Daisy's POV

I was shocked as much as my new fiancee, Mario proposed to Peach.

Luigi then tried to break our awkward silence. "Ok, Mario, where did you get that ring?" Luigi said and I wondered the same thing. "Oh, I have kept it for awhile, just never had a chance to give it to Peach. She got kidnapped alot..." Mario said and Peach was sitting next to him, looking at that glittering ring.

"But, you two, you can't just get married right on the spot and expect it to work!" I said and they looked at me like I had 5 heads. "These days people are getting married once they see the person! Why can't we get married?" Mario said and I just couldn't take it. I ran to my room and flopped on the bed.

Luigi's POV

I watched Daisy as she ran into her room. She was really upset, I wasn't exactly sure what made her do that but I had a pretty good guess.

"Why brother mio? Why did you have to do that now?" I said, now just feeling as upset as Daisy. "Well, we have known each other for a long time..."

"I know, Mario! But you haven't even asked her on a date! You have never dated her for years, loved her, get to know her, and then ask to marry her." I said, walking into the kitchen and put on the kettle.

"Come on! Just because I didn't go through all you went through with Daisy doesn't mean I can't marry Peach." Mario said, he walked in with the tray of all the tea stuff.

"I know, I can't just make you change your minds. Peach said yes, didn't she?" And Mario nodded, "Well, she wants to marry you. If she never loved you, she wouldn't have said yes." I said taking the whistling kettle and pour the tea into the tea pot.

"Now, if you will excuse me, I need to go see my fiancee. Go see Peach, I am going to bed." I said and went to Daisy's room.

Peach's POV

I sat on the couch, feeling kinda bad because Daisy stormed off. I watched Luigi enter Daisy's room, he was carrying the other tea tray.

Mario then sat down next to me and he pulled me close. "Do you love me?" Mario plainly asked and looked up at his face. "Of course I do! I said yes to your proposal. Why?" I asked. Mario let out a big sigh. " I just wanted to know if you really loved me, that's all." And I got up. "I love you, to the center of the universe and back." I said and then we kissed.

Daisy's POV

I didn't know a better way to get out of there. I felt angry. Why does Peach have to have all the moments!? When will I ever get my moment?!

Then Luigi came in, he had a tea tray full of tea supplies for two. "Daisy, are you ok?" He said as he set the tray on the dresser. "No, it's nothing." And Luigi put his arms around me. "Come on, I know something is up. Please tell me." He said and I let out a sigh.

"Why does Peach get all the big moments? She has a castle, subjects, popularity, and I am just a nobody." I said as I leaned on him. "Is this what this is all about? You should never be jealous of her. You never acted that way..." he said and then paused, then came to a realization. " Until she came... you should try to fix things." He said and he gave me a hug. I got up and kissed him.
