New Asgard had completely changed since Valkyrie was made the new king. She started making the town a bit more modernized and even had tours given to any tourists that came. She even opened up an ice cream parlor called Infinity Conez.

Thor: Talk about Ironic.

Me: Thor! Come on! I just started the chapter!

Everyone had begun to adjust to their new lives on Earth and New Asgard. After Peter Parker's case, Sylvie took Matt Murdock's offer and became one of New Aagards' top lawyers. Sometimes she'll take a few cases just outside of New Asgard; for a favor. As for Loki, he went back to teaching some of the children about their Asgardian history, and history on all the realms. Thor is with the Guardians and Korg saving the galaxy together and having "classic Thor" adventures. But sometimes he'll return to New Asgard to check on things or just to see his niece and Loki's daughter, Ella.

Sylvie had just finished up her file on her last case and checking up on Ella who was playing with her dolls. She got a call from Matt saying that he needed her help with a case in L.A. He told her that he has a client who is being sued for product sham by a customer. He would have done it himself, but Matt had another client in L. A that needed his help too. Sylvie decided to take the case; Matt told her that he would introduce her to the client when she arrived in L.A. But she suddenly remembered that Loki was with Strange in New York for a wedding and Sigyn was home sick.

So, she decided to take Ella with her; she would be fine. Sylvie told Ella to pack a bag of overnight clothes and some toys to entertain herself while Sylvie worked. Thankfully, Sylvie used her powers to teleport both of them to the Los Angeles airport. Matt had given Sylvie the address for the client when he called her in New Asgard. She grabbed her daughter's hand and walked out of the airport. They followed the address to the place where Matt was meeting them. He took them to a hidden elevator which led to a hidden design studio with dozens of workers and a man standing in the middle waiting for them.

"Sylvie, I'd like you to meet Luke Jacobson. Designer for many superhero suits. He also created my suit as well. So, I owe him. Luke, this is Sylvie, the best lawyer in New Asgard. She'll be taking your case." Matt introduced them to each other.

Luke started to examine her from head to toe; he agreed to have her take on his case. Matt gave Sylvie the case file then he left with his new suit that he had pre-paid from Luke. Ella started to look around Luke's workshop as Sylvie and Luke started to discuss the case. One of Luke's clients Eugene Patilio AKA Leapfrog was suing Luke over a suit that he made him. He ended up having burns on his legs from the jet boots. Luke had explained that the suits he makes have never malfunctioned and his record is spotless. But he would not reveal his record to anyone to protect his and every client's identity from criminals and villains.

"So, this Leapfrog hero somehow ended up with third-degree burns on his legs and he is taking it out on you. Would it be possible to look at the instructions that you gave Mr. Patilio?" Sylvie asked.

"Of course, just let me get them," Luke said then walked away to grab the instructions.

Sylvie waited for him to return as she kept her eye on her daughter. Luke returned moments later with the instructions, Sylvie took the instructions and overlooked them. She found something in there that might help them win the case. She told Luke that she had a plan to win the case. Before she could leave, Luke said that he had something for Ella as a thank-you for taking his case. He pulled out a small, cute yellow dress off one of the racks; it was supposed to be for another client, but it wasn't what the client wanted. Ella's eyes widened seeing the dress and hugged Luke tight. Sylvie thanked him and took the dress and they left.

The next day was the trial, Luke Jacobson waited for Sylvie to enter the courtroom while Mr. Patilio and his attorney Jenifer Waltier AKA She-Hulk were ready. The judge asked Luke if he was only representing himself in the case. He told the judge that he wasn't and right then, the doors opened, and Sylvie walked in. "Apologizes for the delay, my name is Sarah and I'll be representing Mr. Jacobson." Sylvie stated as she walked to her stand, "As a first point of order, I'd like to ask that the opposing counsel's motion to compel production of the defendant's client list be rejected as it's not relevant to the litigation."

"Your Honor, I believe this information to be incredibly relevant given the nature of the complaint. There could be multiple instances of Mr. Jacobson's other clients sustaining injuries from faulty merchandise." Jen counterclaimed.

"Well, I believe Ms. Walters will find Mr. Jacobson's record as it pertains to customer satisfaction to be spotless." Sylvie pointed out.

"If the defendant has nothing to hide, then why not hear from his clients?"

"That's an invasion of privacy based on a very shaky "what if." We're not just talking about the production of a suit. The very work of Mr. Jacobson's work making suits exclusively for superheroes, necessitates anonymity. May I remind you that the Sokovia Accords have been repealed."

"Superheroes operate under the legal eye. It makes sense that some privacy will be lost."

"These aren't celebrities, they're superheroes. Superheroes who have enemies who will try to harm them, and the people closest to them. The ones who didn't ask to be a part of this life. Ms. Walters, you chose to have your identity be public, but it wasn't up to you to choose for everyone else. This isn't about privacy for privacy's sake. If this information is not protected, not only would it ruin my client's career, but it could put a lot of people in a lot of danger, and all over one man's misuse of a suit."

The judge was impressed with Sylvie that he agreed with her and denied the motion for the compel discovery. Mr. Pavilio made a stupid move by taking out the damaged Leapfrog suit that was burned for everyone to see. Sylvie asked him what fuel he used, and Mr. Pavilio answered jet fuel with a snug grin on his face. Luke revealed that he wasn't supposed to use jet fuel in the boosters. And just like that, Luke and Sylvie had won the case.  They both walked out of the courtroom thinking that this was over. But it was only the beginning.

New Year and new chapter for the sequel. Hope you enjoy it.
