"So, I am planning for Dhaksha's swayamvara. You should be the first one to help her and support her no matter what, Okay?" Kanha Na asked.
"What? Marriage? For me?"

"I can't marry right now, Bhaiya. Give me some time to spend my youth here with Draupadi until it lasts. Then I shall marry." I replied.

"But, Dhaksha, it's the perfect age for you to get married. Look, even your younger sister got married and she'll soon become a mother any time soon. Why would stay like this?" Yudhistran na asked.
I turned to Arjuna and took a deep breath.
"Please, give me some time," I asked.
"Fine. Take your time remember only 3 months. I can't wait more than that," Kanha said firmly.
"Only 3 months and I'm going to get married. When he said that I wouldn't be part of the history. What's even happening here?"

"Okay. I promise."

Arjuna's Pov

I sat in the woods gazing at the moon while thinking about Dhaksha's swayamvara. My thoughts were not right. I tried so hard not to think about her. But I ended up doing the opposite. I heard Dhaksha's voice from the woods. I walked closer to see her talking with a peacock.
"Why would she talk to a peacock?" I looked down and smiled on my own.
"Beauty's incarnation, Indeed"

I decided to sit in the woods and admire every inch of the view.

The soft breeze against her shawl, water sparkling from the moonlight. I rested my eyes on her tiny fingers while she was feeding the bird.
"Why would I even find her fingers attractive?"
Lord, here I go again. Lost in her thoughts.

I expected my feelings to fade away cause it was wrong to have such thoughts about my wife's sister.
"Oh, my lord, why would you make me feel all these things about her?"

When I decided to walk back, she called out for me.
"Did she know that I was here for a very long time?"
"Arjuna," she called out for me so softly.
"Don't call for my name like that, Dhaksha"
"What are you doing here in the middle of the woods?" I asked her.
"Well, I was feeding a peacock. But you made noise and made it fly away." she pouted.
"My eyes couldn't move from her beautiful face."
"Arjuna? Rajkumar Arjuna?" she called me.
I zoomed back.
"I was lost in the beauty of the peacock. I didn't know that." I smiled at her.
She kept staring at my lips and then my face.
"Alright..I'll leave." she stuttered.
"Wait, Dhaksha." I held her wrist.
"I didn't want her to leave I wanted to stay beside her for a little more."
"Do you want to practice Archery? I'm going to practice to shoot my target in the dark in the moonlight. Oh, wait, I'm sorry you can't even shoot the target in the bright sunlight." I chuckled.
"Who said that? Come, let's practice. I'll prove it you that I'm good with the bow." she dragged me inside the wood.
"Wait, right here. We'll fix the target." I fixed the target board in the tree. "Now do it."
"Give me the bow." she snatched the bow from my hands and pointed to the target.
"Dhaksha, be patient," I asked her.
Before I could finish saying it she released the arrow which hit the branches and fell.

Dhaksha's pov

I was embarrassed in front of Arjuna. As I couldn't hit the target correctly.
"That's not how you do it, Dhaksha." he walked close.
"I know what to do, Rajkumar Arjuna," I replied.

In an instant, he stood close behind me covering my one arm with the bow with his arms and correcting it.

"This is how hold it." His arm brushed against mine.

He was so close, there was no gap between us. I could hear him breathe from behind.

"Do you see the moon? Look at the moonlight and concentrate. You'll feel like our object is brighter. It's a mere illusion." he pointed his fingers to the moon while his hair flew against my cheeks.

"Now try to memorise everything around your target." he took his other arm and placed it against mine.
"Now, close your eyes, " he whispered.
I closed my eyes slowly.
"Now try to think about the object you desire to shoot at."
"The object I desire came into my mind. It was his face that came into my mind. Arjuna, you are making it difficult for me. Why would you do this and put me in misery?"

"What do you see?" he asked.
"I see you," I whispered.
"What?" he exclaimed.

I moved out of his grip and faced to other side.
"What did you say?" he asked.
"I said I saw the object," I replied.
"Is there anything you want to tell me, Dhaksha?" he asked me.
He gazed deep into my eyes.
"It's nothing, Arjuna." I started to walk away.
"Wait." he held my wrist tightly.
"What happened?"
"Who did you draw? Who was there in the painting?" he asked me.

