I was talking to Summer in the same white void, "so, what is the topic that we are to discuss ?" I asked, then Summer smiled, "you have passed my expectations, you have even returned to my daughters after you died saving them, but there are other complications, there is something you should know but I will leave it for now, the girls will tell you when they are ready, and the task you will face will be more challaging then you think" she said, "I know, but I am now curious about the girls I hope..." I was cut off by Summer, "it is nothing serious, they are not hurt but I doubt they know what it is... Yet" she said, I gave up on asking as I know she wouldn't tell me anything.

"Good luck, and have fun with your family" she said, and with that I woke up, it was Midnight and as I couldn't sleep, I decided to walk around for abit and saw Juane looking at the moon, "hey, you ok ?" I say, this startled him but he noticed it was me and calmed down, "yeah, I just needed to think, and thank you for helping me with Pyrrha, I wouldn't be with her if it wasn't for your help" he said, but I just said "look mate, I didn't do anything, it was all you, she loved you because of you, you made your own happiness, not me. I only pushed you two into each other, but it was bound to happen, with or without me" I say, he just nodded, "so modest, but thanks for pointing that out" he said, I then patted his shoulder and walked back to my dorm, "so... You up for this mission, I just... Don't want to let everyone down" he said, then added "it's not my first mission but I get scared about letting everyone down or if I will slip up".

I stopped, "you will do fine, we still have a couple of days, and I'm scared about failing, but it's that fear that guides you to do your thing, and will help you to learn from your mistakes" I say, I still had my back to him, "didn't think you were scared, I though you've done it all, from the highest skies to the darkest nights" he said.
"I have, but I will still be scared, I mean, you're not alive unless your close to death, you wouldn't succeed unless your near failure, it's just a matter of principle, my friend, now I'm off to sleep, and so should you, we will be working hard in the days ahead" I say, then walked on back to my dorm, the second I hit the bed, time seemed to have skipped as what seemed in a second because I open my eyes and see its morning, I'm not really tired, just a little slow, but that wouldn't stop me.

I headed to lessons when a teacher decided to do something fun, "I want to see who is brave" she said, I raised my hand, "ma'am" I said, along with others, she saw me and told me to stand, "now, you can do two things, either tell us a story and sing, or dance and something, your choice" she said, 'Bollocks, that's what I get for volunteering' I though, and said, "story and song" I said then went to the front, "it was during an operation in 2014, I was in the desert with a bunch of new recruits, babysitting a small radio outpost in the middle of nowhere, after two weeks of me being there, it was attacked by a very large force of enemy troops and there was 20 people, including me, defending it, they came at us with RPGs and AK47, I grabbed the GPMG, and started to let loose a few burst, effectively putting the enemy under fire, I hit about 20 enemy soldiers that tried to rush it in to our compound, then our two snipers and the rest of our lads started to fight back" I say.

"After 2 days of continuous fighting, an RPG exploded in the middle of the compound, it lightly wounded one of our lads, a private Samuel Karl, service number 35768912, but he managed to aid himself, we called in for evac, it didn't get there for another 2 days, the end count was 3 wounded, one of which was serious, and the enemy casualties were 503 dead, 141 wounded and captured" I said, this got a slight cheer, "well done, so what will you sing ?" She asked, I though for a moment then said " Runnin, By Adam Lambert but I have the instrumental version on my phone, I'll plug it in and sing" I said, I did just that and it started.

When I finished the song, I saw everyone stand up and clap, even RWBY, "that was amazing, Mr Bowman, please take a seat as the lesson will end soon" she said, I sat down and yang asked "how ?, I didn't think you could sing" I laughed, "well, I don't, but that doesn't mean I can't" I said, then the bell rang and we headed to our next lesson.
