Backstory: Daito Black is the son of Son Goku Black and Karen Starr. Goku Black was defeated by Vegito after he and Zamasu fuse together. Goku Black was angry and blamed the mortal that defeated him before his soul wandered to DC Universe aka Earth 22. He senses there are superpowers people including Supe people and some heroes. This makes Goku Black feel irritated toward the Sevens for being corrupt. He met Karen Starr who was found him alive, he was interested and why she not afraid of him. So he has an evil plan: He decides to help her against the villain but hide his truth, he has sex with Power Girls and now they officially marry. They became parents and Daito was born. This makes Goku Black wonder about the love of mortals, so he decides not to do the evil thing and raise his son as the new Superman. When Daisuke grew up, he felt anger and hatred toward the Seven who corrupted and influenced the hero. When Daisuke and Goku Black learn Power Girl tried to stop Injustice Superman who invaded their world but he kills Power Girl by killing her. This makes Daito and Goku angry and decide to do one thing: Bring Justice to their world and remake their new world into their own world without corrupt but destroy Injustice Superman. Daito became Superman but not Superman... Lord Superman, the new Justice Lord Superman.

He can incite all forms of meteorological tempests, such as tornadoes, thunderstorms, blizzards, and hurricanes, as well as mist. His precise control over the atmosphere allows him to create special weather effects. he can create precipitation at higher or lower altitudes than normal, make whirlwinds travel pointing lengthwise in any direction, channel ambient electromagnetism through her body to generate electric blasts, flash freeze objects and people, coalesce atmospheric pollutants into acid rain or toxic fog, and, along with his natural ability of flight, summon wind currents strong enough to support her weight to elevate herself (or others) to fly at high altitudes and speeds.
