School starts today. Ash and pikachu were fast asleep. Gary was downstairs eating breakfast. Delia was cooking Eggs and Bacon. 

Delia: Gary dear, is Ash still sleeping?

Gary: Uhm.. yeah he is. That Ash. Things never change. Want me to wake him up?

Delia: That would be great thanks. 

Gary walked up the stairs to Ash's room. He saw Pikachu. Pikachu was awake. His trainer wasn't. 

Gary: (whispers) Hey Pikachu! Want to wake up Ash with that powerful thunderbolt of yours? 

Pikachu: Pika Pika !!!!! ( YES I LOVE SHOCKING HUMANS!!!! )

Pikachu jumped up into the air and sent out a powerful thunderbolt attack on Ash. 

Ash: OWWWWW!!!!!! COME ON PIKACHU I WAS GOING TO GET UP!!!

Gary: Haha! You looked SHOCKED Ashy-boy!

Ash: Gary! Its 8:00! We have to get going. School starts in thirty minutes. 

Gary: Then what are you waiting for ashy-boy? Go get ready! We can't be late!

Ash took a shower and wore his clothes. His clothes consisted of dark blue jeans, a blue teeshirt, red sneakers, and he wore a red hat that had a poke ball on it. (His Kalos Clothes) 

Delia: Good morning Ash. Hurry up get eating! You're going to be late!

Ash quickly ate his breakfast. Ash was always a fast eater. Pikachu took a bottle of Ketchup. It should last the day. 

 Gary: We better get going! We have too arrive in Lumiose City in ten minutes! What are we going to do?

Ash: Don't worry. I have a plan. See you mom! 

Delia: Have a great day kids! 

Ash quickly ran to the backyard to get his team of six pokemon. He brought his powerhouses. They were: Charizard, Sceptile, Infernape, Garchomp, Heracross, and Pikachu. Gary brought his Blastoise, Nidoking, and Umbreon. 

Ash: Im choosing you six for today. 

Ash put his pokemon in their poke balls excluding Pikachu and Charizard. 

Gary: I see. We're riding this dragon to School right?!

Ash: You got it. Lets go Charizard. Fly us to Lumiose High! 

Charizard: *roars loud*

It took 3 minutes to arrive at the high school. 

Ash: Thanks Charizard! Return! 

Gary: That was fast! Thanks Charizard. Hey Ash! Check it out! We made it! This place is huge. 

Ash: It sure is. But wait. Gary, lets not tell anyone our full story, okay?

Gary: Okay... but what do you mean? 

Ash: What I mean is.. don't tell anyone that I travelled through all of the regions and that you researched Pokemon with the professor. We're only here to learn and get better. Got it?

Gary: I see what you mean. You're right. Lets just act like any other student. 

Ash: Right! Lets go in! 

Inside Lumiose High -- 

Serena, Shauna, Dawn, and May sat on a table in the cafeteria. They were then joined with the rest of the group. The rest of them were: Trevor, Tierno, Clemont, Misty, Iris, Cilan, Sawyer, and Calem.

Serena: Hey everyone! Its so nice to see all of you! 

Everyone greeted each other. 

Calem: Hey Serena..

Serena: Hi Calem :) How are you?

Calem: Im.. Im doing great. *blushes slightly*

Serena: Thats good! Do we have any classes together?

Serena had two classes with Calem. All the girls had the same classes. All of them were in the same Math, Science, and Pokemon Battling class. 

Tierno: Hey did you guys know that two new kids are coming to this school?

The girls were wondering if they were boys. The boys were wondering if they were girls. 

Serena: No we don't. Where did you hear it from?

Tierno: Professor Sycamore told me and Trevor. Theres actually going to be an assembly later today. He's going to introduce them to us! 

Dawn: I can't wait to see who it is. 

Iris: It better not be a little kid....

Professor Sycamore: (On the Announcements) GOOD MORNING EVERYONE! IT'S YOUR PRINCIPAL MR. SYCAMORE! AND WELCOME BACK TO LUMIOSE HIGH! PLEASE COME DOWN TO THE GYMNASIUM FOR THE ASSEMBLY!

Misty: Well lets get going guys.

Gary: Jeez! We're lost already! Wheres the gymnasium?!

Ash: I don't know.. lets go ask someone...

Cilan: Hey guys ill be right back I'm going to get a sip of water. 

Iris: Such a kid... 

Cilan approaches the water fountain. Gary approaches him. 

Gary: Uhh excuse me? Do you know where the gymnasium is? 

Cilan: Yeah! Here ill show you. Follow me. 

Ash: Hey thanks!

Cilan: No prob!

Ash: Oh by the way. My names Ash. Whats yours?

Cilan: Nice to meet yo- WOW! IS THAT A PIKACHU!!!!! ITS SO CUTE!!!!! THEYRE SO UNCOMMON AROUND HERE! 

Pikachu: Pika.... (DONT MAKE ME SHOCK YOU..)

Gary: The names Gary Oak. Nice to meet you man. 

Cilan was amazed to see Pikachu that he completely ignored Gary. 

Gary: (in his head) wow... what a jerk.

Cilan: We're here! There are plenty of seats. See ya!

Ash: Thanks Cilan! 

Cilan went back to the group. The group was sitting in front of the stage. The Gym was huge. The stage could turn into a battlefield. Ash, Pikachu, and Gary found a spot but the Principal came up to them. 

Sycamore: Hello Ash and Gary! 

Gary: Hey ash.. how does he know our names?

Ash: I don't know... 

