Disclaimer - some medical details and terms used here are just to bring out the story with my imagination . Not sure if anything mentioned is even possible, so kindly bear with it😅

V - where am I ! Why did you kidnap me ?!

She kept turning around as all she could see was darkness in the place where she stood . As if the world was suddenly painted black, not a single source of light came upon . She was feared .

' Pharyngeal Cancer - Nasopharynx type , infected area - upper part of throat behind the nose . Treatment - radiation therapy , chemo , need immediate surgery '

She stopped moving for a moment and flinched on hearing the person complete the details .

V- granny

Vrushali whispered with tears dropping down her eyes .

And the next secon the room was filled with white light , literally white everywhere.

She was astonished on seeing around , the lab . And ofcourse the person who stood infront brought more shock in her .

V- Dr. Trivedi...

She muttered slowly with her pupils still shaking in shiver .

T- Mrs.Neela's name is marked to number 67 in the line .

He recited from the pad he kept held while Vrushali went bewildered.

V - Dr what's this place?

T- as you know the disease is highly vulnerable, it's got big death rate too . Considering her age , it's a big risk to wait till all the other 66 gets their chance . What do you think Doctor ?

V- I...was actually going to talk to you about this chief .

She stammered to bring those words perfect as her eyes wandered around this foreign place .

T- when ? after loosing your grandma?

V- Doctor !

She screamed cringing at what she just heard . Tej let out a huge sigh and tossed the pad over the table before taking his seat before her .

T- I've decided to help . I'll bring her to place one immediately.

V- thank you so much Dr ! Thank

T- uhh haan ,wait Doctor . Help me with something, then I'll hold my part of the deal .

V- help ?

She asked being confused .

His smug smile deviated slowly to form a serious kind of reaction , and that very second she knew something big was coming.

T- forget whatever you've known and found regarding preetha's autopsy.

V - but Doctor, I've almost got it there . A new sample is identified , if we can discuss with the department then

T- enough !

Vrushali wriggled a bit on hearing his sudden scream .

T- what did I say ? Forget .

She was still clueless of why he insisted.

V - I don't think ...

Vrushali muttered and these words and started shaking her head with having deep thoughts . Tej grew anxious .

T - then I've got no choice rather to contact the medical council and push your granny's name to the end . Any hospital, I can do that .

V - no no no no !

She reacted horrified. Tej immediately smiled at her .

T- you'll help me then , won't you ?

Vrushali made a slow nod hesitantly as if she was still not very much satisfied with her own decision.

T- one more small help , if you don't mind Doctor .

Her face remained shaken as he added more , what's next now ? she was scared .

That's how Tej succeeded winning yet another resource of his own hospital. When he found that annika was getting close into the case , he used Vrushali again . Sharon created fake test reports and x- ray sheets to fool annika , and annika did fall for their trap in that moment . Bluffing about this missing kidney was all to bring fear in annika and make her back off . That's why even vrushali used to insist her much on it , but annika never really listened which had brought her infront of the big gun this day.

Vrushali was on her way back to her hometown to bring her granny . While she waited at the bustop , she noticed the boys gathered together in a car, away from the hospital . Her intuition turned out right when she saw annika climbing inside the car alongside Sharon . She followed them back to shivaay's house and waited for the right moment . Once she made sure they were out , she broke in and escaped with Sharon .

After knowing that they have gathered all the details from sharon , she immediately called and informed Tej about their plan to go inside their lab .

A complete traitor , she played .

A- you told them about my sisters ,didn't you ?

Annika cringed holding that disgusting face ahead of vrushali who gulped without meeting annika's gaze . She was loosing strength , she gritted her teeth to not fall weak and pressed a tight grip on the machine gun she kept held .

T - it's no use , we'll make a pulp out of you four before you even try poking one bullet of that into any one of us .

Tej spoke pointing the thing right on shivaay who looked hardly bothered of what he just heard .

S- not if I push this bullet into your brain first , you'd be down before you realize.

There was an immediate chuckle which Tej made .

T- you know I've always thought what did annika see in you, that she loves you this hard ! You're a brave man shivaay , I must admit .

He lowered the case but shivaay remained in position throughout. He kept pointing the pistol at him as he saw Tej walking slowly near annika .

Annika glared hard while he passed a smile at her .

T- met your brother daughter ?

She moved back when Tej tried to hold her cheek .

