"Finally... that Sanskar is also under my control now. After all this mishap, we both will go out together and have a cup of coffee, no rather say a cup of accomplishment!" said Rajat in an absolutely pleased voice.

"Yes Boss." The guy with him agreed. "Afterall, our mission to destroy this building is now accomplishing. Ab duniya ki koi bhi taaqat will not stop them to die! Now that Sanskar also can't do anything. Now he is locked in that Penthouse with his girl, and we are having these keys." He said playing with the Penthouse keys and both of them smirked.

"Even then something was so fishy." Rajat said thoughtfully. "I never saw that Sanskar Maheshwari so vulnerable before. It almost looked like he wanted that girl to be safe."

Just then, he remembered something and gasped. "Oh god! Why am I even thinking about that?! By the way buddy, what's the next thing we can do?"

"Well don't worry Mr Rajat Lodha, we will take the charge of what you will do further!" A voice came suddenly blowing the heads of the two devils as the elevator opened. It had reached the ground floor.

Next moment it was the turn of Rajat and the man to get dumbfounded. Their smirks had already vanished and now shock flashed across their faces.

Yes, there they were! The protectors of the nation, the inspector! Pointing his gun towards Rajat and his man.

And along with the police was Sahil. Who was breathing heavily and looking at them with eyes full of hatred.

"Inspector, arrest these men!" Sahil began, glaring at Rajat angrily. "They are the ones who had planned all this. They had also hidden a bomb in one of the flat

Rajat was super shocked, for him shock would be an understatement. He wasn't able to register what he was seeing infront of his eyes right now. He saw the crowd had also gathered near the Inspector standing behind them. But suddenly, his eyes moved towards Nikhil's hand which was clutching something angrily.

It was the bomb! But how on earth did they find it?

Probably they had found the bomb on time somewhere and then defused it on time.

So that meant, everything was fine now!

"Oye, we had hidden the bomb at the Store Room of Sanskar's House, right?" Rajat whispered in his man's ear. "Then how can they find it? Hadn't you hidden it properly?"

"Well your questions will be answered Mr Rajat Lodha, don't worry." It was Nikhil's determined voice.

The lobby was maintaining silence for the truth to come out.

Finally, finally the truth was going to be out and everything was going to be okay!

"One minute Inspector." Nikhil interrupted. "Before you arrest these monsters, I would like to reveal more about their conspiracy to you all. Truth is much needed to come out."

This was double shocking moment for Rajat. He thought that his soul mission was going to get accomplished, only to find it destroyed!

Nikhil (started walking around Rajat who was fully out of the elevator) : Well well well, let me guess what would have happened! So... Lets start! (spoke slowly) Your first step, you would have entered from the entrance of the door, obviously because that is the entrance of our entire building! (sarcastic) So dumb of me! (changed his face) And then. You must have mysteriously locked it from inside and then (showed him a set of keys) Inn chaabiyo ko tune sofa ke nichhe chhupa diya tha!! Am I right Mr Lodha? (angrily faced him now)

Rajat was baffled. He was recollecting his own actions... He realised they had found those keys during their search of the bomb.

Nikhil : And then, your next step. Creating silent chaos in the building so that people become aware about your moves. Just then, (again started walking around him) Sanskar had got the call from me at that exact time! Yes, I had called him to inform him about you and then asking him to stay alert!! Just then, (slowly) he will have gone out of his house, and then I am sure Swara also must have gone from there right at that time!! Yes, I knew Swara was at his house. I had heard her voice when I was talking with Sanskar. And you know why am I thinking this?

The lobby maintained silence.

"Because I know, how clever you are to drop the idea of hiding that bomb at his house when Swara was there!"

And everything came to a standstill.. Rajat flushed with anger!!!

Nikhil : Then, the house would have been empty, no one was there, neither Swara nor Sanskar. Both must have set out to different directions. And then, you got an opportunity to hide your bomb which was set for an hour in the Store Room of Sanskar's house!! Haha. Well I curse Swara for that! She being the last one to leave the house, couldn't lock the house! But it's okay. Anyway, you must have eloped inside and must have found your right place to hide your bomb and create chaos! Isn't it? These all were your actions right. And then further, you had been blackmailing us. For that, we all are the witness!!

He was flushing with anger as the moments passed. Yeah, in the absence of Swara and Sanskar, this Rajat had gone and hid his bomb in Sanskar's house!! So sick of him, but he was too clever to think of hiding it in his real enemy's house rather than hiding it somewhere else.

So smart of him! But our Sanskar was double smart!

