Lincoln is able to conjure a wave like matter that resembles a tomoe  which allows him to manipulate the space or suspense of his choice. He could use it as a means of defense, forming heat, generating explosions, transporting people and/or people of his choice, granting the ability to switch places with people in close proximity. He could also trap people in his space and  can zap magic away.
