"Tomorrow is Sunday, right? Do you have any plans?" Gauri asked him.

"I have some work, so I need to go to office." Omkara replied.

"Will you never get tired or what? Whenever I see you, you would be busy with your work. How are you being able to work like this? And tomorrow is a Sunday!" She told him amused.

Omkara chuckled.

"It's just been two days since we came here. I need to be present at the company so that we can get everything settled." He told her.

Gauri nodded.

"Om!"

They stood up when Jhanvi entered the balcony.

"Gauri, good that you are here too. Om, tomorrow you have to come with us to a few places." Jhanvi told him.

"Sorry, Mom. I have to go to our company tomorrow. I can't come with you."

"Tomorrow is a Sunday, Om. Just because you came early today, you are going to start working on Sundays too?" Jhanvi scowled at her son.

"Mom, please-"

"No. No more discussion on this. You are coming with me and that's final." She told.

"Then what are drivers kept here for?" He asked his mother ridiculously.

"I want my son to come with me."

"Then take Rudra with you."

"He is coming. In fact, all of us are going. You will have to come with us too."

"Fine! But where exactly are we going?" He asked her, finally giving up.

"That you will know by tomorrow." Jhanvi said.

"So everything is planned, huh? Then what was the need to even ask me?" He asked her sarcastically.

"Just for formality."

He sighed seeing his mother grinning at him.

Gauri, who was a silent spectator till now, decided to intervene.

"Aunty, please don't trouble him. Yesterday also, because of us he couldn't go to office. Now, with this-"

"Mom, I'll accompany you. Don't worry."

Gauri looked at Omkara, who blinked at her in assurance.

"Great. So we will start early morning tomorrow. Good night and don't stay up too late both of you." Jhanvi said.

Both of them wished her back, as she left.

"I would have convinced Jaanu Aunty. What did you stop me?" Gauri asked him.

"Why? You don't want me to come with you?" He asked her cheekily.

She smiled and slightly swatted his hand.

Omkara chuckled.

"You already took an off for us yesterday, and I didn't want to trouble you again with tomorrow's programs. You must be having a hard time in settling here." Gauri said feeling guilty.

"You don't worry about that. I will manage it." Omkara told her with a smile.

Gauri smiled back at him.

"See you tomorrow then. Good night." She said.

"Good night, Gauri."

Next day early morning, Omkara was sitting in the living room sofa, scrolling through his phone.

Hearing some tinkling voice, he raised his head up only to see Gauri descending the stairs, adjusting her dupatta. He was mesmerized for a moment, seeing her in a pretty anarkali suit.

Gauri smiled as she noticed him and went towards him.

"Hey!" He said as he stood up.

"Hey! Good morning."

"Very good morning." He smiled at her.

"Where are others? They are not ready yet?" He asked her.

"Avanthi went to call Rudy. Jaanu Aunty and Mumma are-"

"We are here." Said Anjali, as she along with Jhanvi and Daadi came down the stairs.

"We too." Rudra said, as he came with Avanthika.

"Let's go then?" Omkara asked.

Everyone agreed.

The Oberoi car halted in front of the Lord Mahadeva Temple.

"Mom, I will park the car and come. You all go inside." Omkara told his mother, as he drove the car towards the parking area.

Halfway through, while ascending the stairs to the temple, Jhanvi stopped.

"Oh, I forgot to buy the pooja requirements from the store down there. Anju, I will just come." Jhanvi said.

"It's okay, Jaanu. You don't have to go down all the way again. Gauri, you go and buy it from any one of the stores." Anjali said.

"But-"

"I will go, Aunty. Don't worry." Gauri told her with a smile.

"I will come with you, di." Avanthika said.

"It's okay, Avanthi. You go with them. I will come quickly."

Omkara, who was about to ascend the stairs, stopped when he saw Gauri.

"Where are you going?" He asked her confused.

"Jaanu Aunty forgot to buy the pooja items. I was just going to buy it." She told him.

"Oh! I will come with you then."

Both of them walked towards the store and bought all the required items.

While they were going back to the temple, Gauri saw a beggar sitting by the side of the stairs. She took some money from her handbag and bend down to give it when she saw a hand by her side. She looked at her side to see that it was Omkara's hand. Both of them smiled at each other.

"May Lord Shiva bless you both with a very blissful life together."

They turned back to face the beggar, when they heard him say that.

"Together? But baba, we are not a couple. We are just good friends." Gauri told him.

"We never know what Lord Shiva has decided to happen." He told them with a smile.

Omkara and Gauri looked at each other for a moment before they gave the money to him and stood straight.

Gauri slowly peeked at him, only to see him already looking at her.

They stared at each other for more than a couple of seconds before they looked away. Gradually, a small smile broke out on his face and a blush adorned her beautiful face.

Their trance was broken by the ringing of Omkara's phone. He excused himself and went a little away from there.

"Gauri?"

Gauri turned around when she heard someone call her. She stopped in shock seeing Yadav Singhaniya, her ex-boyfriend standing right in front of her.

"Hey! Long time." He said smiling at her.

Gauri reluctantly plastered a smile on her face.

"How are you, Gauri?" He asked her.

"Happy." She replied.

Yadav waited for a moment before he spoke again.

"Won't you ask me anything?" He asked her.

Gauri frowned.

"What should I ask? Moreover, why should I even ask? You only told that you would be very happy in life once you get rid off me. Didn't you?" She asked him back.

"I didn't mean that, Gauri. I swear. I was angry then. Don't you miss me, your Yadu? Don't you miss us, Gauri? Those days when we used to be so in love?" He asked her again softly.