"Because it was Sanskar who informed me to make a last minute check at his house! He made me aware that you could do anything!"

Rajat (flushed more and more) : Shut up!!!!! I don't want to hear your nonsense.

Nikhil : Seriously. Never in my entire life I saw such a sick man who just kill people for their happiness and fun. (looked at his man) And even you. You have helped this demon. So justice to both of you... (smirked) Jao ab jail, kaatlo apni saza!! (raised his eyebrows) For Lifetime.

Finally the mystery had got solved.

Police : You are under arrest, Mr Rajat Lodha. Finally, we got hold of you. We were searching for you since years.

As the Inspector ultimately took out his handcuff and arrested both of them, all were watching the bastards go along with the Inspector through the crowd with furious faces. They were super angry for attempting to put their lives at stake.

Rajat was shamelessly looking down. All Nikhil had guessed and revealed to the public was perfectly true. But he still hadn't realise his sins!! He just simply twisted his lips as he passed across his each individual bowing his head down.

Inspector : I'll make sure you both don't just get lifetime imprisonment, but also nice beatings from our constables. For all your sins!!!

The crowd was finally a bit lessened as the trio had walked out of the building after Inspector ordered Rajat to unlock the door. He angrily threw the keys in the lobby and then went out. Arrested.

People were sighing with relief. The danger had gone and now everything was normal like before. People thanked Swara, Sanskar, Nikhil and Sahil for everything. They recalled how Sahil had bought Inspector in the building through the window pane and helped them find Rajat through the CCTV. And he was finally spotted in the elevator.

Nikhil smiled and then recalled how he had sneaked into Sanskar's house on his advice. He finally found the bomb in the Store Room. As soon as the dangerous bomb came into his hands, he defused it, saving many lives. And for this all thanks to Sanskar!

Meanwhile the crowd had already gone back to their houses. Sahil came and hugged Nikhil.

Sahil : Finally, we saved everyone. Thanks to you bro!! Thank god I came on time, otherwise no idea what would have happened...

Nikhil (broke the hug and smiled) : Yeah. I'll just go and throw away this bomb out of this building, no rather say out of our lives!!

Sahil nodded and then Nikhil went out. First he picked up the set of keys that bastard had threw, then he kept them in the reception.

Sahil : Finally all this is over. But where is Sanskar? (worried) Let me call him. God, whether he's fine or not and where he is. I didn't even see him nor I saw Swara. I guess both of them might be together.

(Penthouse)

Sanskar face palmed himself unable to take anything anymore... Damn! Where was he trapped!

And for Swara... Her eyes travelled towards Sanskar in shock...

Why did every situation land her up with Sanskar?!

But coming out of her thoughts, she quietly but being still in shock walked carefully towards a wall. She switched on the light startling Sanskar a bit as his pupils contracted by immediate light after dark. His eyes travelled everywhere in his thoughts...

Swara breathed so heavily that her sighs could be heard in the wide room. Sanskar shut his eyes tightly making fists, trying hard to anticipate what came next.

There was nothing possible right now! This was a TRAP!

Except for one thing.

He immediately grabbed his mobile phone out of his pocket so that he could atleast contact someone. Contact someone who could let him know where they had reached in their search for bomb! (They don't know what happened, guys!)

Swara was watching his each and every action carefully. Sanskar immediately put his phone against his ear only to hear one thing within next seconds...

"The number you are trying to call is switched off. Please try again later"

"Come on.. Someone pick up the phone!!!!" - Within seconds, Sanskar was getting furious. Nothing seemed to be in his favour right now!

He tried calling his accomplices another time but none of them seemed to be answering... Swara flinched back trying to figure what was happening...

And at last Sanskar's impatience lost it's limit. He threw his phone on the floor harshly. "What the hell!!!" - he muttered and banged his fist to the wall door cursing himself under his breath. "Ouchh!" he moaned. He hurted his fist.

Swara's eyes widened looking at the absolutely angry guy. Was he out of his mind?!

"Sanskar!!!" - Swara shouted. She took a quick stride towards him and started caressing his hand to soothe his pain...

Swara : Pagal ho gaye ho? Are you gone mad? Despite of finding a solution, you are hurting and cursing yourself...

Sanskar (whispered helplessly) : Leave my hand Swara.

Swara : Shut up.

Sanskar : (firmly) Swara I said leave my hand.

Swara : I won't. Do you even realise what are you doing to yourself?!

Sanskar : And why are you thinking about me now, when you did not back then?! Ha Swara?

