The college  university has some financial issues and Nyonika as the president of the college (Manik's Mom) is trying to negotiate a deal with Director Mr Saxena. The problem is that Mr Saxena wants the piece of land that contains Malhotra's old office, an abandoned building in the University but that is more than just a useless building. To Manik and perhaps, President Nyonika, this building is like a monument which constantly reminds them of Manik's father, who died when Manik was still a young child.

Scene: Hockey Ground
A girl of twenty age enters the hockey ground. The girl is Aliya, daughter of the arrogant Director Mr Saxena. She has completed her studies in abroad and had returned India now. She came with her father to take a round of college...She sneaks into the hockey rink because she likes hockey...

" hey where are u coming" said Manik to Alya

"I m here to play hockey" said Aliya cheerfully

"And how can you think I will let you play here" Manik said

"Are you incharge of this ground that you will stop mee" said Aliya

"I m captain of hockey team" Manik said proudly

"So what, leave that we can play together, right" said Aliya

"Wrong I don't play with a girl" Manik said

"Why, are you scared of mee" said Aliya

"Ohkk, so  let's see who will do the first goal" said Manik

" Ohkk" said Aliya

Finally Manik kicks her out of the hockey rink because she scored a goal right under his nose and he can't accept his defeat that too by a girl.... 

" He is such an idiot" thought Aliya

While Manik and Aliya were playing hockey Nyonika and Mr. Saxena watched the duo together and discuss something...They always claim that what they do is always for the best interest of their children. Two parents, two children, guess it's match-making time. Yes, they are thinking to pair up Manik and Aliya...

Scene: Locker room
Nyonika informs Manik of the financial dilemma that the university is currently facing and that if they don't do something, Malhotra's old building might end up in another person's hands. Not surprised, Manik replies, "Nyonika, So finally you're ready to demolish the only memory of Dad in this university. Why am I not surprised? You should have done this so earlier. Don't you feel guilty every time you see that building that because of you My father died?"

Nyonika said fraustratedly "Don't start it again"

"Kyun, why should I stop??? Its bcoz of you my father died, your taunts kiled my father, it was not a mere suicide attempt, it was a damn murder" said Manik in anger tone

"Shut up, Manik and listen carefully, the only way to save this holy place of memory is to go after Aliya in hopes that her father( Mr Saxena) would give the university money" said Nyonika

Manik rolled his eyes

"So sacrificing your son for money is worth more than anything, ehhhh?, Sometimes I wonder that you are my mother" said Manik and moves out from there  

On the other hand, Dhruv walked beside Nandani till home after the ice rink incident. He does not ask anything to her about the morning and quietly followed her. Nandani thinks Dhruv will always be her guardian angel but never more then that.
(Dhruv is a florist)

Upon hearing voices outside, Soha rushes out to see Nandani.. Instead she sees Nandani with Dhruv and immediately scolds Nandani for coming home with a gardener and not the rich guy. Mu Cheng tells her that she has nothing to do with the rich boys and will never see them remembering Manik. Soha asks what happened, why r u so low today to Nandani. Flower Boy(Dhruv) jumps in and reveals Nandani's bad mood because of the morning incident and tells her from Manik's bet to the slap he had given to Manik.

Soha became angry and spits out a lot at Dhruv. "Get lost! You're a scoundrel!!  Go back to tending your flowers!!"
Dhruv became sad and left from there

Once she starts, she just can't stop. "Nandani, what kind of image are you trying to put up? Vooo beta h uss college ke president ka. Ek word agr usne kah diya hmare liye then we'll get kicked out. Tum khud ko samajti kya ho, Rani ho yaa kahi ki Maharani, bhul jao aapni maa ki baat that you're a princess. Agr voo ladka tumse kehta h ki tumhe uske saath sona h then tumhare paas koi second option nhi h, you should say Thank u to him ki voo tum jaisi characterless ladki ke saath soo rha h.... Ek minute, Ek minute kahi tum phir se piano play krne ka toh nhi soch rhi ho naa, tumhare mom and dad mar gye h, so just forget it or keep dreaming!!! Maine tumhe itne din yha rhne diye so that  main jab bhi tum se kahu to sell yourself, then you're going to sell yourself!!!! Remember that"

Nandani eyes got teared and she ran out from the house.

Unfortunately, this gives an excuse for the creepy prevert, Maddy, to go out after Nandani.

Nandani comes to college buliding...
Meanwhile Nandani, seeing a piano, enters the Malhotra's old building and proceeds to touch the piano keys that were once her pride and joy. Despite not touching a piano for years, she still remembers how to play that one song, Air on G String which her mother had taught her.

She remembered her mother's fingers on her small fingers so as to teach her piano... Unknowingly smile came on her face.. Nandani start playing piano.

Coincidentally, Manik is in the same room sleeping after having argument with Nyonika so as to feel her father presence. He awakens once he hears the sound of a familiar piece.

He creeps slowly behind her and yells, " Who gives you the right to touch this piano!"

Startled by his sudden appearance, Nandani attempts to leave but is quickly blocked by Manik, who wants revenge for what happened on the ice rink. Still thinking that Nandani is just like any other girl, he tells her to strip down her top or else her family will lose their business contract of canteen with the university.

