Lieutenant Colonel Keegan P. Russ

Former U.S. Marine and member of the Task Force Stalker A.K.A. the Ghosts, now a Tactical Commander of G.H.O.S.T. PMC and a Federation War veteran. Keegan was Logan's mentor as a Ghost and a friend of Elias Walker and Merrick. He's one of the best soldiers among the Ghosts, alongside Elias and Logan. And with Logan, Keegan trained Aiden and Markus Walker. In the G.H.O.S.T., alongside Merrick, Hesh and Logan, he's seen as a legend. He leads a S T-Dolls named Reaper Squad.
