So here's the update -

Naira's Ward -

Kartik came inside naira's ward to see her sleeping under the effect of medicines.
He went to her and caressed her hair. He kissed her forehead when he noticed that she is trying to open her eyes. He sat straight, waiting for her to adjust with the light.

Soon, she was fully consciousness.

Kartik - Naira tum theek ho na?? Kahi dard toh nahi ho raha hai??
Naira - Haan mei theek hu aur kahi dard bhi nahi ho raha hai. ( keeping her hand on her belly ) - Kartik humara baby toh theek hai na??
Kartik ( smiling ) - Haan naira humara baby bilkul theek hai...

Naira smiled widely, listening to the news and seeing him smiling.

After Sometime, naira got discharged from the hospital.

Goenka Villa -

Dadi is doing kaira's aarti. She warded off evil eyes from naira.

After sometime, kaira went to their room as naira needed rest.

Kaira Room -

Kaira entered inside and hugged each other tightly, smiling.

Then, kartik made naira lay on the bed and made her sleep.

After an hour -
Kaira Room -

Naira woke up from her sleep to find kartik doing work on his laptop sitting on the couch.

She got up and went to him. He made her sit her on his lap.

Kartik - Ab kaisa feel ho raha hai??
Naira - Better than yesterday.

He nodded and continued doing his work while naira adored him.

After sometime, they both went downstairs to find everyone sitting and talking. They went to them and joined them.

They all were talking when suddenly, gayu entered there. She went to naira and sat on her knees in front her, holding her ears.

Gayu - I am sorry naira...meri wajah se tu giri...
Naira ( removing her hands from her ears ) - Nahi di ismein aapki koyi galti nahi thi....joh hua by chance hua...it was not your fault.
Gayu - I am Sorry too kartik...
Kartik ( making her stand up ) - Nahi gayu sorry mat bolo...tumhe sorry bolne ki zarrot hi nahi hai...I understand ki joh hua galti se hua isliye mei gussa nahi hu...

But others fumed in anger especially dadi, she went to her, held her from her hair and dragged her away from kaira.

Dadi - Dhoor raho humare kittu aur naira se. Tumhe pata bhi aaj tumhari wajah se kya ho jaata. Tumhari wajah se aaj naira aur kittu apna bacha kho dete. Hum sab especially kittu apni naira ko bhi kho sakta tha.
Swarna - Lekin uss se tumhe kya...tum toh waise bhi humesha se naira se jealous ho...Arey tumhara toh khud ka pati hi tumhari respect aur care nahi karta toh koyi aur kya hi kuch karega.

Saying this, she slapped her hard that she fall on the floor.

Naira - Maa ismein gayu di sach mein koyi galti nahi hai...
Swarna - Naira please stop defending your sister.

Naira sighed and looked helplessly towards her husband and sister.

After 5 months -

All these things continued till 5 months. Gayu was very much fed up from explaining her innocence to them but they all continued to blame her. But kaira was always on her side to support her. Kaira wasn't talking to anyone though they were thinking about them only but they were doing wrong to gayu, they were hurting a innocent soul like gayu.

Morning -
Goenka Villa -
Dining room -

The family members are seen sitting and eating their breakfast. Their was pin drop silence.

To break the silence, finally swarna spoke out.

Swarna ( to naira ) - Naira beta juice lo na..meine banaya hai tumhare liye.
Naira - No thanks...
Dadi - Beta ab itna bhi kya gussa hona?? Hum kya galat kar rahe hai arey uss din gayu ki wajah se...
Naira ( cutting her off ) - Bass..enough....will you all just stop blaming gayu di now??

She stood up from the dining table, getting angry.

Naira - Itne mahino se dekh rahi hu mei aap sab ko. Sab continuously di ko blame kare jaa rahe hai..arey jab unhone kuch kiya hi nahi toh unhe kyu blame kiya jaa raha hai I am not understanding this. Samarth chahu ne pehle hi kam hurt nahi kiya unhe joh ab aap sab bhi...samjhte kya hai aap sab unhe kisi haath ki kathputli nahi hai woh.

Saying this, she walked to her room in anger. Kartik too went behind her.

They all realised that they all were doing wrong to gayu. They all asked for forgiveness from her and she happily forgave them.

After 4 months -

Today was naira's delivery day.

City Hospital -

All the family members are pacing here and there in tension especially Kartik. He was so tensed about Naira as he could hear her screams from inside the OT.

Soon, they heard a crying voice of a baby.

The doctor came out and handed th baby to kartik. She was a baby girl.

After some days, naira got discharged from hospital and kaira named their daughter akshaya as a symbol of their mother.

They lived happily ever after.