Swara pulled on a sharp expression trying to conclude his words but before she could, to her complete thunderbolt.. she found herself getting trapped. He was grippng his arms and last thing she felt behind her was wall... He dragged her and pinned her to the wall harshly making her blowed. Her eyes widened... There were hardly any inches between them. "Sans..." - She couldn't even form the word rolling down her tongue...

She couldn't stand that look on Sanskar's face and that left her flabbergasted and breathless...

His eyes travelling towards each and every bit of her and his eyes scrunching down every next moment... staring angrily and intensely towards her... And that made Swara numb and out of her mind. This man infront of her was no like the Sanskar she had known for a long time and for the one she had started developing feelings for... This one was someone she never saw before! Swara's shocked eyes met his and both held a long eyelock... For a moment, there was complete silence between them. Only their eyes spoke to each other... Sanskar was looking at her with something flickering in his eyes, and Swara was shocked looking at him. But their eyelock came to a halt when they heard a drizzle and... a noise of thunder...

Yes, it had just begun raining outside and within passing moments, it was not just a mere drizzle but now a heavy rainfall...

But that wasn't their concern right now... Swara felt quite unusual under his intense gaze stuck on her and she could not help her fast beating heart. Having him this much close to her made shivers sent down her spine...

"What do you think Swara you are? Are you a superwoman?!"

And Sanskar's calm yet cold voice broke the long silence (excluding the heavy rains) between them and Swara involuntarily narrowed her eyes towards him.

Swara : What are you saying Sanskar?! Why are you asking that?!

Sanskar (dangling her arms) : You didn't answer my question.

Swara : From where did that come from?

Sanskar : (colder than before) Don't you realise it Swara!!! Are you gone nuts?! (furiously yet calmly) Why are you so stubborn? You knew it very well right that situation was worst and I did not want to involve you in all this! (gripping her closer to him intensely) Even after I told you to stay at home, you did not listen to me. (angrily) What was it that you used your not so clever brain and got out of my house without even letting me know?! Do you realise how have I been all this while??!! (calm anger) You know how dangerous and life threatening it would have been for you, if only I would have not come to save you on time!! Do you even know how come I was even there?! Because, I had gone to the lobby and while searching for that Rajat through the CCTV moniter, I saw you with him. I was thrilled... My life came to a halt. (Swara looked on thrilled) You know, the moment I noticed you getting treated terribly by him? (his voice louder and weaker) And the moment he slapped you!!! (he looked at his lips where the blood was dried) I left behind everything.. everything and then I started searching for you miserably. I raced fast by stairs to reach you to save you from him! But no, you are just least bothered about me, right? Afterall, you are a pro at eveeything! Right?!

Swara : Sanskar! I guess you are going overboard.

Sanskar : I haven't completed Swara. You have audacity to question me back.

Swara (gritted her teeth looking at him) : I.. have full right to say something for myself. You can't just merely assume anything and criticise me.

Maybe she had enough with him! He had no right to assume things! How could he conclude anything without even listening to her? The reason she left home, was to help him. She wanted to help him to fight. She was scared, not for her life, but for him!She couldn't have sat at home and watch things destroying. She was right. She was!

Sanskar looked down shutting his eyes tightly.

He was hurt. Deeply hurt.

For he knew, he had never been so hard on a girl before and even now, he couldn't resist that there was compassion and care for her behind his anger. He wanted her to be safe! What made his heart sank more was that just because of her stubbornness, she could have fallen into deep danger. Swara did not know that man at all. That man was very threatening and if he could, he would have ended her life right there, which Sanskar never wanted. Never ever in his dreams! He didn't want to lose her even if that meant giving his own life!!!

Thank god he was there to save her. Finally, she was infront of him. His heart felt so relieved to have her with him but every moment his heart stabbed to see that dry crusty blood dripped from her lips.

But the realisation striked him as soon as other things came up in his mind!

Sanskar : (wiping his sweated forehead) God. That bomb, No idea what will happen next. I don't think anything will be fine anymore. Swara, we are helpless!!!

Swara's breath turned heavier and frightened hearing about the bomb... She was freaking out but she calmed the next minute, when Sanskar's phone rang suddenly, startling both of them.

What the..!!!

Sanskar : (confused) Yes.

And during the next few minutes his hardened face turned softer... leaving a sigh of relief... as he saw the caller speaking on his phone.

Aahhh! Eveeything seemed fine now!

Sanskar (smiled lightly) : Sahil.

