I kept my phone aside smiling and nodding my head sideways at his playfulness.

I continue my writing.

At dinner time

I checked the time and headed downstairs for dinner. I saw my grandmother setting up the dishes. I quickly ran to help her.

"Let it be y/n-ah I will do it, you just sit" Your grandma told you.

"No Nana, It's okay I will do it"

I somehow managed to make her sit. I served her and me.

While eating I remembered something.

"Nana, did mum called you?"

"She told us to eat and go to sleep, she will be late again." She said gulping her food.

"I really feel guilty Nana." You took a pause to continue further. "She is the only person earning and working hard and I can't even do it just to help her."

"Don't blame yourself child, it's not your choice and it's for your own good. Ofcourse you can help her but you will waste your childhood my dear."

"I am not a child Nana."

"Look, me, your dad, your mom was born rich so we didn't had to work at a young age, we enjoyed our childhood therefore me and your mother decided the same for you and remember before your father died he said the same thing."

"But-

"No buts now, You can help her after you complete your studies and find a job, that will be the time when your mother can get a rest."

"Ok Nana!"

I quickly stand up after eating. I collected all the dishes and washed them before she could even compliant.

At night

I am so excited for tomorrow. A new member will be added. Thinking about tomorrow I felt a sleep.

Next day
I woke up early today. I went to freshen up and picked up my outfit for university.

(Choose anything you like, I personally prefer second last)

I bid goodbye to my grandma and headed out. I usually take bus to my University.

After reaching the university I went and wait near the oak tree of the campus.That is the usual spot of ours to meet. I was waiting for my friends and listening to my favourite songs.

Suddenly my eyes darted to someone who was entering the university's campus looking all nervous? Maybe fresher. I saw him approach a group.

What? They are my friends. Why didn't they inform me about where they going to wait? I saw them talking with him and suddenly I made an eye contact with the new boy.

Hell no!!! I was caught staring at him. Soon my "friends" came near me with the new guy. I quickly kept my ear pods in my bag.
