I realized Kat was gasping on the floor, huh? I thought she was unconscious? I quickly made my way to her side. There's so much blood, she's covered in it. The goddamn ambulance should be here already!

"Fuck, I'm so fuckin sorry lil mama are you okay?" I said, my voice cracking, I'm freaking tf out, and usually I'm chill asf. What did this chick do to me man? I should've never started fucking around with her.

"Dave... shot me... am I gonna die...?" The bullet missed me and it hit Kat. And wtf she already knew the guys who did that to her? I feel guilty as fuck. I know I didn't do that to her but I felt bad. And I couldn't answer her question cause I don't know if she can survive this. I ain't never been in some fucked up situation like this in my whole life. What did I get myself into?

I never thought I'd be happy hearing sirens, but I was, fortunately several cops arrived, along with an ambulance and a fire truck. I explained everything, coppers arrested that one fool who broke my window, and the EMT's/ paramedics and whatnot took both Kat and I to the hospital. (the boring shi is gonna be skimmed over cuz... it's boring lol don't hate)

I was singing my song Strictly Business for Kat. A day has passed, I think she's getting released from the hospital today, the bullet went in and out of her upper arm and she's healing quickly, but she said it still hurts a lot so they made her stay overnight. I had to stay in the waiting room a large amount of time but ain't no one gonna get in my way from seeing my wifey.

And she says when I sing to her it takes her mind off of everything.

To get shit straight, I'm on the edge of the hospital bed by Kat's side, my arm's practically around her, (but not fully cause I don't want to accidentally hurt her) and her head is on my chest.

"I love your voice Kimetrius." Kat interrupted before I could finish the song.

I let out a slight laugh and kissed her head.

"Thanks baby girl."

"Yea... oh hey when's checkout time? Can you go ask around or something? Angel so insensitive he said I still gotta be at the studio today at 5 cause I been slacking lately." Kat said as she looked up at me with sad eyes.

I sighed, Angel can be cool sometimes but... he can also be a careless-headass-douchebag-from-hell that you jus wanna punch right in the face. And right now was one of those times. I'm pissed that he's making Kat go in today after everything, but I'm also mad at the fact that he's ordering me around saying I have to record a new song today too, when he's not even my manager!

"I don't want to leave you but fine." I said as I pulled away from her, stood up, and headed to the door.

"I love you Sky." She said with a weak wave. She better fucking love me after all the fucked up things she put me through. But I wasn't gonna talk shit to her after she was shot and... I don't wanna think about that.

"I love you more." I said as I then left the room.

I walked down the hall and towards the nurses who were talking by the front desks. Why do I feel like someone's watching- I look around. Sure enough, standing there by the entrance of the hospital was Jackie, once she realized I was staring at her she flashed me a sinister smile then exited the building. I guess I could tell the cops but there's not really a point, yeah she's watching but there's no proof. She knows where we are, and there's nothing I could do about it.
