7 weeks since it started. we're a wreck. we are finally running out of food, eridans been dead for 5 weeks, sollux killed himself, vriska is going insane.

"karkitty?" I hear someone call, "wake up please."

"hm?" I say opening my eyes.

"i had another night terror....." nepeta whispers shaking rapidly and tears filling in her eyes.

" fuck...... is it about equius and eridan again?" I ask and she nods tears now going down her face. "ugh." I rap my arms around her letting her cry. once she calms down she looks up at me with her teary eyes.

"I-I l-love you." she stutters.

" I love you too." I respond. Then I kiss her. at first it was just a regular kiss. then I slid my tongue into her mouth.

nepeta POV

he slides his tongue into my mouth. at first I freaked wanting to pull away, but his arms pulled me closer. the warmth in my mouth tempted me to want more, he moves his hands down to the rim of my shirt and starts to lift it up. I pull away from the kiss blushing hard and he pulls the rest of the shirt off.

"Hey mother fuckers you o-" gamzee says walking in our direction then freezing in his tracks he says," Ill just leave you guys alone." then he quickly walks away.

I grabbed my shirt and slipped it on as fast as I could and laid back down.

"dammit gamzee." I hear karkat mumble before he lays down beside me. Once again he puts his arms around me but doesn't do anything else.

karkat pov
The next day everyone woke up to the sound of rapid knocking. With our weapons in hand we approached where the sound was coming from. Which was the back door. Gamzee was the one to open the door, but instead of the dead coming in. There was a girl about our age holding a small child that looked he was only 2 years old.

The girl had short hair like a boys hair, she wore a long red skirt that was tore up, and a black t-shirt.

"Please help. " she said in a proper tone. "He's starving to death. "

Nepeta steps beside Gamzee. "she's wounded. " she pauses. "you've been bitten? "

"No. I promise I haven't. "

After a while of talking we decide to let her and the toddler inside. We hand them food and watch them scarf it down.

"What's your name? " Vriska asks.

" Oh I'm Kanaya and this is Codi. I found him alone in an attic of a house. The poor boy doesn't know what's going on. "

Nepeta looks at me with a smile. Then she goes up to Codi."Hi Codi I'm nepeta. Codi stares up at nepeta with confusion. Nepeta gives me a hand signal to come over.

Since I didn't have a choice I went over. "this is Karkat." she says.

"uh hi. " I say.

Codi smiles.

"awe he likes you." Nepeta whispers.

After a while of talking and getting to know one another we let kanaya and Codi stay.

But something seemed odd with kanaya I just don't know what.
