Daisy's POV

After that night when Peach apologized for triggering one of my break downs, I have felt a bit better about every thing. That night she showed me the tickets, not just any ticket, tickets to Rock Fest. Many different cover bands around the area come together. There were a few popular Bon Jovi cover bands, a few Poison ones, and even Skid Row.

"I can't believe you got me tickets to Rock Fest! I forgot entirely about getting tickets, I thought by now they would have been sold out."

"Nope, there were a few tickets left. I thought it would be nice to go out for a girls night. We haven't done much in awhile together. Plus we deserve it." Peach said as I painted my nails yellow. Momma Mario came in with a plate full of cookies.

"It's wonderful that you two are going to have a girls night. Don't worry, the boys will be fine." Momma Mario said as she set the plate of cookies down.

"I'm not so worried about the boys, more on how Peach is going to handle a rock concert." I said and Peach sat on the couch with her arms folded.

"I'll be able to handle a rock concert... probably, if it's like those CDs."

"It's the same music as those CDs, it's just a little bit more wild." I said, blowing on my newly painted nails.

I couldn't wait for this concert! I love some good rock and roll cover bands.

"So, what are you boys going to be doing while we are at the concert?" I asked Luigi as he came out and sat next to me.

"Mario and I are planning on staying here. Don't worry, we will be fine." Luigi smiled and kissed my cheek.

"I'm not worried. Now I would worry if Mario tried to make new inventions all by himself."

"What about my inventions?" Mario asked when he walked into the room.

"Here is a clue. Fly paper book covers, easy bake kiln? Maybe the automatic overall adjuster that made Luigi unable to get out of his overalls unless he cut himself out of them? Every time Luigi and I would go out, you would have some insane invention." I said and Luigi nodded. Mario nodded and smiled.

"Well, that's only my brain hatching some- a of - a my ideas." Mario said while he smiled.

It was only a few hours before the concert and we needed to get ready. Make ourselves ready for a amazing rock concert. All 80's!

"What are you doing for your outfit tonight, Daisy?" Luigi asked as we walked into the bathroom, a curling iron in my hand.

"Well, I'm planning on teasing my hair after I curl it. It's the 80's hair band look I'm going for." I said after I plugged in my fast-heating curling iron.

"You will look so cute after that is done. But you already are adorable." Luigi kissed my cheek, I started to blush. We both looked at each other in the mirror. Both of us, right there, Luigi with his arms around me, myself with red cheeks.

"I can't wait until we are finally married. I've waited for so long. I am so glad I fell in love with you." Luigi said as he held me closer.

"I can't wait to be Mrs. Daisy Mario.  I can't believe Peach will be Mrs. Peach Mario. I guess that's what we get both falling in love with brothers." I laughed a little laugh and Luigi started brushing my hair with his fingers.

"Alright, if you want to help me with my hair, you can do the back of my head." I said and Luigi smiled again.

I started curling the front, Luigi using a brush for the back of my hair.

"You know how to use a curling iron, right?"

"Not really..."

"It's fine, Luigi. I can show you. Watch me as I curl my hair right here." I took a lock of my hair, opened it, placed the end of the hair in there, wrapped my hair, and let it stay there.

"Be careful not to leave it too long, and release." I said as I released it and a awesome curl fell down.

"You trust me? What if I burned your hair?"

"I trust you, Luigi. It would help me out. I'm not always great with the back of my head."

"Alright, I'll try." And he got the curling iron and went through the same process I did. He waited for a bit, then released.

"I did it!" Luigi celebrated and started on another strand. After a few minutes, my hair was all curled, all the way around.

"You did that really nicely, Luigi. Now let's get teasing!" I said as I held onto my hair and started brushing up.

"Could you do the back for me again, Luigi?"

"I guess  I could." He said as he then got my brush and started teasing my hair. Soon enough I had my amazing teased hair.

"Thank you so much, Luigi." I said as I looked at my teased hair. I sprayed it and there was my 80's look.

"You look so adorable, have a wonderful time, Daisy." Luigi said and he kissed me. I pulled away and smiled.

"You have a fun time too. Why not beat your brother at bowling or something." I winked and he smiled.

I got out of the bathroom all in my 80's outfit of a ripped up shirt, ripped jeans and high heeled boots. Peach looked at me with awe.

"Go big or go home Peachy. Let's get you ready." I smirked and she looked at me.

"What do I have to do? Put my fingers in a light socket?"

"Nope, I'll take care of your concert outfit. Let's go." I said and I took her into my bathroom, which Luigi went back to the living room.

After a few minutes, Peach was in her outfit. Blonde teased hair, pink ripped up shirt, ripped up jeans, and some pink high heel boots.

"Oh my toadstools..." She said, looking at her outfit in a full body mirror.

"This is... AMAZING!!! I look like my character on Rockband!" She squealed. I was so glad she was happy.

A few more minutes later, we were at the concert grounds. People dressed a lot more extravagant than we were, we were normal.

I couldn't believe we were here, the Rock Festival!  We got up right in front of the stage, waiting for a band to come out. As soon as a band came out everyone went wild. This was a Alice Cooper cover band. The singer was pretty close to the real thing, but he still wasn't thee Alice Cooper. Peach didn't notice a difference, but she thought it was pretty cool. She was a little mortified by the lyrics to the song Feed My Frankenstein, but it's understandable.

Next was a Poison cover band, still not as great as the real thing, but it was really worth it. Peach enjoyed herself with this band, the most fun she had ever had.

A few bands later, and there was the band I was waiting for, the multi-cover band. This band covered lots of artists, from Bon Jovi to even David Bowie, and everything in between. They were amazing, Peach loved them too. Their last song was Don't Stop Believein'. Which rocked the house down. Peach loved everymoment of that song. As soon as we left, we walked home.

"What a night! That was amazing! Is life here like this?" Peach asked.

"Well, that's what rock and roll is like."

"Daisy, it makes me want to do something crazy. Why don't we get married to our fiancees tomorrow?"
