Malhotra Mansion.

Manik along with cabir reached his place, manik walked toward aunt Anita's room to meet her as per his routine of meeting her after college/school.

Aunt Anita's room.

Manik: Hello, aunt anita.

Anita: Hello manik beta.

Manik: How are you?

Anita: I'm good. How are you? How was your day at college?

Manik: Day? It was..

Cabir: His day was so eventful aunty. You know na jahan manik hota hai wo jagha or wo kaisa hota hai? and laughed.

Manik: Cabirrr ! Shut uppp. Day went good, acha aunty me and cabir are in my room so when the dinner is ready ping me. I'll see you later. Bye.

Manik turned towards cabir and gestured him to follow him. The both headed to manik's room. Cabir had made his mind in the college only that he will make him confess what he's going through and obviously what he is up to and why did he ignore nandini. They reached manik's room. Cabir jumped on the bed while manik made himself comfortable on a sofa. It was now cabir's turn to shoot his questions.

Cabir: Haan to Mr. Manik Malhotra tell me what's up with you and nandini?

Manik: What do you mean by that?

Cabir: Manik, look even you know what I'm talking about abhe yeh zaroori nae hai that whenever we talk about you and nandini we've to start from the start so please band kar apnay yeh natak and say.

Manik: Ah ! Okay. Fine. To sun.. They day started pretty well with her, the meet at college was not that horrible but it was good but then all of sudden she started to act weird. Like I thought she'd come and sit beside me but she didn't maybe because that time you guys were there - well that's not a problem basically, but you know how harshad is. I don't care about that 2 choution wali behenjee but I do care about nan... I mean I both of them, we can't let them finish themselves you know na.. when I asked her to stay away from harshad she told me it me from whom she should stay away - she asked me not to show my face to her, ever!

Cabir: Isi lye tu uss se bhaag raha tha?

Manik: Cabirrr, bhaag nae raha mein. Mein dekhna chahta hoon kya usme bhe wo tarap hai mujhey milne ki, mujhse baat karne ki aur meray qareeb rehne ki.

Cabir started to laugh like crazy, manik passed a hopeless expression to him and continued.

Manik: Cabir please, It's not funny.

Cabir controlling his laugh: Manik this is not funny but this crazy, insane or pata nae kya kya.

Manik: Ghalti hogayi mujhse that I told you about all this. Tu jaa Bhai pls.

Cabir: Acha.. Okay.. Fine.. I won't laugh now. Han to what do you want from me.

Manik: I want to ignore her, she asked me not to show her my face na. I will do that. I will play her game.

Cabir: Okayy. To wo meri bhaabhi pakki hai na? and winked.

Manik: Cabir! Please.

Cabir: Manik tu accept kar ya nae kar, but meray Bhai tujhey pyaar hogaya hai. Yeh mujhey pata hai. Look at you how many efforts you're making for that girl jisse tu kuch days pehle he mila hai. Agar yeh abhe dhruv, mukti aur alya ko pata chale na they'll die out of shock. Samjh raha hai na tu?

Manik: As for now, Lets not give it a name. Jaise hai wese he rakhte hain. okay?

Cabir: Okay mera aaqa and laughed.

Manik: Impossible. So you're in? You'll help me out?

Cabir: Do I have an option?

Manik: No and smiled sarcastically.

They both talked for some more long, it was dinner time then. They went downstairs to have dinner. After having dinner cabir left for his place manik moved back to his room.

Murthy Mansion.

Even nandini was done with her dinner. She felt bit tired after spending an eventful day at college. All day was circling in her head yet she ignored them and struggled to sleep after tossing on bed for like 15 to 20 minutes nandini dozed off.

Malhotra Mansion.

Manik's condition was not less, trust me no less. He couldn't throw nandini's words out of his head. He made himself understand that those words by her were not intentional yet his brain slapped him for thinking that it was not intentional. His mind and his heart - he was stuck. Finally manik lost but his heart and mind did not give up. He yelled at himself and dozed off.

Sometimes we think we want this to happen because that the need of situation not ours. Nandini thought things are getting thicker between her and manik she couldn't let a feeling take birth.. she just couldn't so basically this was the reason of her sudden outburst at manik. At that point of time she was so confident of what she did but later, when she couldn't locate manik anywhere around her - she felt incomplete, she knew manik went away because she was there, maybe. When she reached back home she mentally slapped herself for saying those things to manik but the arrow shot is never coming back. She was left with no option but to wait. Wait till the next morning.

