Daisy's POV

I was making pancake batter as Peach sat at the counter, looking at me.

"I am sorry... I really am... but what was I suppose to say when Mario proposed?! No thank you, I am going to wait until Daisy is fine with it?! Daisy... you are acting like a spoiled brat." Peach said and that was the last straw.

"Oh! I am the spoiled brat!? Look at you! You have servants, the clothes, the jewery... and for what? Nothing! I had to work for what I have on. You did nothing to get those clothes...just ruling a kingdom..." I said and Peach was quiet.

I started making pancakes, the sizzle on the griddle blocked the silence between us.

"Daisy... I am so sorry... I should just go..." she said as she was about to get off the stool.

"Peach... you're not going anywhere... It's my fault. I was becoming jealous of something I shouldn't be even worrying about. I should be happy for you two... can you ever forgive me?" Peach then was starting to tear up, she was about to cry.

"Daisy, how can I ever not forgive you? I love you too much! You are like a sister to me! Come here!" She held out her arms and she gave me a warm hug. I felt more like myself again.

"Now, let me help you, Daisy. It's time for this princess to get her hands dirty!" Peach said and I laughed!  She started mixing up the batter and I started adding flour. She started mixing a little too much and the flour exploded out of the bowl. It got onto her dress and she took the flour and threw it at me.

"Its on Peachy!"
And we started throwing flour at each other.

Mario and Luigi came, all dressed for work and had a shocked look on their face.

Peach and I were covered, head to toe, with flour. My hair, PJ's, and slippers were covered with flour.

"Are you girls alright?" They both said.

And we just bursted out laughing.
