PLAY THE SONG, IT'S MY FAVORITE AT THE MOMENT. (LANA IS MY DADDY)

It was like I was in some fairytale, the kinds you read about where a girl meets her prince and happily ever after, blah blah blah.

And Alex was my prince, no doubt.

Yesterday, in his garden, we had one of those talks, the ones where you didn't want to leave, and knew deep down you really couldn't and walking away was merely a pause in the conversation. But when five-twenty came around, someone stopped reading our story, pausing the conversation.

He drove me home, where I snuck back inside, just in time for dinner.

"¿Te gustaría el jugo de naranja querido?"

I look up from my breakfast plate, at the voice of my mama. I smile at her half turned figure.

"¿Te gustaría el jugo de naranja querido? [Would you like orange juice my dear?]" She repeats. I nod my head 'no.' "¡No gracias! [No, thank you!]" she corrects and I repeat after her, earning a playful grin.

Just then, Antony enters the kitchen, heading for my head to leave a gentle pat on my hair. I glare at him in annoyance, but he only grins cheekily back. "Are you ready pumpkin?"

I raise my left eyebrow at him, questioning his words.

Ready for what?

"Oh, don't give me that look!" He says, crossing his arms. My mama leaves the kitchen and Grey emerges from the corner, taking her place.

"What? I don't even k-" I start to say.

"Your date!"

My eyes widen in shock and my fork makes a loud pang as it meets my plate.

"What date?!" I question, standing from my chair.

"The one we set up. The one we told you about, remember?" Grey chimes in.

I look between my brothers in pure disgust. "I'm not going, so you can tell Roberto it's off." I wave my hand dismissively, then crossing them, signaling that my decision was final.

"First of all, his name is; George. And, yes, yes you are."

"No-"

"C'mon Ginger, for all the sh- mess that you put us through, just go. One date!" Grey begs.

I smirk, knowing what he was mistakenly going to say.

But, I wasn't going. I was with Alex, last night, making that very clear.

My fairytale was near its end, and soon Alex and I would be printed on the last page, hands in each others with the words; THE END under our picture.

"No!" I intake a shaky breath before heading for the stairs where my room laid, and where I mostly will be spending the rest of my day.

Antony runs in front of the stairs, in attempt to block my way. "You are going, Ginger! Now, it's a brunch date, so get dressed in about an hour!" With that, Grey and him walked up the stairs ahead of me.

I sigh, I really really didn't want to go. I mean I couldn't. Can't, really.

"And Ginger, disobeying is not an option, cause I will drag you- if I have to- to that date."

I look up to see Antony staring down at me from the top of the stairs.

I sigh once more, I guess I'm going.

Crap!