Meanwhile, Maddy is outside watching this drama unfold.

As Nandani starts to unbutton her dress, she says, "Please aap ek baat btaiye ek stranger ke saath meri first kiss and then ussi stranger ke saamne I have to undress myself... Kitna mazza aayega aapko mujhe aise pareshan kar ke... Bolo  Please tell me, how much fun you are having sitting there watching me. Kya I have to suffer bcoz I m not rich enough hmmm...." Tears of disgrace rolls down her eyes...

While Maddy is enjoying thinking that he will see Nandani naked today...

Touched by her genuineness, Manik shouts for her "to stop unbuttoning her shirt" but she is too distressed to understand anything.

Maddy thoughts is Manik a fool, If I was at his place then I will not stop her and smiles sheeplishly

While Manik  runs towards her and holds her hand and nods as noooooo and stops her from unbuttoning furthermore as a tear drops on his hand.

"You men think this is very fun?" Nandani askes bitterly.

"You men, aur koi bhi h jo tumhe pareshan kar rha h, bolo" he ask her looking for an answer ...

Outside, a security guard found Maddy looking outside the window, Maddy runs away before he is caught but not before shouting that there are two students inside the room doing inappropriate things. Manik hears the sound of shoes coming towards the door and he holds Nandani's hand and hide behind the sofa The guard enters but sees no one  so he locks the doors before leaving.

Nandani tries to leave again but to no avail as the door is locked. Looks like she is fated to be in this room with Manik.

The two hear a weird noise and went to search for the source of the noise whereupon, a huge scratch on the floor is discovered and a story is unfolded.

Nandani ask that what is this pointing towards scar mark. Manik tells her the story that "A little boy died here. There was once a professor in the music department who would often bring his son here to play. He taught him how to rollerblade. But one time, he didn't warn his son and let go of his hands. The boy lost balance and fell on the floor. This scar on the floor was made when the rollarblade scratched it.

Nandani asked what happened afterward???

Manik "Afterward, this dad used the same method and left his son. (His dad committed suicide). People say, they see him at night, skating across the room.

Nandani is no dummy. She easily makes connection that the little boy in the story refers to Manik. Like the little boy, Manik also experienced this sudden letting go of daddy's hands. But unlike Manik, she has a more positive outlook on it.

She tells him, "My Dad's heart hurts too when he let me go away from him, but he hopes that I will be able to learn to stand up when I fall. So, I think the dad/professor also wanted his son to learn this concept and not stay on the ground". Nandani is well equipped to face the many troubles of life as lemons  has been thrown at her from the time her mom and dad are dead but then also she is not accepting defeat from her life.

It turns out that the source of the weird noise they heard before came from a little injured bird. And of course, Nandani will not just leave the injured bird there, she cared and carenessed the feathers of bird and finally the bird flew and she became happy...

Manik looks at her with renewed respect and admiration. She's different from the others he thought and smiled.

Manik and Nandani see the sofa only in the room, So they literally run towards sofa and both occupies the end side of sofas at the same time...

Nandani- dekho, main yha phle aayi, So, I will sleep here

Manik- Oh!!! Hello main aaya hu yha phle so I will sleep here

The two fights for some time but agree on agreement that both will sleep occupying the end sides

Nandani- dekho, tum iss side mat aana

Manik- (smirking) kyun darr lag rha h Nandu

Nandini- (irritated) My name is Nandini not Nandu samjhe

Manik smiles sheeplishly

Manik and  sleep together through the night on the Sofa. So, Let's see who wakes up first. Hehehe...

It's Nandani who wakes up first. She jumps back a bit from her place when she sees Manik sleeping right next to her. Hahahahahaha

Manik, feeling her stare, wakes up and teases her about spending the night with him.

"I know I m hot and handsome" Manik said while rubbing his eyes

"Excuse mee" Nandani said

"What excuse mee, was you not staring at mee while I was sleeping???"
Manik said

Nandani became a little embarrassed as she was caught doing a crime of staring him...

Manik thought to teased her more

Manik- Hawwww!!!!! Nandu you have spent one night with a stranger on same sofa....

Nandini- toh kya huwa... She said all this very bravely....

Nandani attempts to leave once again but this time, Manik stops her and says, "Wait, I have the keys."

"WHAT?!?! Tumne phle kyun nhi bola?!?!" Said Nandini in anger tone

"Because you didn't ask." he replies smirking in his all time famous smirk.

Wanting to see her again, he wanted to make sum  excuse so finally he thought something and speak

"Vaise Nandu this  piano will break if it isn't played often so if you want you can play the piano every night for me after work. It feels peaceful hearing the music." Manik said

Manik attempts were showing that he was  killing three birds with one stone. One, he will get to see her.
Two, she will get to play the piano.
Three, the piano won't break.

Nandani try to refuse him but he says that he will open the door when she will say yes, So, having no choice she agrees finally....

They leave that building on demand that Nandani will play the piano for him every night.

Unfortunately for them, two students see them walking out together and immediately whip out their camera phone to take pictures.
