I was reading a book and I came across a part which made me think about something.

Whenever there is a part of Eve teasing, whether it is in a book or movie, it is always very serious. But if, by chance Adam teasing is mentioned, it is always for comic purpose.

Why is eve teasing, so serious but Adam teasing, so funny? I mean, afterall, male or female, a person is being teased, right? So why this difference?
