Nandini was walking in a silent corridor when she felt a pull and she landed up in someone's arms. According to her it was manik. She thought she's looking hot enough for manik not to resist her.
Her old habit of blabbering without even thinking.

Nandini: I knew you won't be able to play this game for long.

She paused for a while, the person didn't say anything. Nandini continued.

Nandini: Abhe bolo na. Har baari you pull and you don't let me speak. Aj kya hua? Stunned?

If it was manik why the hell he wasn't replying to nandini.

Yeah nandini stunned! Your beauty. Don't you think you look freaking hot in this short dress.. you look irresistible. -He said.

Nandini: Who are you? You're not manik.

Yes babe. I'm not manik. That person said turning on the lights.

Nandini: Harshad !

Harshad: Yeah nandini. Its me - harshad.

Nandini: Oh. Thank God harshad I toh got scared with this sudden pull. I must tell you you're a good prankster. I actually got scared.

Harshad: You should be scared nandini.

Nandini: What ! Come again?

Harshad: Why are you so dumb nandini? Can't you get my simple words?

Nandini got confused while harshad started to trail his finger from her forearm to shoulder which was not liked by nandini at all. She tried to jerk his hand but couldn't. She tried to free herself from harshad's catch but he grasped her even tighter.

Nandini: Ouch ! Harshad you're hurting me. Let me go.

Harshad: Manik ko bhe aise he bolti ho? To let you go?

Nandini: This is not your concern. Okay. Now leave me!

Harshad: Not before I'm done with you.

Nandini: Harshad leave me! I swear I'll shout loud.

Harshad: Nandiniii. How can you be so dumb, college me party chal rahe hain. Music itna loud hai ke waha logon ko aik dusre ki baat samaj nae aarahi hai. Tumhari awaz waha tak kaise phonche gi.

Nandini: Harshad! Manik sahe tha tmharay baray me. Mujhey na uski baat maan lene chahye thi.

Harshad: Oh. So manik se itna achi dosti hogayi? Wese haan. Kyu nae hogi. Itne itne der aik sath aik class room me band rehte ho. Dosti to achi hogi he na. Wese nandini I shall not be asking this but phir what do you both do in the class room? And laughed.

Nandini: Harshad saxena! You're disgusting. You know that?!

He again tried to touch nandini.

Back to party.

Cabir: So manik baba! How is you plan going? How good is it working?

Manik: It's working cabir. I've never seen a girl going that restless to meet me.

Cabir: No. Let me correct you. Girls to restless hoti hain but tu unhe bhao nae deta and winked.

Manik: Shut up cabir.

Manik's eyes were searching someone in the party. Yeah. Nandini. He couldn't locate her anywhere around.

Cabir: Kya hogaya. Kissey dhoondh raha hai?

Manik: Nandini. She's no where around.

Cabir: Oho. Tension nae le. Yahe kahi hogi. Okay?

Manik: NO.

Flashback:
Yesterday.
In the morning after meeting nandini manik was going back to Fab 5, on his way to the main ground he met harshad.

Harshad: So Manik Malhotra. So new friend? Or I say friends with benefits? Let me taste those lips too.

Manik: Harshad. Get a grip of your tongue or else you won't be able to stand or walk. Nandini ki taraf aankh utha ke bhe nae dekhna.

Harshad: Oho. Possessive possessive. Wese manik tere lye to girls are just like a tissue paper use kiya or phenk diya? Yeh kitne time tak use karne ka plan hai.

Manik: Harshad. Just shut up ! College has just started, I don't want a mess over here. Back off or else.

Harshad: Or else manik?

Manik didn't utter a word but punched him hard on his face. Harshad punched him back when he was about to punch him one more time harshad saw a professor coming, he being the coward left the place.

Manik: Yeh nandini ko harshad se dur rakhna he paray ga. I can't let this guy play with her.

Flashback ends.

Manik: It's Harshad!

Cabir: How are you so sure?

Manik: Cabir question answers ka time nae hai! Chal lets find them. I'm sure he has taken nandini somewhere. Lets search. You search here in ground area and I'll search for her in the college. Kuch bhe pata chale to just give me a call. Okay?

Cabir: Okay manik. You too.

Saying this they both left that place to search nandini. Cabir was searching in the party only while manik walked towards the college.

Back in classroom.

Harshad was trying hard to get grip over nandini but she wasn't letting him do so. She tried to push him and run away a zillions of times but failed harshad being the strong one got a girp over her.

Harshad: Nandini stop. Cage bird ki tarha pharpharana band karo. No one's coming to save you.

Nandini: I'm not letting you do whatever you want.

Manik reached the same corridor but she couldn't see nandini there anywhere around. He was about to turn and leave when he heard two people talking. The voice was not clear but still he thought to go and check.

Here harshad was trying hard to kiss nandini.

Manik stormed inside the room. Nandini signed in relief while that scene took manik's anger to another. Level. He yelled harshad's name but harshad didn't leave nandini.

Manik: Harshad leave nandini. Right now !

Harshad: Kyu manik. Why should you have all the fun? Why not me.

Manik: Harshad!

He rescued nandini from harshad's catch and manik started to beat harshad as hard as he could. They both started to fight there was no one to stop there. Nandini was standing there in a state of shock she couldn't register what's happening. Tears welled up in her eyes and she started to cry. In between her sobs she managed to say.

Nandini: Manik stop. Please stop. It'll hurt you.

He didn't listen to her. Nandini took some steps forward and made an attempt to separate harshad and manik. It was pretty successful. Manik noticed her crying face and left harshad and asked him to leave before he loose control of his anger. Again. Harshad ran away for his life.
Manik turned towards nandini.
Nandini had stopped crying but her eyes were red. But then manik shouted on top of his voice.

Manik: I had asked you to stay away from harshad! But no you've to use your brains! Manik kon hai, kya kehta mujhey us se kya. I toh have to use my brains. Right nandini murthy. I told you that you'll land up in trouble but no. This is the same harshad whom you were defending the last day ! Remember and you asked me to stay away from you instead. Dekha, I was not around and look where you are. Tum larkian itni stubborn kyun hoti ho!

Nandini who stopped crying started to cry again. She didn't say anything to manik ran towards him and hugged him tight. For a second or two manik didn't hug her back but later on he did. He wrapped his arms on het back in order to tell her he's there to protect her anytime, anywhere.

Taa-daaan. Sorry. Late hoon. Yesterday was a long and tiring day and then ky2's ending news shaken everyone. Idk. I've mixed feelings. It's confusing. But yeah. Since ky2 is ending. I want to ask if I should continue writing or I should end them? Like I don't have any problem in writing but about the readers? Are you guys gonna read? Drop in you comments and let me know.