Yeah, it was Sahil on phone to give the good news!!! He narrated the whole story to Sanskar. And Swara noted his expressions carefully... He was smiling a bit, then next moment getting a bit shocked... Was there a good news?

Sanskar (shocked) : That means the bomb was in my house? Wow. How clever he is!! Huh. (gave a sarcastic laugh) ....Okay Sahil listen... Here, I and Swara we both are locked inside the Penthouse!

One could definitely make out that Sahil must have been so shocked right now.

Sanskar : Woh.. that Rajat had stolen the house keys. And Swara was in Rajat's hand. I had to save her at any cost. Anyways, you just come fast here. Here Swara and I both are trapped as we are locked inside. Just see his master planning! He locked us inside the Penthouse and took the keys with him! You please come fast and free us.

As he talked further on his call, his face changed again into a disappointed one! Swara was clearly noting the changes in his expression. Sahil's voice was audible to her and she also sighed in relief, knowing that mow everything was absolutely out of danger and back to normal. But still she was looking at Sanskar with questions in her eyes as he freaked out...

Sanskar : (angry) Damnit! That bastard left, without even setting anything right. Okay Fine!... You make new keys please!! ... (eyed at Swara worried) Meanwhile we will somehow manage... Okay Bye.

He disconnected the call immediately and kept his phone on a glass table near the wall.

"Everything is fine. Rajat got arrested and the bomb was found too. It got defused. Everything is normal now, so don't worry." - Sanskar was still as cold as he was few minutes before to her...

And just then Sanskar walked across the room to remove his watch and keep it on the cabinet safely.. when Swara's booming voice made him stop dead on his own place...

"Why were you much worried about my safety Sanskar?"

There wasn't anger in her voice, but her voice was so cool and distant. And that made Sanskar flinch back in shock... He turned around to look at her.

Was she seriously asking him that question? Heck, his life had turned upside down!!! But he knew he couldn't blurt it out so loud. Not atleast till he lost his patience.

He again marched towards her pinned her to the wall. Swara was taken aback, but now she was seriously getting frustrated at his damn actions. No one gave him the right to pin her like that!

"Gussa hone se kuch nahi hoga Sanskar, you have to give an answer to my question!!" she firmly spoke looking at his eyes.

Sanskar : And why do you think I will do?

Swara : Because I am saying you too. (losing her calm) How can you misjudge me without knowing anything like that?! You are questioning me as if.. I have no right to do anything without your permission. I don't need your certificate, nor I feel like giving you explanations anymore because maybe.. you are not worth it.

Sanskar : Stop it Swara... (calmly) Or else I'll be forced to do something you will regret.

Swara (angrily) : But you can't misjudge my actions! And why does it matter to you if anything happens to me?

Sanskar : (shouted) Because I care for you Damnit!!!!

And there he lost his calm.

And he blurted out to his highest pitch, his voice echoing across the wide room and with that, everything going on between them came into a halt.

Silence took forth between them and just the heavy rains and a sound of slight thunder was heard. Swara went all stiff with his reply, and she felt as if a spark just went down her spine.

And Sanskar immediately regretted his words. But he couldn't help himself either. He couldn't bring it all together. And now he couldn't stop himself.. He did not know why but he wanted to blurt what was in his heart for her...

Sanskar : My world turned upside down! Do you realise how that feels? I was unable to stand that man torturing you every second and on top of that it was you who did not realise it! That man could have been so dangerous to you Swara! I couldn't have afforded that. But you being you.. You just know to use your brain where you should not. Right?! (remembered something) And yes, for your information. That Rajat still had the Penthouse keys. No prizes to guess, he had taken them too with him. So now, we would have to make new keys. Sahil has gone to make new keys, but all the shops are unfortunately closed as it is almost night. (chuckled sarcastically) Look at the unlucky fate of ours. Now sorry to say, but we both have to pass our entire night here, in this house.

This damn fate!

Swara : Damn. Nothing is right.

Sanskar : (glaring at her) I was going to say that. You know, I don't want to remain trapped here either.

He said it as if he was pointing out towards her and that made Swara cross all the boundaries of her anger.

Swara : (angry) Oh, itna problem hai mujhse, now see what I can do Mr Sanskar Maheshwari! Neither I will remain locked here with you, nor you will!! I promise.

Sanskar : Oh, there we go. Another fake promise.

Swara (chided) : It will be me who will free both of us from this trap! It will be me who will find the solution and will save us! Huh, tumhe kuch nahi aata...

Sanskar (sarcastically) : Aata toh mujhe bohot kuch hai.. Ms Clumsy! You haven't seen that yet, nor am I planning to show you.

