Percy's P.O.V

I leaned back in my chair lazily, studying their expressions. Most looked surprised (Steve), some looked happy (Thor) and some looked smug (Tony).

"Why change your mind?" Natasha asked.

"I've spoken with someone. They helped me see the logic in joining another hero group." I said slowly, not giving anything away.

"Did you say 'another hero group'? Like you've been in one before?" Steve asked. I smiled and Thor and Loki burst out laughing.

"What? What's so funny?"

"Nothing." I said.

"Anyway. Perseus, welcome to the team." Fury said.

"It's Percy. Not Perseus."

"Romanoff, show him his room." Fury said and left. Natasha and I both stood up and she led me to a large room. It had a large flat screen TV, king bed with a curtain around it, even a Jacuzzi.  A bunch of other fancy things were in it too. I closed the door and sat on the bed. I vapour traveled back to my apartment and packed some of my clothes, Ambrosia, Nectar and a few other things. I picked up my bag and vapour traveled back to Stark Tower. I put my bag on my bed as someone knocked at my door.

"Come in." I called out. The door opened and Loki walked in.

"I thought you were a prisoner in Asgard." I said, not looking up. He chuckled.

"I was." About a year ago, he had tried to take over the world. I recently learnt that the Avengers had helped to stop him. It was about a week after the second Titan War. We had all just settled down at camp when we had learnt that Loki and another Titan, Oceanus, was trying to take over Earth. While the Avengers battled Loki and half of the Chitauri's army, we battled Oceanus and the other half of the Chitauri's army at camp. Funny thing is, the Avengers don't even know it.

"Why did you join them?" He asked.

"I had a dream." I said simply. He nodded.

"Ah." There was silence as I unpacked my stuff. Loki and I used to be friends, good friends. We still are, just not as close as before he tried to take over the world.

"I wish my condolences to you for Annabeth." He said softly. I nodded, a lump in my throat. I blinked back tears silently.

"Yeah. She was great."
