Manik after making bet with his friends move to canteen.... He see Nandani working in canteen... Few strands of hair were falling on Nandani's face which was adding her beauty..... He thought of something and smiled evilly. He goes to head of canteen and then order coffee and says that she (pointing towards Nandani) must bring my order to the head of canteen... The head nodded and then he goes and sit on his seat...

In few minutes Nandani came with his order to his seat...

Manik's pov
Yes Man, Now this girl is coming... But why she is not looking at me...

Nandani placed his order on the table and was going to move which make Manik furious as she not for a second look towards Manik.. While she was going to move a voice stopped her and she turn towards the voice

Manik- Hy... Mera name toh pta hi hoga

Nandani- Sorry.. Main aapka name nhi jaanti hu....

Manik's pov
Mera name nhi jaanti.... Attitude and all... Koi nhi main bhi Manik Malhotra hu...

Manik- I m Manik Malhotra with attitude

Nandini- Okk and turns to go

Manik- Ohhh hello!!! Tum apna name toh btao

Nandini- kyun???

Manik- Maine aapna btaya issliye

Nandini- Maine toh nhi pucha tha aapka name

Manik- Don't try to b smart with mee

Nandini- main smart hi hu

With that she go leaving fraustrated Manik

Manik goes to the canteen department and ask the data regarding info of canteen workers.. From there he finds out the name of Nandini and her info..

Manik's pov
So, Nandini you are trying to be smart with Manik Malhotra.. But Manik Malhotra bhi itni easily give up nhi krega... Kiss toh main krunga tumhe... So, be ready for tomorrow.. He thought smirkingly

Manik say something in the ear of a student and ask him to say that to Nandini... He left from there

The student come towards Nandini and said

Student- Excuse mee
Nandini- yes, and turns towards him
Student- Manik Malhotra has asked you to come at the ice rink in tomorrow morning
Nandini- why???
Student- he was saying that he has a library book of yours
Nandini checked her bag and remembered morning incident
Nandini's pov
Ohh shit!!! Nandini library ki book thi tu bhi naa sambhal k rekhti
Nandini- Okk, I will come

Student moves from there and tells him that the work has done, she will come

Manik smirked and was confident that he'll steal her first kiss tomorrow.

Scene: Next Morning
The date commenced the following morning at the ice rink. Nandani arrived at the time and see Manik busy in playing hockey so she thought to wait for him. While Manik played hokey, Nandani shivered in the cold waiting for him to come. Manik noticed it  during the break and brought her hot coffee and a jacket. Softened by the act of kindness, Nandani meekly inquired about the book, hoping Manik will return it.

"Was your impression of me really that bad?" he asked, "The reason I asked you out today was to apologize. For. My arrogant behaviour,your book, your time and your innocence.  I'm sorry."

Slightly taken aback, Nandani responded pointedly,

"Aapko apologise krne ki koi jaroorat nhi h kyunki aplogies kuch bhi nhi badal sakti h, jo ho gya h voh ab thik nhi ho sakta h... Aapki apologies past mein hui mistakes ko bhi thik nhi kr sakti.... Par kyunki aapke paas dil h, aur aapne dil se maafi maangi h, main aapko maaf kr rhi hu..... 

They sat basking in the harmony of mutual understanding and good intend, until Nandani noticed that the others have left the ice rink.

At which point, he led Nandani to the rink, held her hand, and attempted to teach her how to skate.

Manik tells her that " if one trusts the other enough to give her hands to him, it shows that you the other person will protect her forever. So, kya tum mujhpe trust karogi.... I will always protect you"

In return Nandani give her hands to him to which he smiled... They shared a moment of unadulterated trust, letting no hatred nor skepticism disrupt this rare but invaluable feeling.

It climaxed when Nandani asked the question, "kya aapko kabhi bhi dar nhi lga hockey jaisa khatarnak khel khelna vo bhi ice par..... Said she looking at ice... " Toh tum mujhe notice kr rhi thi jab main hockey khel rha tha.... Hmmmm" said Manik smirking, "vaise There's danger to this sport, yes. But that's also the allure to it. Being bumped, getting hit, those are the times that I truly feel alive.... Ab yhi toh jeene ki ek vajah h, vaise bhi bhi meri life ke lyrics are all messed up." Said Manik becoming little bit emotional.

Nandani blinked and then says:
"Mamma kehti thi Ek baar ek singer ko kaha ki usse ek palace main perform krna h with their cello and usse humiliate krne k liye  cello ki strings ko tod diya except the G-string... Jab vo singer ne instrument dekha Tab vha baithe log khush ho rhe the ki now they all can insult him... Phir bhi usne pyari si melody play ki voo bhi using only G- string jise dekhkar vha ke log shock ho gye.... So, the moral of story is......

Manik responds instantly:

"So the story tells us we must be careful of who puts on a fake face"

Then Nandani replies smilingly:
"Nhiii baba, ye kahaani ye moral deti h ki aapki life main chahe kitni bhi problems kyun naa aye, aap tab bhi ek beautiful and touching melody play kar sakte ho....Tabhi se jab bhi mujhe lagta h I can't fight with the life main eyes close krke mamma ki baat yaad kar leti hu.... Aaj se aap bhi yeh formula follow kr sakte ho aap mujhe yaad krlene eyes close krke....