The night passed somehow. Next day, sun showed up.

Nandini woke up from her not so deep sleep when she felt sun rays on her face. She threw herself out of the bed and went to the washroom directly, for the first time without conducting a self-talking session. There were no classes for the day as it was fresher party today they had to reach the party only.

Even manik woke up from his sleep, took a quick shower and moved out of his room. Fab 4 were there already as per ritual. They got their clothing along with them. Manik too joined them. They talked about not so important yet important things to pass their time.

Murthy Mansion.

Here nandini was sitting on her bed with a sad and confused face. The reason of her sadness was obviously, her dress. She was confused between two dresses. She tried every possible song to select one dress but failed.

Nandini: Agh! Kya karoon. Short or long? ELLAAAA! I need youuuu.

Just then her phone started to ring, she flashed her 32 teeth after looking at the caller Id and picked up the call in seconds time.

Nandini: Ellaaaa! I love youuu. Muaaahh.

Ella: Aye meri lesbo, I love you too. Now tell me what's the confusion?

Nandini: How do you know that I'm confused over something?

Ella: Nandini Murthy it's Ella Maheshveri on the other side you know. Now tell me what's wrong?

Nandini: Wo na, I have to attend a party at college today and I'm confused which dress..

Before nandini could complete her sentence ella jumped in.

Ella: To wear short or long! Right.

Nandini: Yes. You know me so well.

Ella: Yesss I know you. Ermm, short because I like it and guys too and laughed.

Nandini: Elllaaa! Tu kabhe nae sudhregi. Are you sure? Is short dress a good idea?

Ella: Absolutely it is.

Nandini: Okayyy. If you say so.

Ella: Acha listen nans, I'll speak to you later. I can hear mom calling me and listen look hot today, apply a little more make-up than usual buddhi amma. Chal take care and bye. I love you.

Nandini: Such a nautanki, tumhe na cabir ke sath hona chahye hai. Chal bye. I love you too.

Ella: Who cabir? Wait we'll talk about this guy later bye bye bye.

Ella is always in hurry. Even on call she talks like ten dogs are behind her. She hanged up the call. Now nandini was clear about the stuff, what she's going to wear and she's going to look. She held the short dress in her hand and went to the mirror.

Nandini: Manik Malhotra be ready, Yesterday you showed me your effect on me na, today nandini murthy's going to show her effect on you. I will see for how long you're going to continue this hide and seek game and winked.

Was it really nandini murthy saying this? Yes she's nandini murthy who wants to show manik what effect she has on him after what he did to her. What was she planning? I hope not something really horrible.

Now it was time for them to get ready. All five made their way to guest rooms and some to manik's room to dress up. Here nandini too stepped inside her washroom, slipped in that dress that reached her mid thigh. She stood in front of the mirror, removed the iron curler from her dressing's drawer. Curled her hair a little to look a little different than usual. She applied a little more make-up than usual as instructed by ella.

Nandini: So nandini murthy you're ready for the party. Chalo lets go. Late nae hona.

Saying this she left her room and moved downstairs. She went to her mom directly to inform her that she's leaving for the party and she might get late as she doesn't have any idea about the party timings here. She bid her mom bye and left for college.

Even the fab 5 stepped out of their respective room. Good luck of the guy that the girls didn't take too long to dress up. They all looked perfect for the party since they've a experience of attending parties. All looked perfect they way they should look for the party. Girls wore fashionable short dresses, while the two guys wore jeans and shirt which were perfect to attend a party. While manik being manik he likes to look different from the rest of the people. He wore a white V-neck shirt along with a blazer. He's definitely going to give hard time to nandini. They all complimented each other.

Cabir: Chalen ab? If you guys are done with your complimenting session.

All nodded and left manik's house for college.

Nandini had reached space earlier than fab 5. Maybe because she left her house for college before them. Well her eyes were on the door only. She was waiting for someone so bad.

Nandini: Yeh Sarru Malhotra abhe tak aya kyu nai hai? Sarru! Or nae to kya sarru he to hai. Dekha hai face kaise bana ke rakhta hai har waqt jaise abhe world war 3 ke lye jaye ga.