"It was you, Arjuna. But I don't have the guts to say it out loud."
"It was Karna. I drew him with his bow." I came up with the lie.
"What?" he left my hands.
"I'll take my leave, Rajkumar Arjuna." I walked away.

(After months)

"You should sing a song now."I forced Subhadra.
"I will sing along with Draupadi Ka," she replied.
"As you wish Subhadra," Draupadi smiled at her.
They both sang so beautifully.
"It's your turn Dhaksha," Yudhistran Na said.
"Me? No, I can't sing." I nodded my head.

"You have two options. You can either sing or dance." Nakula smiled at me.
"Fine, I'll dance. But on one condition. No one should laugh at me," I said.
"Okay, We won't." Bheem burst out laughing.
"I won't dance." I moved back.
"Aarya, Don't make fun of her. Sakhi, you start dancing, " Draupadi said.
The song played as I started to dance.

" You danced so good." Bheem na applauded.
"So gorgeous, Dhaksha," Draupadi said
"Well, you have been with me for years. I don't know that you can dance this well." Subhadra exclaimed.

Arjuna walked away as I looked at him.
"He's been acting like this for the past few months. I guess it's for the best. So that I'd forget him soon."

"Well, well. I heard my name. " Kanha Na entered into the room.
"You danced beautifully, my Dhaksha," Kanha Na praised.
"So you saw me dancing?" I asked him.

"Alaipayuthey Kanna, En manam Alaipayuthey. I heard it all," he smiled.

"So, are you ready for it?" he asked
"For what?"
"Your Swayamvara, dear. Did you forget it?" he asked.
"Are you sure about this, Govindh?" I asked telepathically.

"Yes, my dear," he said.

Soon the preparation for my swayamgara started. My swayamvara took place the same way as Draupadi. People from all around came to my swayamvara.

"Being Yadav's Rajkumari isn't a simple thing."

"We have to talk about my costume."
I was decorated with all the fresh flowers and all the huge jewels. I would have weighed 1-5kgs more because of the lehenga I wore on the last day of the Swayamvara.

"My sister looks incredible today." Kanha na said.
"It's burning from inside, Bhaiya," I said.
"Alright, hush. There is someone who wants to meet you."
"Who is it?" I asked.
It was Radhai Ma and Vrushali.
"I missed you guys a lot!!" I smiled at them.

"Look at you. All grown up, ready for the swayamvara," Radhai Ma said.
"How's everyone? Wait where is my Sakha? I insisted my brother to invite him." I smiled.
"Oh, Karna. He didn't come dear," she said in a weak tone.
"What?"

"Come, it's getting late. All princes have arrived," Rukmini Bhabhi called out.

Many princes from around the world were presented in my swayamvara.
"Wait. Is that Duruyodhana? Why is he here?"

Kanha was seated in his seat happily while Draupadi seemed so happy. Balram na was cheering up for Duruyan.

"Oh, lord, please don't let Duruyodhana win.  I can't marry him."

Duruyodhana was in the lead. The more and more he beats up people, the more chills my body gets.

Karna's pov

"You don't want to come to see Dhaksha?" Radhai Ma asked.
"No. I should stay with my mythran, Duruyodhana."
"Are you sure Aarya?" Vrushali asked.
" Yes, my lady, you can go."

"I didn't have the courage to meet her after a very long time. After she became close with Arjuna. It felt awkward to talk to her."

"I've realised that she has been my dearest friend and has been there for me always. She has supported me and my family no matter what."

She approached outside and sat on the chair. She was indeed beautiful.

"When Duruyodhana started to beat everyone and was on the edge of winning. That's when I started to worry about my Sakhi. He can never be a good husband for my Sakhi.
Arjuna's pov

When everyone in the Swayamvara was happy about Dhaksha's marriage, I was the only one in misery.
I've spent the past few months avoiding Dhaksha and resisting her. I knew that what I felt for her was not right. But I can't keep denying my feelings for her and let her out of my hands. I can't even accept the fact that she's going to be with another man.

"I'm going to ask Madhava about this. Before all this ends, I'm going to decide things."

I walked to the seat of Madhava and sat beside him.
"Pranam Madhava!" I said.
"What is it, Vijaya?" He asked
"I don't know, Vasudeva. I don't feel good. My emotions are not in the right place. I'm in misery."

"What happened, Partha? I have never seen you like this." he smiled. "Why are you worried about your emotions now?"

"It's about...
