Martha rested her head on Lancer's shoulder's, both of their faces pale and dry accompanied by cracked lips. Lancer scrolled through the video's on his phone, smiling as his eyes slowly got duller and duller.

  "Remember this?" Lancer asked as he showed the phone to Martha. It was a picture of them at Disneyland.

  "Remember when we tried to find out if Shane's conspiracy was right?" Martha asked back with a warm smile. "I still can't believe we didn't get kicked out."

  When Lancer attempted at trying to find another video or photo he realized that there were no more on his phone.

  "Damn...I swear I remembered having a video of you at the talent show." Lancer set his phone to the ground. His face slowly twisted into a combination of disappointment and sorrow. "I must've deleted it somehow..."

  "Silly, it wasn't on your phone!" Martha laughed. She pulled out her's and went to its gallery, and sure enough, it was there. She raised the phone so that they both could see, despite her arms getting weaker and heavier.

 "Hey, Martha?"

 "Hm?"

 "I just wanted to let you know, despite how sappy it is, if I was ever going to turn I'd want to turn with you by my side," he told her as his voice slowly became a coarse whisper. "I'm glad the last moments of my life were at least by you."

 "Lancer, you are too precious!" Martha joked. She pinched his nonexistent cheeks and kissed him. "I love you to the end of the world."

 Lancer dug his face into his shirt and cried his eyes out, and he wasn't the usual type to cry. Usually, in any situation, he would be his normal naïve self or would try and lighten the mood. However, knowing him and his girlfriend will forget each other forever in a couple more minutes shook him to his core...

 He wiped off his tears and rested his head on Martha's shoulder this time, and Martha set her hand on his.

 "We have to stay strong, no matter what." Martha tapped the play button and laid back with Lancer, as they watched their closest memories slowly fade away into nothingness.

 It was only a matter of time before they turned, and so they just sat back and waited. Waited as the room around them got darker and darker.

Martha was dressed in a fine blue dress, with pearls and gems all over it.

 She slowly danced around the stage, giving a warm smile to everyone.

   Based on the music, the audience had a feeling what was coming

           Still, they slowly clapped to the rhythm, as did Lancer.

   Martha raised her arms to the sky and opened her mouth to sing.

                       "Snow is falling on the frosty ground."

                    "Christmas cheer is spreadin' all around!"

                  "It's that time of year, but I'm feelin' so blue!"

                   "There's a lack of presents in my stocking."

                  "And my chimney needs a good unblocking."

               "Come on Santa dear, I've been waiting for you!"

Martha continued slow dancing to the seemingly innocent music.

                  "Let me tell you if, you're feeling frozen stiff."

                           "My fire's burning hot for you!"

That lyric showed the true intention of the song, almost everyone got it.

       Apart from the little kids, some high schoolers, and Lancer.

               "Before you take a nap, let me sit upon your lap!"

    "There's only one gift that I wanna unwrap when you're near."

                             "Baby it's that time of year!"

A mother cupped her hand over her toddler's eyes and left the audience. 

      A few males were really "digging" Martha's performance.

     All the high schoolers looked at each other, wondering one thing:

                      Was she gonna be expelled after this?

        "I've warmed your milk and made your favorite snack!"

                   "So come on over and unload your sack!"

        One highschooler mumbled: "Oh, Jevil's boutta get her."

             "Tie those reindeer up, cause you may be a while!"

                     One man decided to do a loud catcall.

           Which made the whole audience laugh, even Martha.

                  "And I know what'll make you smile!"

Martha did a slow pirouette that made her dress hover over the ground

                "Let me tell you if, you're feeling frozen stiff."

                          "My fire's burning hot for you!"

            "Before you take a nap, let me sit upon your lap."

               "There's only one gift that I wanna unwrap!"

                                  "When you're near!"

                   Martha raised her arms into the air.

                           "Baby it's that time of year!"

       A group of unseen men sang out with her for the Outro.

                                "It's that time of year!"

Snow, really just pieces of paper, fell from the ceiling and onto her.

                                "It's that time of year!"

               Everyone, primarily men, clapped along.

                                "It's that time of year!"

Lancer didn't know what the lyrics meant, but he still liked the song.

                           "Cmon' Santa, give it to me!"

Martha raised her hands in the air, and everyone stood up to cheer.

 Everyone learned one thing from this performance, at least:

    There were way too many pedophiles in the audience.

     "Guys, before the next act comes on I just wanna say this."

      "If you don't see me tomorrow, Jevil murdered me."

        And just as the audience laughed, the video ended.

   Lancer finally realized the lyrics just as he was listening to her special song. It was such a shame that he wouldn't be able to tell her that...

 Boom! Boom!

  The phone dropped to the ground, shattering the screen and breaking. They both sat dead next to their lockers, hand-in-hand as the world finally enclosed them into its deathly void. They were gone, a now lost cause in this world. 

  And then they opened their now dark red eyes.
