Steve Rogers-
Steve's chest makes a perfect pillow, so you always fall asleep on your side, resting your head on his chest. He lays on his back, with one arm wrapped protectively around you.

Tony Stark-
Tony isn't much of one to cuddle while trying to sleep, but he still likes some physical contact. You sleep with your back facing him and he sleeps just a few inches away, almost in a spooning position, but enough space for the two of you to be comfortable.

Bruce Banner-
Bruce is always afraid of getting a nightmare and hulking out while the two of you are sleeping in the same bed, so he was hesitant to sleep close to you first. He's gotten more used to the idea, and now the two of you sleep with your backs pressed against each other.

Clint Barton-
Clint surprised you by being a big cuddler. The two of you usually fall asleep facing each other, arms wrapped around each other's bodies in a hug.

Thor Odinson-
You and Thor both like some space when you're going to sleep, but most of the time your legs are touching or overlapped so you have a bit of contact and comfort.

Loki Laufeyson-
Loki enjoys being close to you while you sleep. You often fall asleep on your stomach, with your head resting on his arm or chest, while he sleeps on his back.

Bucky Barnes-
Bucky is very protective of you, so he usually sleeps with his arms around you. You lay with your back to him and pressed against his chest while he wraps his arms around you.

Pietro Maximoff-
Pietro is rather fidgety when he sleeps, so to calm him down, you spoon him. His back faces you and you wrap you arms around him. He sleeps much better knowing you're there and close by.

Peter Parker-
Peter loves to have you close by, so most of the time you fall asleep hugging each other. The warmth of his body relaxes you and you sleep soundly.

Peter Quill-
The two of you don't cuddle while you sleep, and instead fall asleep side by side, shoulders, backs, and or legs touching.

Sam Wilson-
Sam loves to rest his head on your shoulder and sleep. You wrap your arms around him, sleeping on your stomach so he can use you as a pillow.
