Anika came out happily after trying on the bracelets, and she started looking for Shivaay not knowing where he had gone. "Oi Billu, Idiot, Shivaay, where are you?"

She looked everywhere in the shopping centre and started to get worried when she could not find him and just when she thought of calling Shivaay, with her phone in her handbag,  Anika saw a piece of paper folded neatly with the tiara that she had bought.

Anika was confused and she opened it to see a letter

'Dear Anika,

When you get this letter, I am sure that I would have been gone from your life and on a flight to Canada. I swear I didn't want to go but it was the dream of my uncle Tej, and he had wanted to grow Oberoi Industry in Canada and I did not want to make him upset but I am quite sure that he definitely did not know what my happiness lies in and I'm sure that you do not either...

Because my happiness lies in being with you. The few days I have been with you have been the best days of my life. I love your smile and everything about you and well, I love you a lot... so much that I would do anything for your happiness, please remember that. I know that my love is one-sided love but I didn't want it to be hidden inside me forever so I thought to tell you, I know that you do not love me but I think that you might be happier without me and I know that you will definitely find someone a lot better than me that you deserve.

Just please remember me,  and trust me, I will never forget you because

I love you.

Anika's tears dropped on the letter as she felt his tear-stains which had dried. Anika was shocked when she realised that he thought that it was one-sided love and she knew that she had to tell him, her feelings or she would regret it for her whole life. Anika thought about how someone could be so selfless and ran to get the nearest taxi and headed to the main airport as quickly as possible.

Anika arrived at the main airport and ran inside and knew that she was a crying mess but she did not care as her heart only beated for one person. She looked around to see that the area was crowded and she did not know how to find Shivaay.

Taking a deep breath, she shouted loudly, "SHIVAAY SINGH OBEROI" and there was a gap where everyone gave her a confused look, "I LOVE YOU!!!"

Anika looked up and her eyes glistening with tears but she heard nor saw Shivaay whilst the others looked at her with pity. "The flight from Dehli to Toronto, Canada is now about to depart..." she heard a mechanical voice. Tears flowing rapidly down her cheeks, Anika turned around to leave the airport.

Meanwhile Shivaay was with Tej and even though Tej was happy, Shivaay was upset. After a while, Tej noticed that Shivaay was upset, he asked Shivaay softly, "What happened son? Why are you sad?"

Shivaay wiped his tears quickly but did not attempt to smile, "Nothing, don't worry"

Tej looked at him and said, "Tell me, please"

"I'm leaving my love, Anika, behind and I'm going to leave her and never see her again. She is my everything and I love her to the extent where I will do anything for her happiness but now I have to leave her forever!!" Shivaay broke down and cried whilst everyone was about to get on to the plane.

Tej felt a stab of guilt when he understood that he was being selfish, "Shivaay, why did you not tell me?!"

Shivaay looked at him, and was about to say something when they heard a loud voice which was Shivaay's favourite voice and it had screamed, "SHIVAAY SINGH OBEROI, I LOVE YOU!!!"

Shivaay paused and felt his heart . He wanted to run fast and hug Anika elated for hearing her voice but then he stopped, thinking about Tej.

Tej saw this and quickly said, "I might be a horrible person but not such a horrible villain that I will separate two lovers, quickly go get her before it is too late.."

Tej squeezed his hand wishing him all the best and Shivaay thanked him with his eyes and was so grateful and he ran as fast as he could to the main entrance pushing everyone out of his way until he saw the person his eyes yearned to see but she was leaving the airport!

Anika felt a tug on her wrist as she was about to leave and she turned around to see her Shivaay.

She looked into his mysterious eyes and he looked into her hazel-brown orbs saying, "Can you repeat what you said several minutes ago because I don't think I heard it properly?" and tears coming out of her eyes, she put her arms around him shouting, "I love you, I love you so much idiot!! How could you even think about leaving me?!!!" She reached up and pecked his lips blushing.

Shivaay and Anika had tears in their eyes and he pressed his forehead against her forehead and they were silent for a several minutes...

Surrounding them, Aadhi, Mallika, Arnav and Khushi came together and watched them in awe as the beautiful couple finally were together with everyone in the airport witnessing their unbreakable bond.

Even Tia was there but she did not do anything to them as she now understood the real meaning of life to enjoy every moment...

Tia smiled watching them knowing that they were destined to be together

"I love you, Anika", Shivaay whispered as he kissed her forehead and caged her in his arms as he was going to protect her and be her Prince Charming forever...

Two months later...

"Shivaay, Shivaay, where are you?" Anika was looking for her idiot as he was nowhere to be seen whilst Shivaay was actually on a parking area where nearby the local teenagers play cricket.

Shivaay was getting ready to leave for his house by car, when a cricket ball was thrown and landed on the floor beside his car.

Shivaay smiled remembering his days as a teenager, playing cricket and went up to the teenagers to return the ball.

"Why don't you play as well, uncle?" an 11 year old asked looking happily at Shivaay who smiled at him and took the bat.

"Champ, throw the ball, I bet I will be able to hit this ball..." Shivaay said optimistically holding the bat getting ready to hit the ball.

The young boy who was around 15 years old there, was aiming the ball at Shivaay's bat, "Okay uncle", he said and threw it successfully

Shivaay praised him for his neat throw and asked him, his name to which he replied, "Adithya, just Adithya"

Shivaay smiled hearing him as he reminded Shivaay of someone special and immediately hit the ball and he ran around and was faster than the other teenagers who were mostly 16 or 17 years old . They all enjoyed playing cricket matches with Shivaay as they had so much fun.

Gradually, the teenagers started to leave as it became dark but Adithya stayed and sat on the bench as he loved to watch the night.

Shivaay sat with Adithya on the bench and both of them looked at the sun which was gradually fading away showing the beautiful dark-blue and purple sky which both Shivaay and Adithya admired.

Looking at it, Shivaay whispered, "Life is magical na..."

Adithya looked at Shivaay and said, "Well, I don't believe in magic"

Shivaay smiled and slowly said, "You will when you see her..."

Suddenly both of them heard a noise, Shivaay and Adithya looked up to see Anika, who hugged Shivaay tightly asking why he hadn't come home earlier and both of them walked together hand in hand with the stars watching over them, glistening knowing that they will never ever let go...

Adithya smiled watching them, realising that one day he would also understand the beauty of magic ✨
