(Anika's pov.)

"Anika..cupcake wake up!" I heard faint sound like someone calling me. Pulling blanket over my head I tried to block that sound which seem to be impossible! Next thing I know I was lying on floor..'ouch'. I got up rubbing my butt!

'Jezz Om what the hell!you ruined my beauty sleep" I yelled to my friend Om who was trying to control his laugh sitting on my bed.

"Aww cupcake, I'm so sorry but you were sleeping like a log!"
Let me introduce first,  myself Anika Trivedi while the idiot sitting beside me is none other than Omkara Singh Oberoi. I met him during first year of our high school. We both come from 'high class family'

"Owh" I shouted as I just got hit with pillow on my face. "Om ..I swear i'm not gonna leave you today!"saying this I started chasing him,after whole damn chasing of 15 minutes we sat on the couch breathing heavily. "Sorry cupcake but I was calling you from past 5 minutes!" "Um..I was lost in my thoughts! Anyways why are you here this early? You ruined my sleep."

"Oh god! Anika it's past 10am and don't you remember you have lunch invitation at Oberoi Mansion today! Mom , Dadi, Chotti Maa all are waiting for you to spend time with them and Rudra he has driven me crazy asking where are you ? every 10 minutes."

"Oh shit! how can I forget damn just give me 20 minutes i'll be ready" saying this I hurriedly made my way towards bathroom.

Saying goodbye to Mom and Dad me and Om made my way towards his car. There was complete silence in car while I could not help but get lost in my thoughts. I still remember the day I met Om for the first time. I accidently bumped into him in college hallway but then coincidentally we both shared same class. From that day slowly our friendship started budding he was complete shy and reserved when I first met him, he wanted to become Artist while I studied Business. Our career paths never came between our friendship.

He is already a budding Artist while I have recently joined my father's company helping him in business and stuffs. We have known each other since 5 years and in this 5 years my bond with Oberoi's have become to close. I was snapped out of my thoughts when I felt car coming at halt. Looking outside I saw we reached Oberoi Mansion. Unbuckling myself, I made my way out of car with Om joining me after few seconds. Making my way inside I saw everyone sitting in hall and chatting. Today was Saturday so Tej uncle and Shakti uncle were too present.

"Hello everyone, Missed me?" I said aloud gaining everyone's attention. In few seconds I was engulfed into hugs and kisses by every family member. Making my way towards Dadi I touched her feet taking her blessings.

"Puttar, how are you? It has been so long we met!"said Dadi.

"I am good dadi, I am sorry, I could not meet you as I was busy with some business stuffs  past month."

"Anika tomorrow is sunday so you have to stay here with us tonight and also Priyanka is coming back from Germany today ,she might be here anytime!" said Jahnvi aunty to which I nodded .

"Anika you know I have done lot's of shopping, after lunch you come with me in my room. I will show you what I have bought"said Pinky aunty enthusiastically  to which I agreed. Everyone here is really sweet they treat me as their own daughter . Moving towards dining area I was engulfed into bear hug

"Didi..finally you are here! You know how much I missed you!"said Rudra pouting like a small baby.

"Aww Rudy, I missed you too bro, by the way you are looking too handsome"I said .

"Thank You di,you are only one who noticed my hard work."said rudra wiping his fake tears only to be smacked on his head by Om.

"This idiot only does hard work at gym and when it comes to study he always passes with 'D' grade" said Om.

"Come on Om ,I know my rudy boy  will surely bring good grades this semester" I said taking his side,before we could continue further we were been called to have lunch.

" Mummy ji, I got call from Billu,he is finally coming back tomorrow ." Let me introduce you all to Billu! Who is none other than Shivaay Singh Oberoi , Om's elder brother whom I preferably call as 'SSO'. Past 6 years he is been in London studying plus looking after Oberoi business . I have just seen him in pics once or twice and most of time I have heard a lot about him from  Om and other family members . Listening to there talks especially Om and Rudy, I know one thing that these brothers are really close to each other. They always appreciate him and I am really looking forward to meet him as a person.

It is said that time really runs fast when you are with your loved ones, indeed it's true! Priyanka was finally back! currently we all were sitting in hall and Priyanka was sharing her Germany trip experience and also bought us gifts from there .

"Mummy ji on the occasion of  our billu's birthday ,  I have kept small puja at temple tomorrow " said pinky aunty.

"Pinky puttar you did good, tomorrow we all will attend puja at temple in morning ,So everyone be ready by 8am" said dadi. After dinner we all retired back to our room. Yes you heard it right I have my personal room here with my own wardrobe. Oberoi Mansion is like my second house,whenever Mom- Dad use to go out for business trip I would stay here. I love my room as it is personally designed by me and Om. Changing into my night clothes, I laid on my bed and soon sleep took over me.
