Marinette's POV

"When will Chloe give me a break and stop picking on other people?" My body feels really exhausted after the fight as a result ruined my morning. Wanna know how it happened? Well let me tell you...

Flashback~

"Daddy should have let me have the good stuff." Chloe stated not that everyone cares.

"Well he let you stay at a great place to stay Chloe what more do you want?" Ms.Bustier looked exhausted as ever due to the circles over her eyes I guess she stressed herself too much to even feel stress free.

"Be quiet or I will make my Daddy-" I interrupted.

"Your Daddy what Chloe? The fact that he has more power to do anything he wants? Please don't waste your time on having the good stuff. May I remind you that you're in China not Paris?" I reminded her as I crossed my arms.

"Like I would listen to you Mari-brat." Chloe snickers.

"I prefer to handle animal cries than your high pitch cries that make my ears bleed you know." I smiled at her making her face go red.

Before anything I ended up losing my appetite after the argument with Chloe.

Flashback end~

I sighed thinking about Chloe. I sometimes do wish she can change and do good but it's not that easy for her to change.

"Marinette what's up your mind now? You've been spacing out lately from morning." My supportive kwami asked.

"I've been wondering if Chloe would ever change her ways of viewing people instead of seeing them as no bodies to her." I look up at the sky and think about how Chloe could have been if she were a good person.

"Sometimes I dislike Chloe and her all about rich and fame even making fun of everyone no matter what." Memories of Chloe flooded my mind it pains me that she puts everyone down because she feels like doing so however she can be useful at times which I do give her a bit of credit on that.

"Well at least you do know the small good in people even if they have a weird way of showing it." Tikki said.

"I know but it's not like I've been a good person either towards her. I mean she isn't worse like Lila who tried to buy her fame by knowing celebrities." I brought up about how she said she saved a kitten for Jagged Stone even I know he has Fang his crocodile.

"Chloe obviously can do what she wants since we all know who she is." I sigh to myself Chloe is one of those girls who are pretty insecure about themselves yet are still far from actually accepting of who they really are deep down.

Chloe's POV

'Ugh this trip really stinks'. I thought to myself.

Ever since I agreed to this trip everyone is against me and don't fear my power not even the useless teacher. The only reason I am with Lila is to track her schemes so when we have Adrien I can expose that little liar to him and in front of everyone. She gets all the spotlight because of such made up stories.

Some about being Clara Nightingale's best friend and how much she gets adored for that. This is also one of the reasons why you should never trust people who just waltz up on your face and behave like a goody goody just because of your fame.

I remember Adrien telling me that he and Lila were in the park because Lila knew about the miraculous when she saw Adrien's book he stole from his father. It was more annoying when that stupid blogger girl who believed that Lila was Ladybug's bestfriend just to snatch Adrien's attention.

Speaking of Ladybug Adrien also told me that Ladybug called out Lila of her lies. Ladybug and I have the same opinion and that's never let a fame seeker lie about being part of your personal life. Heck I even doubt Lila even knows Ladybug as a person so whoever called her out in front of Adrien I give you a 10 for putting that little miss liar in her place. That place I call is the lower class for people like Lila.

"Chloe here is your lunch." Sabrina said after she rudely disturbed my thoughts about getting Lila.

"Ugh leave it at my table and go do something with the class I need to sleep." Obviously that was a lie because I didn't want Sabrina at the moment while I was brainstorming for once in my life.

This is pretty dumb for me for doing this but the last time I tried bringing down Mari-trash down by stealing and framing her of stealing my (her) design her signature was well hidden. I wasn't smart enough to go over my plans if this happens again.

My actions and behavior is justified why I shouldn't let people walk all over me or treat me otherwise it would be similar to Lila's case.

As for Marinette my mind can't keep forgetting like she is up to something. She appears to be unfazed by my threats which bothers me but I can't be having her in my way when I have someone to rat out.

All this thinking is giving me a headache so I decided to eat my lunch before heading back to bed. I don't care of it's in the middle of the day I'm trying to keep my beauty in place.

"Just you wait Lila Rossi you are going down when my plans work." I said to myself as I ate my usual daily salad.

No one's POV

Marinette was with the class to fill in her absence and make sure no suspension is raised. It was already difficult for her to excuse herself for being late for class back in Paris when Hawkmoth kept her and Chat on their toes.

"Hey Sabrina what are you doing here shouldn't you be doing Chloe's daily ordering you around thing?" Kim asked.

"I thought so too but she needed to sleep and told me to go to you guys." Sabrina looked down feeling lonely without Chloe.

"Then join us you shouldn't spend time trying to worry and be all sad about Chloe you know how she is." Alix brought up.

"You think so? What if she-" Sabrina was cut off.

"You shouldn't worry too much it's not good on you and you should know that Sabrina." Max finishes off as Markov his robot buddy popped up.

"It's true come play with us." Markov made a happy face which Sabrina giggled at the little robot.

"So what game are we playing?" Nino asked.

"Any ideas?" Adrien questioned looking at everyone.

Everyone were now discussing about which game to play. It went like that for 5 minutes until Kagami and Luka came.

"What's going on here?" Luka asked.

"We're all trying to find what game to play." Juleka told her brother.

"Why not play the King's game?" Kagami suggested.

"King's game?" Everyone said in confusion of hearing this never before heard of this game before.

"It's a game where you get chopsticks of the amount of people that are playing however only one chopstick in labeled as the king while others are labeled of numbers, if you get the king you are the one who is giving orders to random number(s) you pick and whoever has that number must do as you say." Kagami explained how the game is to be played.

"So it's a lot like truth or dare?" Alix said.

"Yes but only more fun because while playing the game no one is allowed to reveal their numbers unless you are the one the king chose and after doing the kings order we mix up the numbers again for a new round." Kagami went more further into the game's description and rules on how to play it.

"It's settled than let's play the King's game." Nino pumped his fist up in the air excitedly.

"Count us in." Luka happily accepted to take part also bringing Kagami into this. Kagami on the other hand gave him a surprised expression following with a stern look saying "I did not agree to this." face expression.

"You're always this tense Kagami you need to let yourself take a break you know." Luka explained crossing his arms.

Everyone was preparing to play the King's game once they thought of the sick orders they had in mind and the chopsticks ready to be used.

Another chapter done! It's been a long time since I uploaded so I hope you all are doing great this year of 2021 so far.

I give a shout out to those who wished me a Happy Birthday to me which was on January 31st. I'd also like to thank those who supported me when I made my stories were becoming interesting.

I've been busy with school work and participating in school senior T-shirts so someone like myself ended up in being one of the many people the teachers selected in making the senior T-shirts. So it's my design against other designers for 3 rounds. Not gonna lie but I do feel glad I did participate because the other designers didn't follow the rules when it came to designing the shirts.

What's also a bit sad is that some wanted to do a pandemic theme which I despise because it will feel like as if we came from the hospital than a school. So far my shirt made it to round 2 of getting the seniors favorite shirt for 2021. I never knew it was gonna make it but I made the shirt based on what the school would have that and hopefully catch the eyes of my senior classmates for 2021.