Swara (shouted) : Just wait and watch.

She angrily started throwing tantrums and walked towards the door. All set to break it.

When she was just about to begin, she heard a sound of laughter. She turned back to see and yeah she had guessed it right.

Sanskar was laughing at her words. He was fully gone mad after he heard what she said right now. This girl, seriously she will... Huh, beyond dreams!

Swara gasped and got more angry, this time her nose turned red!

Swara : (shouted) Why are you laughing Sanskar!!?? Seriously I am saying, it will be me who will save both of us!! Understand!!! Huh... Tumhare saath yaha, puri raat rehna bhi kaun chahta hai! Trapped with you here, beyond dreams!!

Sanskar (sarcastic, chuckling) : Ha Ha, Jaa Jaa. Patakte rehe haath apna uss door par. Then don't come to me crying!! I won't do the first aid. Let's see you will succeed or not. Oops!! I forgot one thing. (overreacted) The Mahan Swara Gadodia, I toh forgot you are Miss Clumsy. (poetically) Miss Clumsy, who knows only to mess rather than setting things right. Haina Swara?

This man was getting on her nerves now! 😠

Swara (angry and huskily) : Mr Sanskar Maheshwari, bohot boldiya tumne or bohot sun liya maine!! I guess there's only one option left to shut your mouth!!! Now, Just see what I do.

Sanskar : Huh. Badi aayi.

He simply turned back and folded his arms, trying to think about the situation.

Swara lifted her fist and banged it against the door. And there she began banging. Sanskar could feel the sound of the banging booming across the room and he turned behind to see her power.

Sanskar was looking at her banging the door. He was carefully concentrating at the hinges of the door, they were not showing any signs of damage, but he was still looking at them trying to think that will they actually break after she hit them this furiously?

Swara : (angrily continuing banging) Help. (turned at Sanskar and continued shouting) I am stuck inside with a complete psychopath who always till now has gotten himself on my nerves.

What?! Did she just call him a psychopath?!

But he didn't get annoyed!!! Instead, a slight smile appeared on his lips seeing her chirpy behavior. Goddd, even if she was quarrelsome, he couldn't let his eyes off her attractiveness.

And he couldn't resist that her every action drove him so crazy.

But suddenly, when he came out of his thoughts... he noticed that her knuckles were getting scrapped. No! This was not at all good! Afterall, she was banging it so terribly.

Sanskar : Swara. Please leave it. There is no other option left for us. (on request basis) Please leave that, see your knuckles are swelling. Please Swara, better listen to me otherwise you will end up hurting yourself.

Swara did not give a damn to Sanskar and instead increased her speed of banging the door...

Sanskar : Swara! Can't you..

But before he could even speak further, he heard a very loud thunder outside and the light room seemed to go all dark all of a sudden.

But the next moment shocked him to the core as Swara ran to Sanskar and instantly wrapped her arms around his torso... all scared, all frightened.

Sanskar's eyes widened.. something inside his heart became so light.. He looked at Swara and by now her fingers were trembling too... Just by the look on her face and her eyes tightly shut, and hearing her deep loud sighs, he could determine how much scared she had become... All he wanted to do was care for her... cuddle her... embrace her...

And guess what, he did. His heart skipped several beats but he put his papm on her head, and his other hand wrapping her waist.. trying to make her feel okay..

Sanskar (caringly) : Swara, Swara don't worry! It was just thunder. No need to be scared! And it's just power cut, kuch time baad light will come again. Don't be so scared.

Swara nodded negatively and gripped his arms more tight. She was very much in fear and Sanskar noticed that. He tried to comfort her and rubbed her back as she seeked refuge in his arms.

Sanskar's hands unknowingly started caressing her hairs. Within passing moments she was panicing more as more lightning thunders stroke across the sky in this heavy rainfall...

He gripped her petite being closer to himself. She was shivering. And an urge to wrap her closer to himself tugged at his heart.

Swara : (hiding herself more in his arms) S.. S.. San.. Sanskar I.. I am.. I.. That.. lightning.. I.. am..

Sanskar (cupping her face amidst the hug) : Sssh Swara!! Don't worry dear. Mai hoon na tumhare saath! Kuch nahi hua hai!

Nothing else mattered at that moment. They both stood still, hugging each other and holding each other tightly, just for Swara to get okay. Swara was feeling so protective in his arms and she realised, this was the safest place she could ever be.

Being in his embrace felt like moment stopping right there. How both of them wished to express out their feelings for each other right away!
