Leyland Adventures Chapter Four: Part Three

An obese, short male fairy entered the field. Dressed in an elastic gingerbread-colored sweatsuit, flabs of his brown skin poked through the shirt. An enormous, beaver-like bucktooth gleamed alongside the tip of his curved, coal-black claws.

An earthquake of cheers was heard as he waved. Walking towards Tysashi, the plumb fighter reached for his hand.

"Here's to a good battle!"

He paused before smirking. Once their palms touched, G.D gave a suffocating grasp before lobbing Tysashi like a basketball. Drilling into the surface, vibrations scattered as the ground rocked, making it arduous to determine where G.D was. Jagged stalagmites sprouted from below; the tips just barely touching his clothing. He abruptly erupted from the ground, throwing his fist. The soil spilt in half as Tysashi's back collided below the sturdy border where Aradressa sat. She howled his name with straight eyes. He swore everything was fine as their eyes exchanged stares. Before she could reply, he had already left.

Eyeing the teenage boy curve around the stalagmites, an army of rocks glued themselves to his spherical body. Like a hockey puck, he slid across the field at lightning speeds. Charging towards the animate boulder, Tysashi sent a mighty fist flying through the center, forcing his opponent out of his armor. Elevating his jellylike face from the dirt, a leaping fist came into view. The bucktooth shimmered as he stabbed it barbarically into Tysashi's wrist. Echoing roars of a dinosaur escaped his mouth simultaneously as the blood-ridden hand dropped down.

Swarmed by tenebrous emotions, Aradressa bolted to the restroom with her hair flying in the wind. Sighing, her mother followed with a motionless face.

"Darling, you've seen dreadful bloodshed such as this before. Tysashi is plagued by excruciating discomfort at the moment; it bothers me as well. Just breathe and enter a state of tranquility."

Her breathing stabilized tardily, eventually her pillow-like cheeks cooled.

"I recognize that. I apologize."

"There's nothing to feel apologetic about; you're simply overwhelmed. Though, you need to get a hold of your emotions, a queen does not cry in these unfortunate circumstances. We can only pray." She gradually carried her hand through Aradressa's shaken hair.

"I just... want to fly out there and embrace him."

"You can once he victoriously triumphs," she whispered.

Marissa brushed her sleek hand on Aradressa's plumb cheek, running her fingers downwards. Their eyes were held captive in a gazing manner. The queen's tender smile froze her daughter until she returned that smile.

"I'm ready to return, mother."

"Good."

Once the radiant sun flashed in their eyes, G.D was being escorted out the area. Blood spilled from the vast opening through his chest. The bucktooth was absent from his mouth, and this only meant one thing.

"T- Tysashi." She murmured. He swayed both arms in the mild air with a bright grin, receiving praise. No extra injuries were added to his body.

The current, undefeated champion emerged from the shadows, steadily marching forward. His brawny build paired well with the shining, golden armor accompanying him. His emerald eyes encountered Tysashi's seemingly emasculated physique. Placing the diamond sword to the side, he spoke with the audience screaming his name.

"Is this what the others lost to? Pathetic! I shall end your winning streak right here and now!"

"We'll see about that. Can I get your name before we start?"

"No!" He flew towards the one-handed teen, swinging his mighty sword.

Arching backwards, Tysashi avoided the swing before snaring his weapon. The chilling touch of the blade ran through his body; their potent muscles trembled with squinting eyes. Tysashi struck his spare arm in the opponent's cream-skinned face with tremendous power. The sword then leaped and landed into unfamiliar hands.

"Sorry about this." He elevated his knee and forced it through the holy weapon, snapping it in half.

"You monster! That weapon was passed down from my family for generations and you just spat on our name!" His eyes acted as if they were having a seizure.

"Oh... whoops."

His wings flapped speedily as lightning crashed onto the field. The two snaked through the endless storm; their fists met with each thunderclap. Tysashi kept his focus on the punches Golden God threw, matching them.

"That's enough!" He bellowed, separating himself. A barrier of electricity surrounded him. "Prepare to suffer a god's might!"

The gray, monstrous clouds circled. Lightning dashed across the overcast skies as a godly figure was being constructed. The upper body of an ancient lightning goddess appeared; her deadly gaze targeted Tysashi.

"Allow me to introduce you to the previous goddess of lightning, Adsurhi! Only a being who can withstand and create two million amps could ever form her. This will erase your molecular structure entirely!"

"Two million? I know someone who can produce a thousand more at the bare minimum."