Sycamore: Professor Oak told me about you two! Welcome to the School! I actually wanted to introduce you too to the students here. If thats okay with you too. 

Ash: Oh thats okay! Nice to meet you sir. Is that okay with you Gary?

Gary: You bet it is! Gotta show these girls who I am! First impressions are key! 

Sycamore laughs. "All right follow me". Sycamore brought them to an area where they wouldn't be seen. 

Sycamore: Ill call you both up one by one. Just introduce yourself. Got it?

Ash & Gary: Yeah. Got it. 

Sycamore then went up to the front of the stage. 

Sycamore: WELCOME EVERYONE! ITS GREAT TO SEE ALL OF YOU! FIRST THINGS FIRST, I HOPE YOU ENJOYED YOUR SUMMER AND I HOPE YOU ARE READY FOR ME TO INTRODUCE YOU TO TWO WONDERFUL STUDENTS! 

Dawn: Finally.

Sycamore: First off, I'd like to welcome a student from the Kanto Region! GARY OAK! 

Serena: From Kanto huh.. thats cool! 

Misty: Yeah finally someone from the same region as me!!

Gary walked up to the stage. The group saw him. However, Dawn felt something. 

Dawn: Wow! Hes cute!

May: He is! 

Dawn: Back off May!!

Serena and the group laughed. Serena didn't find him that attractive. 

Gary: HELLO! GARY OAK HERE! IM FROM KANTO! IF ANY OF YOU GIRLS NEED ANYTHING, LET ME KNOW ;) 

Most of the girls besides Serena, Iris, and Misty started to blush slightly. 

Calem: What an idiot. He thinks he's so cool. Id like to see him battle.

Shauna: Wow Calem! Someones jealous.... 

The gang laughed. 

Trevor: He seems like a nice guy! Maybe I can be a friend of his! 

Sycamore: NOW THE LAST STUDENT IS ALSO FROM THE KANTO REGION! I'D LIKE TO INTRODUCE YOU ALL TO ASH KETCHUM!

Serena had a few flashbacks in her head. But she couldn't quite grasp it yet. She thought she heard that name before... Ash... ketchum.... She anxiously waited to see his face. 

As Ash walked up to the stage, he noticed all of the people and he was amazed. He wasn't nervous or anything, he was just amazed to see all of the students stare at him. 

Serena then made eye contact with him. Her heart beated a bit faster than usual. She never felt this way. She just kept looking at him. She didn't stop. Its as if she has seen him before. She just didn't know. 

Ash: Hello everyone.. my names Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town. Its nice to see you all. My dream is to become a pokemon master and to be the greatest like no one ever was... thank you. 

Serena tried to grasp who he was. She just couldn't. She kept thinking about some flashbacks.. but nothing came up. 

Dawn: Wow Serena.. you seem focused on him. Is there something wrong? 

Serena: *blushes a bit* What?! Who?! Me?! No... I'm... just.......... fine. Dawn, when I look at Ash, I feel different. I dont know what it is, Its like I've seen him before... 

The girls teased her. 

Dawn & May: Ouuuuuuu ;) is someone in love with Ash?

Serena was blushing. A bit more than before. 

Serena: No! Stop that! I don't even know who he is! 

Shauna: Well to be honest, he does seem passionate and determined, its kind of cute! 

Serena: Yeah. He really is determined and he really wants to pursue his dream. I hope he does

Serena smiled.

Clemont: I like him more than the other kid. Ash seems like the type of guy to never give up until the end... if you know what I mean.... he really wants to pursue his dream. Id like to know him better! 

Trevor & Tierno: Yeah I agree! He seems like a really cool guy! Id like to be his friend! 

Calem and Iris thought he was a little kid.. (they were meant for each other lol)

Calem: Yeah, whatever. He seems determined but why talk when you can't even back it up? He seems like an idiot. Thats for sure. Id beat him in a battle easily.

Serena: Calem! Why do you have to act like that? Thats rude. You don't even know him yet. You're the real idiot here. 

Calem: (in his head) Wow. Serena really said that about me? That hurt. I better stop or she might even hate me more than she does now. Ash Ketchum, hey,  i'd like to know you more. Who are you?

All of a sudden, the crowd clapped for him and the group followed. The group was surprised to see the other students clap. 

May: Wow! Thats quite the ovation! It seems that he's liked already. 

Serena: Yeah.. 

Serena smiled. No other student has received that ovation before. She kept clapping. She kept smiling. 

Sycamore: WOW THAT IS QUITE THE OVATION! ASH'S DRIVE AND DETERMINATION REALLY SHOWED WHAT THIS SCHOOL WAS MISSING! THANK YOU ASH! NOW. ONE MORE THING. YOU JUST CANT START THE SCHOOL YEAR WITHOUT A BATTLE AM I RIGHT!!!! I WILL CHOOSE ONE LUCKY STUDENT TO BATTLE AND I WILL ALSO INTRODUCE SOMEONE VERY SPECIAL TO ME. ILL GIVE YOU A HINT. ITS A REALLY POWERFUL TRAINER.. WHO WILL BE BATTLING AGAINST THAT STUDENT! 

The crowd was hyped up and couldn't wait to see who would get picked.

Misty: Wow! Whoever gets to battle must be one lucky student! 

Calem: I hope its me. 

Ash: I wonder who it will be.

Gary: Its gotta be me. 

Shauna: I hope it isn't me. Im really curious to see who this "really powerful" trainer is. 

Sycamore: THE REALLY POWERFUL TRAINER WHO WILL BE BATTLING HERE TODAY IS-