A- what is he ?

T- my creation .

He once again tried to hold her hand but there came shivaay inbetween pointing the thing at tej .

S- stand right where you are .

Within seconds Tej gave a nice punch on shivaay's wounded arm , and he lost grip of the pistol and fell down . Blood came rushing to ooze out . Om and Rudra couldn't as they themselves remained captive or rather held Sharon and Vrushali as captives .

Annika scowled at her father once and sat down to help shivaay who was groaning in pain .

T - don't worry shivaay , you won't die , atleast not because of my punch .

He chuckled completing the sentence.

A- stop it!

T- ohh I didn't even start yet dear .

A- shut up you shameless !

Tej's face turned red in anger when she screamed , he slowly knelt down to look at her face while she plastered shivaay's wound with whatever she had.

A sharp slap is what she received from him , and immediately she gave it back without waiting . The place echoed with a couple of slaps , following one after the other .

She showed that she was no less than him , her eyes enraged as much as his were. His cheeks turned pink with her finger marks on it. He once again peeped out to grab her hair but stopped on feeling the round end of the pistol making a hard press on his chest .

Tej cornered his eyes to see the man who sat inbetween.

S- back

He whispered crushing his eyes in pain . Tej did fall back .

T- I can't believe my son died saving you .

A- dare you, you've got no rights to talk about me .You abandoned us anyways .

She mentioned tying a tight knot around shivaay's arm who had no reaction on his face . Well he was shocked by the detail which she mentioned just now .

T - open your eyes annika , see what I've achieved.

A- You call this an achievement?

T - the boy you saw in that cell, I designed him .

Annika decided to stop saying anything after when he started . A huge pride covered his face .

T - you know daughter in wounds like these , we doctors give only a 50% the other part is done by the body itself.

He spoke pointing shivaay arm . None tried to interrupt him .

T - cells are the biggest innovators , creators of the human body. We just stitch and seal the place, it's cells and tissues which do the best afterwards . They always make anything heal . This little detail is the brain formula of my creation - Veer .

A- what did you do ?

She couldn't help but ask that after hearing the name .

T - collection ...I collected. DNA sample , living tissues , cell for recovery , everything. Every known part the body which could lead in development of a new whole system of organs .

People around including Sharon and Vrushali looked terrified as he explained.

A- that's impossible.

T- you're father can do things beyond just impossible annika . Cell biology is the mother of medical science, unfortunately no Doctor realizes it . I worked on a thesis regarding this , I definitely knew this would bring such a score but none at that time, not one council ! was ready to fund me for research .

He grew enraged thinking of his struggles , how he had gone to places one by one with all his files and stuffs to only be thrown out like some beggar .

T - none were ready to deal with this poor doctor who had no penny . Even reading my record required an amount for them , I went through the worst days of my life and Veer's death came as another shocking stroke to me. My only son ...

Annika kept staring at him keenly , she noticed his slow tears .

T - I never thought I'd be working on the research with samples of my own son . Sadly your mother died in the middle , and I was once again fooled ! Fooled !

He thrashed away all the things kept on the table and punched the wall in frustration. Shivaay looked at him dubiously.

S- what do you mean ?

T- yeah I failed the first time , but that's when I knew I was going to create this place . I generated Veer , cell by cell , tissue by tissue , organ by organ .

Everyone's eyes grew wildly big on hearing him say that.

A- how can you...

He smiled at her when she trembled to speak those words .

T - ofcourse daughter I can . Initially I was a part of the black market in this city, organ trafficking , illegal surgeries I did everything to save some money .
The hospital beneath which we're standing now could have never been rose if I hadn't done those .

R- don't be so proud for creating some bone and flesh by doing every worst thing in this world .

Tej instantly turned towards Rudra and shook his head .

T - correction, flesh and bone is the description of a human . My son is not a human . Humans are evil, just thick sacks of blood .

He gritted his teeth mentioning that.

T- annika I'm sure you remember, how this system ignored and turned it's back on our Veer's accident case just because the driver was the son of a Minister.

She felt pain in that moment but didn't show up anything. Ofcourse she remembers how her parents would go running to the court everyday ,with different lawyers each time .

But justice never happened .

T- that's what humans are . And I didn't want my son to become a part of it , he's devoid of emotions , nil of empathy but a fill of rage . His adrenalin pump is alway high....my sons would defeat this ugly world one day.

