Ok. I really am not proud of this chapter. Don't be surprised if it's stupid. Probably really cheesy. Let's get it over with...

The day I talked about last chapter had come. I walked in and was again greeted by a smile from Aurora.

I paid no attention to it and continued walking toward the back. You may have thought I was heartless but she had been doing that same greeting every time I came here, for the past maybe, four or five times.

I got into the back and started my work.

I eventually had to go back out to clean up and such, and when I did, Aurora was right there when I exited the back area.

I stopped because she was right in front of me.

"Hi there." I said to her. That was the first time I had spoken first.

"Hi to you too." She said back. "Um... Tendo? I was wondering... why have you been trying to ignore me lately?"

I wasn't surprised. It  took her a little long to catch up.

"I was just playing along." I answered.

She looked confused. The nerve. "Playing along?" She questioned. "To what?"

"To the game you have made." I told her. "You have made me your target, and you are trying to make me fall for you, and then you will leave me heart broken. That was your plan. But Ii figured it out."

She still looked confused for a second, but then she began to laugh lightly.

I wondered what was so funny. Maybe, she was going to admit she was playing me the whole time, and congratulate me for it.

"Is that what you think?" She asked me. "That's not it."

"Oh? Then what is?" I questioned her.

She blushed slightly and looked a little nervous. "The truth is... I am actually into you."

I was taken aback. I figured she was playing me! I had no idea...wait. Maybe she was still going for it. I couldn't fail now!

"Really?" I asked. "I will have to have proof."

Aha! I got her now. She could never admit to loving me. I have trapped her! Now she will HAVE to admit she was lying!

She thought about it. I was guessing she was thinking of how to tell me I had won.

She finally said, "I have been coming here every time you work. If it was a game, I would have given up a while ago. Why would I come here just to see you, if it was only for a game?"

She got me there.

I was dumbstruck. I was thinking of reasons why she would go that far. Except, there weren't any! There was no way...

"Well, I have to go now." She said. "I will see you next time, Tendo." She winked at me, but this time, it had an effect on me. I just stood there, watching as she left.

I couldn't believe it. No one. NO ONE would ever fall for me. I was Tendo! The lame leafeon! The one who couldn't do anything worth while, not even defeat a bully! How could she have fallen for that!

But it happened.

I went to the restroom to wash my face, for I was turning red.
