Vineet was lying on his side of bed, Anamika was fast asleep with the boy in her close custody but he was wide awake and staring at his wife who’s now rebellious and doesn't want to even see his face because he refuse to accept the child who, he feels is a hurdle in her success and it's the truth, she accept it or not. Had the child not been there between them, she would have been in the institution stepping towards a successful career but now, things are different.

But then, ever since he has seen the boy and holds him in his arms, he feels a strong connection, he wants to play with him, hold him all day in his arms. Though he doesn't want to feel that way but he can't help it, the feelings are not in his control and so forth he has come up with a plan to keep himself isolated from such thought and situation. 

Vineet let out a deep sigh and closed his eyes. He needs to work on his plan ASAP otherwise things will be messed up and he won't be able to fix them.

Next morning

Avantika was anxious as she couldn't get a chance to converse with her brother yesterday but she's determined to have a talk with him today, by any means. And so, she psyched up and prepared to leave when Sachin called her out. 

'’Itni jaldi mei kahan jaa rahi ho tum?'’ He questioned her, as he came out of the washroom. 

She was startled at his sudden question, wo… wo..” She was short of words to give a good response to her husband. 

Sachin gazes at her, “kya hua Avi? Kahan jaa rahi ho itni subah?? Baby se milne to nahi jaa rahi tum??” He questions her to which she immediately nods her head in affirmation. 

Sachin shook his head,”arey baba unhe rest toh karne doh thoda. Main jaanta hoon wo tumhare pyare Big B ka baby hai toh tum kuch jyada hi excited ho par abhi toh wo so raha hoga kya karogi jaa ke??” He tried to convince her but she wasn't pleased because her reason was different. 

“Uffo, kyun zid karti ho biwi? Abhi toh Anamika aur Vineet bhi so rahe honge aur fir kaisa lagega tum itni subah subah kisi ke room mei dhamak jaogi toh? Badh mei mil lena na!!” He again tried his luck and this time without even replying to him Avantika marched out of the room. Sachin let out a deep sigh, after all Singhania siblings are moody and he can't help it!!

Avantika knocked on the door of Vineet's room which was shortly opened by a sleepy Vineet but finding his sister at his doorstep blew up his sleep, he became conscious of her presence. 

“Kya hua chhoti? Itna subah tu yahan?” Vineet inquired, while Avantika was busy peeking inside his room. 

Avantika gazed at her brother, “Big B mujhe aapse kuch baat karni hai agar aap free ho toh.” She assented to which Vineet nodded and took her to the balcony of his room. 

Once on the balcony Avantika didn't hold on to herself, she directly charged on her brother. 

“Big B, I'm really sorry to interfere in your personal space but I need to know what's going on? Main dekh rahi hoon aap bahut disturbed ho aur ye sab baby ke aane ke news ke badh hua hai, I strongly feel things are not fine between you and Anamika! I need to know kya chal raha hai, please!!” Avantika confronted her brother who's left spellbound for he didn't see it coming that too from Avantika. 

“Chhoti!!” He tried to speak, his gaze losing sense. 

“Big B jhooth nahi!” Avantika asserted, he let out a sigh. 

“Koi problem nahi hai, tu aise hi soch rahi hai.” He lied, well what can he do other than lying? He can't express his discomfort regarding the child. 

“jhooth!! Mujhe sab dikhta hai kya chal raha hai. Agar Koi problem nahi toh phir aap Anamika ko iss situation mei chor ke kaise yahan wahan jaa rahe ho? Aap toh aise usse akela nahi chorte, hamesha uske saath rehte ho par abhi indifferent behave kar rahe ho, saaf zahir hai kuch toh baat hai hi!” Avantika expresses her observation. 

“Arey, mujhe apna business bhi dekhna hai, I can't droll around her all the time. Tu jaisa soch rahi hai waisa kuch nahi hai, you're overthinking wo bhi bewajah!” Vineet shouted over her, only to make her doubt deeper. 

“Why are you yelling? Main bas puch rahi hoon! Aap kya Anamika bhi kai din se off si hai, kal bhi jab uss se baat karne ki koshish ki toh taal diya usne aur fir jab she was in labor aur maine aapko call kiya, you weren't worried at all. Aapne bahut hi casually liya meri baat ko, in fact I felt aap aana hi nahi chahte they. Kyun Big B? Don't you want the baby? Aren't you happy Big B?” Avantika made a direct question to Vineet who turned uneasy, he looked away from her not wanting to answer her question nor to look at her. 

Avantika was horrified with his action, he's not meeting her gaze, did she hit the right bone? Is he not happy with his own child? Is this the reason for his indifference with Anamika? Is her brother denied to accept his child and his pregnant wife? Avantika was beyond shock, she stared at her brother, many thoughts rushing her mind and shivering her to core. How can he do that? 

“How could you Big B? Aap kyun kar rahe ho aisa? Sab itne khush hai iss baby ke liye, mumma papa, sab log itne excited hai aur aap!?? Kyun?” Avantika put questions on him, burdening his shoulders with guilt and embarrassment. 

“Avi, it's my personal matter and I'm not comfortable sharing it with any person!” He tried to cut off the topic but Avantika was a hard nut. 

“Personal matter? Really?? Big B aap ek toh itna galat kar rahe ho, aadhe logon ko shak hai ki kuch gadbad hai koi bol nahi raha par we all can feel, kab tak chupa paoge aap? Aur kaise na pata chale kissi ko? Kuch din pehle tak aap Anamika ke piche piche ghumte the, wo jahan kaati aap pahuch jaate the aur aaj usko dekhte bhi nahi kyun? Kyunki she got pregnant? Kyunki she can't fulfill your desires anymore? Are you for real? Big B maine kabhi socha nahi tha aap aise bhi ho sakte ho! Shame on you!” Avantika accused her brother, she was disgusted with his changed behavior which is probably because he would not get his desires fulfilled as his wife is pregnant, that's what Avantika assumed which is totally baseless. Yes, he doesn't want the child but the reason is definitely not what his sister just stated. Vineet felt earth slipping down his feet, he can't believe his sister thinks such way about him. 

“Get out of my room Avantika!” He shouted, commanding her to leave as he felt his blood boiling and he didn't want to speak or act stupidly. He's too done with all such accusations from others. But Avantika wasn't ready to leave so he held her hand and pushed her out of the room without giving a second thought. But as he turned, he found Anamika sitting on the bed, staring at him. Her gaze raged at him and he ended up shouting over her and said something that left her terrified.
