Rules are rather simple.

-No godmodding.

-Don't hate the player, hate the game.

-The story will be driven by either me or the admin/s.

-Try to keep this literal. This means at least four sentences. And that's the bare minimum. Its ok if you feel stuck and can't follow this rule a couple of times, but don't make it the usual.

- To rank up, you must ask for it in pm, and if I think your oc deserves it, I might do it.

-I will control extra characters and surroundings involving the Roleplay, so don't do it yourselves. Or ask first. Either works.

I will probably add more in the future, so keep that in mind.
