn't have a good image of him as she just saw him as a spoilt brat. And he was in a similar situation multiple times before and also got hit by Gauri multiple times for his carelessness.

"And you Mr. Newlywed. When can we expect good news from you?" Rudy asked with a chuckle. Soon om's phone pop up with a notification, he quickly took it in his hands and heaved out a deep breath, they knew the meaning, it means Gauri was not pregnant. But it left him with deep thought in his mind. It has been 30 continuous passionate nights for them, and he never used any protection and there would be a high chance of her using birth control from her side. Instead of giving shock to death, he felt chills all over his body in excitement.

"Forget, how he ran away from Sarah when she pranked him with her pregnancy!" Rudy commented but nothing went inside his ears when he manifested that whatever he was dreaming should come true. His future had never been so bright when he imagined his wife having a little doll-like baby in her hand.

"Wait, what am I even seeing in his face? This guy looks happy." Rudy exclaimed in shock.
