\kenzie POV/
I woke up to see dark and anti talking at the table eating breakfast, I got off the couch and walked to my room to check on felix. I open the door softly and felix looking in his journal. Felix was distracted, flipping through his journal and muttering to himself. He clearly didn't notice me, but I could tell that he was less tired than before. Which made me smile, "hello" I said smiling. Felix jumped a little, but relaxed when he noticed it was me. "Oh, hi." "How did u sleep" I asked walking over to my bed and sat down next to feilx."Good, actually," Felix replied. Now that he got sleep, he seemed friendly. "I'm surprised, though." He then looked back at his book. "Surprised about what?" I asked smiling more. "That I didn't have a nightmare about.." He paused and shivered. "..those things. I guess Dark and Anti are leaving me alone. For once." I smiled more, I was proud of dark and anti for leaving felix alone, "what r u doing?" I asked looking at the page felix was looking at. "Looking back at this," he responded. "Damn, was my handwriting really this bad? It's not terrible, but..." He trailed off when he landed on the pages about Dark and Anti. "But what?" I asked curiously. "It's.. nothing," Felix said before asking, "Where're Dark and Anti?". "They're in the kitchen eating breakfast" I said before asking "why?" "N-no reason," he answered bluntly. "Why... why are you friends with them?" That question from Felix came out of nowhere. "I was friends with them, but then they just lost it. I'm surprised they didn't do anything like that on you yet." Felix just quickly looked at his journal, avoiding my gaze. I thought for a bit, "maybe they felt bad for what they did and didn't want to do those things again so they try and make friends with someone else so they don't have to feel bad but they still do they may not show it but I think they miss having u around felix." I said. 'Where did that come from?' I thought. Felix stared at me. "Them? Feeling bad?" he asked, as if it was a joke. "I'm not going to ask them if it's true, though. If it was, then I'd be surprised." I sighed, "I can see how you don't trust them still but that's ok I'm not going to force you to." I said nicely. "Would like some breakfast?" I asked nicely. "I'm alright," Felix replied. "Thanks anyway, though. You've been nice to me, and I appreciate it." He actually-for once-flashed a smile at me. He then opened back his journal and muttered something to himself that I couldn't make out. I smiled back and heard the door open, I see dark looking at me and Felix "hey kid, hey felix" he said smiling a bit. Felix looked up at Dark, but only nodded at him before looking back at his book. He started to look nervous again.