Gauri gulped. No Gauri. Don't let yourself breakdown again. Atleast not in front of him. He don't deserve that.

"Gauri..." He moved forward and tried to hold her hands.

"No, Yadav. It's all over. I told you earlier itself." She said jerking her hands off from his.

"Can't we talk about this again, Gauri?" He asked.

"No, never. I gave you more than enough chances, Yadav. But not anymore. I can't make a fool out of myself again. I am going. I don't have any time to waste for you." Gauri said before she tried to go from there.

"Gauri, please...." Yadav again held her hand.

Gauri stared at his hand which was holding hers and then looked at him.

"Leave my hand, Yadav. Don't make me do something which you will never want to happen in such a place like this." Gauri said angrily.

But Yadav refused to back off.

"Any problem?" Asked Omkara, as he removed Yadav's hand from Gauri's and stood in between them.

"Who are you and don't you have any manners? Didn't you see that we were in between a conversation?" Yadav asked him furiously.

"Oh really? Don't you know that touching a girl or holding her hand without her consent is punishable under the law?" Omkara asked him back.

"Who the hell are you to say all this to me? And why are you interfering in other people's issues? Mind your own business, mister. We know how to handle this, please excuse us." Yadav said, glaring at him.

"I don't give a shit about you, Mr whoever you are. But her opinion matters to me. Gauri, do you want me to go from here?" Omkara asked her.

Gauri shook her head in no.

"Do you want to talk with him?"

She again shook her head in no.

"It's clear then. She doesn't want to talk with you and I will not allow you to force her to talk to you. So say your good bye if you want and stay away from her." Omkara said menacingly.

Yadav turned red in humiliation on being insulted by a stranger. He looked at Gauri, who didn't speak a word till the moment.

"So, already found a new boyfriend, huh? That's why acting not interested in front of me?" Yadav asked her.

Gauri glared at him furiously.

"Don't you have any shame, Yadav? Even after being insulted like this, you are still standing in front of me like a shameless creature. I wonder what did I even find in you earlier that I liked someone like you." Gauri said in a disgusted manner.

Yadav gritted his teeth in anger.

"What did you think, Gauri? Showing off your boyfriend, who looks better than me will make me envious? You are-"

"So you do agree that I am better than you? Tch tch. I pity you, man. I pity you." Omkara said smirking at him.

Yadav glared at him furiously.

"Now leave us alone before I lose my control. You are in good health till this moment only because we are inside a temple. If you wish, we can have a man-to-man talk outside. I'll also give you a reward for talking all this crap to her. And let me make something clear to you. If Omkara Singh Oberoi takes up a challenge, he never backs off before winning it. So what say? Are you up for it?" Omkara asked menacingly, moving closer to him.

Yadav gulped seeing Omkara glaring down at him.

Gauri quickly held him back.

"Don't make a scene for someone like him, Omkara. He will never learn his lesson. Let's go. Everyone will be waiting for us." She said trying to pull him back.

Omkara looked at her for a moment before he looked back.

"Stay Away From Her." Omkara warned him again, pointing his index finger at him, before going along with Gauri.

After offering their prayers along with other family members, they sat under a old banyan tree inside the temple.

"We are going to meet the main pujari of this temple. If you want, you can come with us. Or else wait here for some time." Daadi told the youngsters.

"We will be here, Daadi. You guys go." Rudra said quickly, not wanting to listen the bhajans.

"Let's click some pictures!" Avanthika squealed.

Soon they started clicking pictures in front of the tree, behind the tree, standing and sitting on the tree, jumping on the tree and Omkara just thanked God that they didn't decide to click pictures inside the tree.

"Okay guys, that's enough I guess." Omkara said finally.

The other three stared at him.

"What?" He asked.

"Just some more pictures near that river, O. Please!" Rudra requested.

"You guys carry on. I'm out of it."

"Such a killjoy you are, O!" Rudra said making faces at his brother.

Omkara rolled his eyes.

"Let's go, girls. Or else this guy will destroy our mood completely." Rudra said making his brother scowl at him.

"Come na, Omkara. Don't know when will we get an other chance like this to come here together." Gauri requested him.

Omkara looked at her in dilemma. He really wasn't interested. But he couldn't bring himself to refuse her.

Seeing her looking at him so hopefully, he sighed.

"Fine!" He said making her smile widely at him.

"Waah! When your own brother requested, you gave no mercy and when she just asked, you agreed without any problem?" Rudra asked.

Avanthika sniggered.

"Should I come or not?" Omkara asked.

Rudra quickly dragged his brother, while the sisters followed their trail.

As soon as they reached near the river, they started clicking pictures of themselves along with the beautiful scenery.

Later, they sat by the riverside and discussed about where they would be going next.

Avanthika was picking up small pebbles from the river, when she saw a small fish passing by her feet. She excitedly turned to tell others about it only to see that Rudra was already chasing another fish.

"Mom is right. He still behaves like a small child." Omkara said shaking his head with a smile.

Gauri chuckled seeing both Avanthika and Rudra going behind the fishes.

Few moments later, Gauri turned to look at Omkara.

"Are you not going to ask me anything about earlier?" She asked him.

"If I need to know, I know you will tell me." He said as he smiled seeing Avanthika splashing water on Rudra.

When he didn't hear any reply, Omkara turned to her. Gauri was thoughtfully looking at him.

"There is no pressure, Gauri. If you want...."

"He is Yadav Singhaniya - my ex-boyfriend." She told him.
