Though momo was semi unconscious state,every time shivi's voice reached his ears.He wanted to take away all her pain.But in reality he was the cause of her tears.It ached his heart.With a great difficulty he tried to open his eyes.He wanted to caressed her hand in order to ensure or assure her that he is fine.

But before losing his sense he saw rishab wiped her tears.

He smiled and his vision got blur.

Shivi shouted "No"

"Mendak open your eyes please...You can't do this to me.Mendak aankhein khuli rakho..You know me na..You know your veeru...maine kaise apna babbar sherni wala avatar le leti hun.

So it's better you mend your way...

She keeps her one hand his wounded place and from another hand wipes the blood near his mouth from her sleeves.

Though she is cried, she threats him in pain.

Please don't tease me like this.Please open your eyes.

She shakes her.She shouts at him.But he is lifeless..

"Driver,drive first".

But shivi is shivi.She stop the ambulance and takes the position of driver and drives car at fast/speed as possible.

(May be too much filmy😂😂).

By alarming a loud sirens the car entered the premises of the hospital.Four paramedics run to the car and pulled the stretcher out of the ambulance.

All the time shivi holds her mendak hand very tightly and rishab supports her.

Soon he was taken into emergency room where the doctors checked him properly. He Couldn't breathe properly and so they put on Oxygen mask.His Herat beat was unstable so it’s risky for operation.

By seeing their tense face shivi understand her medak's condition was not so fine.

She cursed herself...

" ye sab meri wajah se hua hai.Kartik mujhe bachane ke liye.....

She can't finish her sentence and burst into cry..

Why did he take risk his life??"

Doctor informed them that it’s a serious case and they have to operate him as early as possible.

They asked them (shivi and rishab) to complete the formalities.

Rishab takes the form.

Rishab stopped his pen in the place of name..

Shivi in faint voice "It would be Mohsin Khan"

Rishab looked at her shockingly.

They (doctors) had removed his shirt and cleaned his wound.They connected necessary various tube/medical equipment on his body.With a great  difficulty they lower down his bp and took him to for CT scan and other necessary test for the measurement of the seriousness of his condition.

Shivi feels weak on her knees.

Nurse came and informed them that they need blood for operation as the patient had loss a lot amount of blood.

Shivi donates her blood to her own mendak.

He Was taken taken to operation theatre (OT).Shivi glued before to OT.She stood there like a robot and her face was expressionless.

Half an hour had already passed since kartik was taken to ot.But there was no update on his condition.Shivi felt she was standing there from time immemorial.

Shivi was dying every minute,praying to her favourite Ganga Maiya not to let anything happen to her mendk,her best friend, her joy,little did she know she was much more than a friend for her.

Hope soon she will realize it.😍😘