Nandini heard a voice from the back. It was navya, Navya being a small town girl wore simple indian dress, no doubt she looked beautiful but the people of space, you know how they are. They made fun due to which she lost the confidence but when you have a friend like nandini you shall not worry about anything. Nandini complimented her and made her understand it not your clothes who define you but your heart. Navya's a easy girl she got nandini's point in first attempt. Navya asked nandini was is she standing here and not enjoying the party nandini made an excuse that she's waiting for her mom's call that's why she's standing here because she couldn't hear her mom inside because of the music, she asked navya to proceed and said she'll join her in sometime. Navya left.

Here fab 4 entered the place. Manik went to park his car in parking lot. Cabir saw nandini making pendulum's movement. He made a wild guess that she's waiting for manik and he was right. He immediately pulled out his phone from his pocket and messaged him not to enter right now because nandini's is near the door only. Manik replied with a okay.

While the others entered the event. Alya and mukti saw nandini there.

Alya: Mukti, she's the same girl who picked up and argument with you yesterday in the canteen?

Mukti: Yeah, She's the same girl.

Alya: She has a good dressing sense tho.

Mukti: True man. You got a competition and winked.

Alya: Ha ha ha. Chalen?

Mukti: Haan na. Chalo.

Alya, mukti and dhruv passed by nandini without even saying hello to her. Why would they. Yeah. She's not even friends with them. But cabir, how come he would leave without meeting nandini.

Cabir to himself: Manik, Man she looks real hot. I don't know how you're going to resist yourself not complimenting her.

He took some steps towards nandini.

Cabir: Hi nandini.

Nandini: Uh-Oh ! Hi cabir.

Cabir: You look beautiful.

Nandini: Thanks Cabir!

Her eyes were still on the door. While cabir smiled on her restlessness.

Cabir: You're expecting someone nandini?

Nandini: Han wo Man.. No I mean maa ka call.

Cabir: Manik to nae na?

Nandini: Oo.. Han.. No.. I said maa ka call. Mene manik thori bola. Nae mene manik nae bola.

Cabir: Aray araay, Nandini relax. Koi baat nae. Leave a message for your mom and chal ander. Or you've decided to be a watchman all party?

Nandini: Oh yeah.. Actually you're right.. Chalo.

She again turned her face towards the door in a hope that she might locate manik. But alas! She didn't!

Nandini: Chalo cabir. Lets go. I think wo nae aanay walay!

Cabir: Kon nae aanay wala nandini?

Nandini: Woo.. Hann.. I told you na.. Maa ka call.

Cabir: Oh han okay. Chalo.

They made their way inside the party. Cabir couldn't see nandini so helpless. He removed his phone from his pocket and messaged manik.

Here manik who was standing behind the some decoration thingy in order to hide from nandini. He saw nandini already. He felt some vibration in his back pocket. He pulled out his phone to check it was messaged from cabir.

Cabir's Messages: Manik please. Don't play with her man. She's way restless to see you, to feel you around her. Ajaa uske samne. Mat tarpa ussay. Yeh dekhna tha na tujhey dekhlia na ab aaja, and let me tell you. She's looking really hot! Trust me on this!

Manik did not reply to the text but smiled.

Manik: I know man! She look hot, only I know how I am doing this but nandini murthy needs to taste her own medicine. I want her to come to me this time. This time I want her to make efforts. Its good that nandini is craving for me, for me being near her but I won't be not at least the time till she herself calls me.

Manik moved inside making sure nandini doesn't see him. He stood at a distance. The other 4 and navya were busy enjoying the party. Half hour passed but nandini couldn't locate manik. She shooed away manik's thoughts and tried to concentrate on party but the he felt someone's hot breathe on her back but till the time she could turn and see who was it that person vanished somewhere in the crowd. She tried to find but failed.

Nandini: I'm sure this was manik. I can bet on this. But achanak gaya kahan! Shall I ask cabir? No No No! Not a good idea..

Yeah it was manik! He promised himself that he'll make her feel that he's around but won't show up so easily.

Nandini couldn't take this torture anymore she walked out of the crowd to locate manik somewhere. She was walking in alone in a corridor. Then she felt a sudden pull she crashed in someone's broad chest. Even tho it was dark but she smiled on that pull and said.

Nandini: I knew you won't be able to play this game for long.
