SUMMARY:

Aiden Thorne was famously known among criminals for his hacker skills. Under the name of the Override, he had managed to break through manys security systems and firewalls. Sometimes it was just to show he could. Though that was just a ruse for what he was truly looking for. The secrets the army had been so desperate to keep. He'd been discharged when he came too close to uncovering them but that only fueled his determination. He became addicted to playing the game and got lost in a dark web of secrets and lies.

He didn't even realize he had lost everything until his sister cut ties with him.

That, however, didn't stop him. Instead he kept on getting involved into bigger jobs, ever coming closer to the truth he knew was buried somewhere in the system. He became a criminal master mind, the very best at his job. Until finally the trial led to Pym Technologies. Forging a fake resume was easy enough and he was hired as a security guard.

As he slowly came closer to uncovering the truth, Aiden came face to face with a face he'd tried so hard to forget. And though he rather would have stayed far, far away from her she was tied to his mission, the key to uncovering the truth. He'd never been able to stay away from Hope van Dyne anyway.

NOTES:

- So Aiden and Savannah grew up in a very poor family. Their father was a drunk and their mother left them when they were little. Aiden joined the army to get away from it all but also to protect those who cannot protect themselves. He has a very strong sense of justice and hates to see innocents get hurt. Savannah meanwhile became a teacher. She has the same sense of justice as her brother and likes helping out kids in need.

- When he was in the army, Aiden met Hope. They had a sort of friends with benefits situation going on. Both of them unwilling to admit they actually liked the other and so they never said it out loud.

- During his time in the army, Aiden came across a file he shouldn't have seen. He read something about enhanced suits to create the ultimate soldier. Worried about it being used for the wrong things, considering Hydra had just been outed to the world, he started looking into out. But it was found out he was asking questions and without an explanation he was discharged.

- He cut all ties with Hope after that and completely went off the grid to continue spying on the army in secret. He got so wrapped up in discovering the truth, that eventually Savannah cut ties with him as well. She believes he's trying to find something that isn't there to get revenge for being discharged. But that didn't stop him and only made him more determined to figure out what was going on.

- After two years of looking, Aiden discovered that Pym Technologies was involved. He got himself hired as a security guard to get closer. However, he didn't know Hope worked there as well. When he runs into her, she pretends like she doesn't know him. It hurts him but he knows he has more important things to do.

- He manages to break through their firewall and learns about Hank being Ant-Man and Darren Cross trying to recreate the technology. That's when he goes to Hope for help. She doesn't like it at first but she knows she could use his skills. And so he gets involved in the plan.

- Their relationship should be kind off a slowburn considering their history. It's up to you when they get together! You could also have Savannah and Scott get together if you like. I imagine Savannah is Cassie's teacher, which is how she can connect to Scott. But it's up to you if you want to do that. The relationship between Aiden and Savannah also should take a while to mend. I think you should really let Aiden work to prove he wants to make amends. Not just say sorry and have it be okay.

- If you want to write Ant-Man and the Wasp as well, I think it would be cool to have Aiden help Hope and Hank to stay off the grid. He knows how to disappear and could help them erase all their traces, like hack into street cameras and get them fake identities and such. If you want to write Endgame as well, I think it could be cool to have Aiden not get dusted and help the Avengers. But that's up to you!