Nandani- (smilingly) vaise bhi aapne English main voo phrase toh suna hi hoga "Life is like a beautiful melody, only the lyrics are messed up." Toh bass aap apne life ke lyrics khud likhiye and dekhne voo khud h ek beautiful melody hoga.....

Manik said nothing. He grabbed Nandani by her waist and put his rough lips on her soft kips all of a sudden and kissed her.. He takes selfie while kissing her.. Nandani was too num too react all of this sudden....  But their first  kiss was broken  by Dhruv's flying fist on Manik. Dhruv had overheard Manik's bet and  now he had came to save Nandani....

Manik smirked as he has completed his bet...

First Nandani was shock, then hurt when Dhruv told about Manik's bet to her. Nandani puffed her cheeks and retorted...

"Dhruv, tum bhi naaa, itni jldi kyun aaye... Kya tumne nhi suna tha jo maine bet lgayi thi that ye jo hockey player, Manik Malhotra h ye mere pass ek month ke aandar aayenge and then ye mujhe kiss krenge aur dekho meri bet kitni jldi poori ho gyi....  Turning to address Manik alone, she continued, "aapne mujhe underestimated kar liya Manik Malhotra. Main bass innocent dikhti hu aisa really main nhi h... Maine aap pr bet lgayi and main jeet gyi... Ab I can have a lunch pass at a restaurant"  Said she smirking now

Nandani was sad that he broke his trust but itni easily voo Manik Malhotra ko win kaise hone deti that's why she lied in front of him....

It was Manik's turn to feel disbelief and anger swelling inside of him. "What. Did. You. Say? For a bus you could demand justice endlessly and end up in police station, for a book you could make yourself sick by standing in this ice that too early morning, but you bent your principles for money?bolo... What your mamma talks, what G-string, I have a doubt that you have a heart or not?!"

Nandani- (smirkingly) " ye dekho kaun bol rha h jo khud ek bet k liye ladkiyo ko kiss krte rhta h, jiske pass khud hi dil nhi h vo dil ki baat kr rha h"

Nandani swallowed hard, "Mr Manik Malhotra the game is over. There's no point to continue." She turned and walked away, leaving Manik to his own fury.

" Game is not over Nandani, game has been started now" said Manik with anger filled eyes....

The car stop with halt....Nandani trance get broke by this

" voo bhi kya time tha Manik hmara chotti chotti baat par ldna ek dusre ki leg pulling krna aur phir ruthna manana" thought Nandani while sitting in car

Mobile rings which break Manik's thoughts and he too smiled remembering their fights and first kiss...

Khamoshiyan aawaaz hain
Tum sun'ne to aao kabhi

Nandani remembered Manan's birth
Nurse gives baby to Nandini... Tears welled up in her eyes
Nandini- Thank u doctor, Thank u very much for this precious gift.... He will b Manan... 

Khamoshiyan.. teri meri khamoshiyan
Khamoshiyan.. lipti hui khamoshiyan

They remembered their time with Manan, Manik is playing video game with Manan and Manan lost the game
Manan- Mamma dekho naa Daddy cheating kr rhe h
Nandini- I know bacha, daddy is a cheatercock
Manik opened his mouth in hawww and run behind Nandini...
And Nandini run to save her life from his lover....

Kya uss gali mein kabhi tera jaana hua
Jahaan se zamaane ko guzre zamaana hua
Mera samay toh wahin pe hai thehra hua
Bataaun tumhe kya mere sath kya kya hua

Nandani- Manan nooo, Manik dekho naa
Manik- (laughingly) kya Nandani abhi bhi tum colours se darti ho, lgao beta mumma ko maine pkda hua h and he holds Nandini's hands

Manan puts his small hands on her mumma's cheek smilingly while Nandani is making faces and Manik is smiling whole heartedly....

Khamoshiyan ek saaz hai

Nandani- Manan ice cream aise khate h kya??? With anger

Manik- (smirkingly) beta aap thoda turn hona, I will teach mamma how to eat ice cream...

Manan turns smilingly licking icecream

Nandani- Manik ruko nooo.... but Manik holds her from waist and  put the cream on Nandani cheeks, her neck and start licking it....

Nadiya ka paani bhi khamosh behta yahaan
Khili chandani mein chhipi lakh khamoshiyan
Baarish ki boondon ki hoti kahaan hai zubaan
Sulagte dilon mein hai khamosh uthta dhuaan

Manan- I luv u mamma and daddy sooo much extending his hands
Manik and Nandani smiled hearing that
Nandani- bacha Mamma and daddy luves u too...
Manik smilingly takes Nandini and Manan in his embrace....

Khamoshiyan aakaash hai
Tum udne toh aao zara
Khamoshiyan ehsaas hai
Tumhe mehsoos hoti hai kya
Beqarar hain baat karne ko
Kehne do inko zara.. haa..

Manik see Manan and Nandini pic in the wallpaper of his mobile and smiled.....

Scene divide Manik and Nandini  and Manan in between them....