He announced it with much pride and vengeance in his face.

S- you created a monster.

Shivaay whispered turning his gaze at the way outside where the cell blocks remained .

T- you're stupid enough to think like that , people are the biggest monsters on the earth. They never let anything , anyone live in peace . From birds to animals to plants to fellow sapiens, they always trouble everything . Help , truth , justice , trust , hope nothing is a part of this world anymore. So let this be the end of the world , people's world .

He stretched his arms awide and expressed his hate for the human kind and his vision for the new world.

S- you've spoken enough .

Muttering these shivaay sweeped his leg on the floor to hit Tej's legs who lost balance and fell on the ground . Shivaay kicked off his machine gun away to the corner at once . Here Om and Rudra worked fast enough to snatch the weapons from the other two .

Tej who lied on the ground lifted his head and laughed at annika's face before grabbing her foot . She was dragged to fall on him.

Shivaay found it difficult to aim at him as annika was actually on Tej this while . She struggled to come out but couldn't, at one point shivaay managed to have some aim and shit Tej's hand . Annika's chin and the neck down was covered with blood as Tej's arm poured out . She kicked him off and moved away for shivaay helped her stand .

She kept wiping off the blood on her skin hurriedly.

S- you're ok ?

Taking deep breaths, she passed a quick nod and focused on Tej again who had now tried and stood up holding his bleeding hand with the other .

Shivaay kept scowling at him straight while suddenly he found annika stumble upon and falling down on the floor .

S- annika ,annika !

Taking her in his hold he kept shaking her while the other boys looked at the scene worriedly holding Sharon and Vrushali at aim .

Annika was finding it very difficult to keep her eyes open, her vision grew darker .

S- annika ....! An

A- shi

She closed her eyes as her body demanded . That's when shivaay saw the injection inserted in her arm , above the elbow . Shivaay stood up and pointed the pistol straight at Tej's head .

S- what did you do to her !

Here Vrushali who was getting petrified with the way things were happening took advantage of Om's unfocused look and jumped to stomp on his leg . He slapped her on the cheek and pushed her back before she could snatch his pistol .

Tej gave his evil smirk on watching shivaay's dagger like eyes spitting fire on him . Shivaay punched his face and pressed his bleeding arm when he smiled like that for Tej cried out in pain to immediately give the same struggle to shivaay. He punched his arm and pushed him to the ground while in process he himslef fell along too .

As shivaay had already lost so much blood , he was loosing conscious how much ever he tried , the fatigue made him immovable.

How much ever smart cop and a strong person he was , at the end ,he was just a normal man going through so much pain and struggle at the moment . He couldn't move at all .

Om- shivaay !

Om kept notice of the girls once before running to shivaay . Tej who moved like a worm on the floor kicked shivaay's pistol and signalled Vrushali who immediately took hold of it to only loose it down when Rudra was quick enough to flip and twist her arm .

R- I can't believe once upon a time I even felt sad for some garbage like you .

V - aaah!

As Rudra was completely turning the other side ,sharon was not under his radar , vrushali who stood opposite to him was able to see her though. While she struggled in his hold, she signalled Sharon to take the gun which lied on the floor .

Sharon picked it .

But she couldn't just pull the trigger , her hands trembled in fear . She couldn't even grip the case tight so she used both her hands while tears already poured out from her eyes like a river .

She was just a random girl with more people to feed at home . Having a drunkard father turned her fate , with four siblings to take care of she had no other go rather to work under Tej while he promised to help her with needs .

But shooting someone, was extremely scary for her . She shook like hell .

Rudra who sensed this movement behind him , turned quickly and by the time sharon had already taken a shot with her eyes crushed tight.

Rudra's leg just below the knee bled . Pressing his hand over it to hold the blood , he tried to aim at her but vrushali pushed him down and snatched the gun from him while sharon cried hysterically ,not being able to believe that she had actually shot him .

Om- Rudra !

Om screamed helplessly watching his friends put down to the ground like that. Tej , Vrushali and Sharon seemed to have the upper hand as they were once again pointing the gun at the four. Om slowly took his head up pointing his fierce eyes at Tej who was busy tying something around his arm .

T- such a mess ...you guys didn't dream of leaving this place alive , did ya'll?

He grinned saying that for Om immediately leapt to hold him , but Vrushali interrupted and pushed him down showing him who the real captives actually were .