"Adsurhi, Voltage Arrow Storm, now!" He commanded.

Arrows of lightning tracked him at immeasurable speeds. Tysashi curved through the bolts with a solid concentration. Unfortunately, this gave the champion a chance to strike. He attacked with an orb of electricity, stunning the teen. The arrows were finally permitted to assault his body, leaving him weakened. Every minimal movement would punish him with a painful shock; though that didn't prevent him from rising.

"You're out of my league, teenager. I'll finish what the others couldn't. You won't even be able to touch me!"

Tysashi smirked with a confident glimmer in his eyes. "You're right, I won't." He covered the upper half of the diamond sword underneath his shoe and slid it behind him. The tip found itself in his back pocket, tucked away. "Why don't you finish it?"

More arrows were launched, he kept one eye on Adsurhi and the other on Golden God. He danced through the sudden bolts, performing a variety of taunting poses.

Crashing his foot down, he zoomed towards Tysashi. In the blink of an eye, his golden armor was penetrated. A sharp object shot through the chest and punctured his heart. Blood overflowed his mouth as he fell to the ground, his golden hair laying flat. The electricity weakened as did the goddess; the clouds returned to their peaceful state.

Stepping in a puddle of blood, he stood motionless.

"My legacy...ruined by a teenager, who hasn't lost his virginity. How could this be?"

"Was that last part really necessary? Also, how did you know that?"

"I- I refuse to share."

The guards soon led him out the area.

"There you go ladies and gentlemen; Tysashi Aerosmith is the winner!"

The crowd went absolutely ballistic, jumping in their seats. Aradressa flew out into the field just as he was given the golden, dazzling, star-shaped gemstone. She embraced him as the two twirled around together, exchanging radiant smiles. His arm was restored and the wound was patched thanks to Aradressa's healing abilities. Marissa stared at their extended hugging session, smiling to herself.

A special dinner was being held for Tysashi. The others raised their glasses as Marissa congratulated him. Claps and cheers bounced through his ears, thanking everyone for their limitless support.

After showering, the two met up in sleepwear.

"Tysashi... you truly are a soul who defies the impossible. Your bravery is an inspiration to all."

"Aww. I wouldn't say all of that, but I'm glad you think so. I didn't see you when I defeated Grave Digger, were you ok?"

Her cheeks turned red before replying. "I- I just couldn't handle the echoing screams of anguish and gushes of blood any longer. Witnessing you becoming injured...it felt like I was being harmed alongside you."

He massaged her hands, expressing how pain is required to grow and win. Without pain, you forget the consequences of careless actions.

"Thank you, Aradressa for caring."

"No, thank you for being resistant."

She flew over to Tysashi's right cheek, tapping it with glossy lips. A fire burned within him as his body remained still. Her wings flapped slowly as his heartbeat raced. Sounds were deafened while the two fell into their own worlds. She finally took her lips off his cheek, seeing shades of red.

She then handed him a familiar necklace, one with a pink crystal forming a flower. Tysashi's thoughts halted while he inspected the item.

"Aradressa..."

"It just so happens I had a spare. I suppose my memory neglected this." She placed the Rose Guard Necklace around him.

"Thank you...I'm still sorry about the whole thing."

"I apologize as well, but we shall not allow such an event to alter our friendship."

He chuckled. "Definitely. Goodnight, Aradressa."

"Goodnight, Tysashi."

With the Lenovo hero fast asleep, the princess gathered her pen to jot down another entry.

Diary Entry #4

"For what seemed like forever, I witnessed Tysashi getting egregious injuries. I felt so nauseous to hear his screams of anguish. I merely wished I could fight alongside him. At one point, I broke down in tears and flew to the restroom. My mother came in to comfort me. I'm aware my actions weren't ladylike, though I was forgiven. I stood in there with my mother remotely, losing myself in her eyes. It reminded me of childhood... the manner in which she would consistently visually examine me. Through the hardships, I've learned Tysashi always fights through tough situations. He even lost access to a hand but proved capable. Such an intrepid and valiant spirit is what characterizes him. Later that evening, I osculated his facial cheek. He seemed to take pleasure in it just as I did, my body felt weightless as it happened. He's the first male to trigger such a reaction, how unique. I believe mother is warming up to Tysashi as well; his nonpareil personality is breaking down the sturdy walls of trust mother built. Someday, those walls will be demolished."

End Of Entry Four

Aradressa sighed as she closed her diary and shoved it underneath the bed. Her body eventually became inactive while she entered a fantasy dreamscape.
