Here's the update

Enjoy -

The episode starts with kaira reaching Goenka Villa.

They entered inside to find the family members sitting with a tensed face. 

As soon as, the family members saw them, they ran to them.

Dadi - Kittu naira theek toh hai na??
Swarna - Deficiencies hai kya usse??
Manish - Koyi chinta ki baat toh nahi hai na??
Gayu - Koyi dangerous disease toh nahi hai na usse??

And they continued to bombard them with questions.

Kartik ( shouting ) - Chupppp....

The family members went quite.

Kartik - Ab suniye. Naira ko kuch nahi hua hai infact ek bohot badi good news hai. Actually naira pregnant hai.

They all got shocked and applauded in happiness.

Dadi warded off evil eyes from kaira especially naira.

They all were so happy that they felt like flying in the sky.

After sometime, kaira went to their room.

Kaira Room -

As soon as, kaira entered the room, kartik picked up naira in his arms and started to swing her around.

Naira ( stopping kartik ) - Bas bas kartik...neeche utaro mujhe...chakkar aa jayenge mujhe...

Kartik made her stand on the floor and gave her water to drink.

Leap of 3 months -

Naira is 3 months pregnant with a small baby bump.

It was pleasant morning at Goenka Villa.

Naira is seen coming downstairs from the stairs with the support of the railing when suddenly gayu from somewhere came out talking to her friend and by mistakenly pushed naira.

Naira rolled down the stairs screaming "kartik".

Kartik ran towards her only to find her laying in a pool of blood. He immediately picked her up and went towards the hospital.

Hospital -

Naira was taken to OT while sat down with a thud, crying over their fate.

Manish came forward and hugged kartik, trying to comfort him.

Kartik ( crying, hugging manish ) - Papa..papa...meri naira..papa... Usse kuch nahi hona chahiye papa warna mei bhagwan se humesha ke liye naraz ho jaunga na hi humare baby ko kuch hona chahiye. ( looking towards the sky and shouting ) - Suna na aapne kuch nahi hona chahiye meri naira aur mere bache ko...sun lijiye yeh aap....
Manish ( trying to calm Kartik ) - Shh..kartik...shaant ho jao...kuch nahi hoga naira aur baby ko...sab theek hoga doctors hai na...
Kartik - Doctors toh last time bhi the na papa lekin phir bhi meri bachi...meri bachi...meri kaira...nahi bach paayi....sab kuch chin gaya hai mujhse bas ab naira aur baby ko nahi chin ne dunga mei...( to dadi ) - Dadi aap kahiye na apne kanha ji se ki meri naira aur baby ko safe rakhe, unhe kuch na hone de. Please...

Kartik was going out of control when suddenly the Doctor came out of the OT.

He immediately came out of manish's embrace and ran to the doctor.

Kartik - Doctor is my wife and bahy safe??/
Doctor - Yes....they both are perfectly fine...

Kartik thanked god for keeping both his jaan's safe.

Kartik - Can I meet her??
Doctor - Yes you may, once we shift her to normal ward.

Kartik nodded and waited patiently....
