Chapter 3 Ocean carry

The river slowly carried the baby to the monstrous sea waves. Water could barely get into the basket, so little Lavender was safe from the harsh ocean waves. Big waves and small waves carried Lavender miles away from the village he was born in. And soon enough, it eventually became nighttime.

The ocean waves calmed and the full moon was out on a very starry night. The ocean waves slowly carried Lavender across beach shores in the quiet night. Soon enough little Lavender woke up and began to let out a small tiny cry.

The basket started to shake, which was enough to catch someone's attention. "Huh!? A baby? Am I going crazy?" Pirate Tim questioned himself. The pirate slowly walked over to the still moving basket washed up on the beach shore.

"Hey! Hey! Guys, I found a baby!" Tim called out to his shipmates, but no one answered. "They must be asleep... whatever." Pirate Tim said to himself before coming closer to the shaking basket.
