CHAPTER TWENTY ONE

And just after saying that, the door opened and the girl put herself in Sidd's arms.

Girl (crying out loud) : Sidd!

Sidd : Arishfa? Are you okay? What's wrong?

*So the girl is revealed to be Arishfa*

Arishfa : I missed you.

Sidd : Awwn. I missed you too. So tell me why were you crying?

And again, she started crying louder and louder, loud enough to make anyone deaf.

Sidd : What's wrong?

Arishfa : Nothing much. Just that I am seeing my buddy after many years.

Sidd : Awwn💜.

Arishfa : So I had a request to make.....

Sidd : Of course tell me.

Arishfa : My house is getting renovated so I was thinking if you could do me a favor.

Sidd(understood what she meant) : of course. You are more than welcome to stay in my house.

Arishfa (fake cries) : Really?😭. Thank you so much.

Avu's POV:

What does this girl even thinks of herself? She keeps throwing herself in Sidd's arm and crying on him. Poor Sidd, his shirt is all wet now. Oh god, she's just too overacting. And not to say that she's a makeup ki dukan on her face.

And then, she wraps herself around him closer than food wrap and is just as transparent. She gazes through her overly made-up eyes with her cloying vapidity, simpering softly until he tells a joke.

Then she giggles like she's three and a half. I can't say anything about it, to do so will put our friendship at risk, and that is something I don't want to do.

After a few hours:

Ahhh.... Arishfa is still here and both Sidd and her is literally chatting. He has even forgot that I do EXIST here.
I can't even go back to the mansion cause I don't remember the address.

Uhm... Maybe I will just excuse myself to the toilet.

Avu fakes a cough.

No one looks at her.

She fakes another cough.

Still none of the two looks at her.

Avu is now fuming with anger.

What do they even think of themselves😡. I don't need to take their fucking permission. I will just pass by them.

I was about to leave when Sidd pulled my hand and made me sit down back.

Ugh... Who does he think he is? He has been fucking ignoring my existence for hours and now finally realize enough to pull me.

Sidd : Arishfa, this is my new friend, Avu.

OK, so now he finally realized to introduce me.😒

Sidd(to Avu) : Avu, this is Arishfa, my school mate.

Arishfa : Hello Avu.

She said extending her hand.

Avu was fuming in anger, but still she realized the manners and accepted the handshake.

Avu : Hey Arishfa.

Arishfa : So Sidd, I will pack my stuff and come around tonight.

Sidd : OK, no problem.

After Arishfa left:

Sidd turned to Avu.

Sidd : Avu?

Avu was looking away to the other direction.

Sidd spinned her and pinned her against the wall.

Avu knew she wouldn't be able to gaze up to look in his eyes, and so she had her gaze down.

Sidd : Avu.

Avu had still her gaze down. Sidd lifted her cheek up and they both lost in each other in a deep eye lock.
