17 December 1699

Lena had just arrived at the cave entrance when the sun had finally set and the moon started to rise into the starlit sky. Lena then noticed the air around her suddenly freeze. Out of the mist that had gathered a young boy stepped out. Lena suddenly remembered what Coral had told her. "Lucifer is that you?" Her voice was very shaky and echoed through the cave. The boy did not answer, but took a couple of steps towards her. Lena asked again stepping back "Lucifer is that you? If so you don't have to hide your true form?" The boy tilted his head to the side before disappearing in a cloud of smoke. After a couple of minutes out of the smoke appeared a tall, handsome man with thick jet black hair and scarlet red eyes. Lucifer finely answered Lena "Yes, my princess, I'm your humble servant." Lucifer bowed as he spoke. Lena blushed a rosy red colour. They stood  in awarded silence for a few minutes, until Lena calmly spoke. "I know what you did for me and my mother. Thanks." Lena took a couple of steps forward and then sat on a small rock. Lucifer sat next to Lena.

Lena and Lucifer sat in the cave and talked for hours until Lena asked about half breeds. This made Lucifer face twist into an evil frown. "Half breeds are unwanted and mistakes that need to be removed. They have no place in this world and most of them are not well and want to die or stop others suffering the same fate." Lena noticed Lucifer was clutching at his trousers, she slowly moved her head on top of his up comfort him. Lucifer unclenched his hand, smiling at Lena, he then leaned in to kiss Lena on the lips. As he leaned in a dark grey seal jumped out of the water in the cave and slammed into Lucifer knocking him off the rock. Lena suddenly lost consciousness.

When Lena regained consciousness, she was in her room at Breatha Castle. She had a small cosy room with a dresser and wardrobe. Her bed had curtains surrounding the bed. Lena heard her door open and tried to get out of bed to greet however, was coming to see her, but was unable to get up, then suddenly the curtains surrounding flung back and standing in front of her was Balfour. He greeted Lena with a smile "Well, look who's finely up you have been out for 4 days asleep. One of the guards found you unconscious in a cave by the coast. You had everyone worried, I'll go get Mungo and Brochan." Before Lena could argue Balfour had already gone.

Lena sat up in her bed and looked out of her window it was raining outside so she could not tell what time of day it was. Mungo and Brochan came running into Lena's room 10 minutes after Balfour left. Mungo stood at the base of Lena's bed and Brochan sat next to Lena and hugged his sister she hugged back. "You finally wake if it was not for Balfour finding you I don't know was I would do." Brochan cried into Lena's shoulder. Lena looked at her uncle and slowly asked "What happened?" Mungo signed and took a deep breath. "Balfour found you in a cave your mother visited often when she came up to visit. You were unconscious and had a mark on your neck like a black dog had tried to take over you." Lena's eyes grew with fear until she no white of her eye showed as she heard this. Then Mungo continued the story.

Meanwhile

"That little bastard of a selkie. If I see him again, I will kill him. " Roared Lucifer from the top of Mount Bas. Lucifer looked into his mirror to see his once beautiful face scarred from the marks the selkie had made when separating Lena from him. He was so close to getting what his people deserved that it consumed him. "I will get revenge on that selkie and Lena will fail and give my people what they deserve." He laughed out loud to himself throwing his head back as he laughed.
