"Mr. Stark, when are you going to ask (Y/N) to move into the tower with you?"

It was a fairly innocent question, but it made Tony choke on his coffee. How was he going to tell the kid that him and the beautiful lady who held his heart weren't that serious? Yes, they had been doing for a year now, but that didn't mean they were moving in together!

"Underoos, (Y/N) wouldn't be happy here in the tower. Besides... The team doesn't know we're dating yet..."

Peter had accidentally found out that the camera woman for the most popular celebrity blog in New York was dating the eccentric billionaire when he had been walking through the park. He had spotted Tony, and went to say hello, when (Y/N) had walked over with a bright smile and two ice cream cones from a cart nearby.

"What do you mean, they don't know?? She's so sweet, and kind, and they would love her!"

Peter saw Tony as a father figure, and (Y/N) had this air about her that he knew made Tony swoon. He hadn't even hit on one woman since they had gotten together!

"Look, kid. Who I'm saying doesn't have to be everyone's business."

"You're dating someone?"

The two in the elevator had failed to notice the large metal contraption had stopped, and that Sam had been standing, waiting for it so he could go down.

"Uh..."

"I'm telling Steve!"

The winged man turned around, rushing back towards the common area. Tony let off a groan, rubbing his face and heading for the common area. Looked like he had some explaining to do...

"Mom!" The woman giggled, running a brush through her hair. Her boyfriend, the eccentric billionaire playboy philanthropist Tony Stark was taking her out to dinner at a fancy restaurant she had been wanting to go try since she moved to New York.

"No, no, it's just another date... Well yes, we've been dating for a year.... Alright, alright. I have to go, I'm still getting ready! I love you too, have fun at bingo night!"

She set her cell down, sighing and taking a moment to breath, before her hair brush got caught on a knot. She swore softly, moving her hair to hold it while she tugged. After a bit, she had finally got it all out, and it only took her another minute to finish. She stood, looking in the mirror, admiring her outfit.

She usually had to dress up to get into the swanky parties and gallas the billionaire's threw for pictures, but she had never work something so fine. It was a sleek black silk dress that hugged her curves and dipped between her breasts in a low cut, a small glass beaded belt wrapped around her waist. The skirt of the dress fell easily down, with a large slit up the left leg.

The door rang, and it only took her a minute to walk over, used to the tall black heels she wore on special occasions.

"Happy! It's so good to see you again!" She pulled the larger male into a quick hug, pecking his cheek in greeting.

"Hey (Y/N). It's been a few days"

Happy had actually been the one to push Tony towards you that night. The billionaire had been talking on and on about a project, and he had figured the only way to get him to shut up was to talk about some thing else: himself.

The woman smiled, chuckling softly as she replied. After the pleasentries, he led her down to the awaiting town car. She couldn't complain about the neighborhood, but it wasn't the best, and driving a large fancy limo would be like a large beacon saying, 'come steal me.'

Happy helped her into the back, going around to the drivers seat. Tony sat in the seat next to her, a bouquet in hand. He looked nervous, though he masked it with a kiss to her cheek and a smile.

"Sorry for being a bit late, I had to make some last minute changes to the menu." He stated, though it wasn't a lie, (Y/N) could tell it wasn't the whole truth. But, she wouldn't push him on it.

The car ride to the restaurant was mostly quiet, with the radio gently playing in the background. There was some small talk interjected in here or there, but it was mostly peaceful.

Tony helped (Y/N) out of the back seat, smiling and leading her up to the restaurant doors. They didn't even have to say their names, just walk on in.

The whole restaurant seemed to be cleared, except for a few restaurant goers and some staff.

Tony sighed. "Before we start the night, there are some people I want you to meet" he states, seeming to que the other restaurant patrons into standing.

"(Y/N), these are the avengers. Avengers, this is (Y/N)" he states, a slight eye roll as the others walked forward.

After some quick introductions and a hug from Peter, you all sat down, the avengers going back to their table as Tony pulled her chair put for her, pecking her cheek gently as he went to sit.

The rest of the night was extremely mellow, with gentle conversation all around, and plenty to eat. Tony cracked a few jokes here and there, earning soft laughter from the beautiful lady sat opposite him.

"I know meeting the others was probably already a lot, but I had a question for you"

(Y/N) looked at the man with a soft smile. She could tell he was nervous again, so she grasped his hand with hers, gently running her thumb over his knuckles.

"Would you... Would you move into the tower with me?" He asks, looking at her face for any signs of distress or anything that might hint he was asking to soon.

(Y/N?'s face glowed with the bright smile that graced her face.

"Of course! I've been waiting for you to ask for a while now!" She stated, moving to gently kiss his cheek.

Tony sighed in relief, smiling and moving to kiss her back, when a whoop came over from what he referred to as the 'peanut gallery'. He kissed her cheek, sitting to enjoy the rest of their meal.
